    This toaster is great! Its big enough to toast 4 slices of bread or a bakery roll, like cuban bread. We love it!

    Coming from Cuisinart, I expected better, but toasters and coffee pots have gone downhill in design recently. This toaster has less heating elements for the different sides of the bread. It is like a 9-count wrap of heating coils on one side and a 6-warp on the other. There is also a big gap in the middle...gives you toast striped like a zebra. Returned after one toasting.

    Bought it and returned it after 13 days of having it. Looks great, really fancy look however when it comes to toasting eventhough it made the bread have a nice brown toasted look, bread came out soft, not a real crunchy toast texture at all, I also tried the different toasted levels but at the end, it was an item that didn't remained in my kitchen.

    I like the wide opening and the multiple slice option. It stopped working after about 5 months use. We used it occasionally once or twice a week. Good thing I bought an extended warranty. I wont buy another Cuisinart toaster.

    Very disappointed with this toaster. We like different types of bread and often need a long slice toaster. This toaster is very uneven. The bottom of a beggle will be burnt while the top is just getting started. On a long slice parts will be toasted and others not at all. We have to "manage" our toasting sessons to get even overage.
