wrong merchandise

Waste of money

Every time you try to do the update it crashes and you have to exit the program. when you contact the company they say just down load the update again. ive updated the program 5 times and still the same out come. my laptop is 4 years old and it has all up to date components. I am disappointed best buy would sell something with such bad reviews and not take the item back because its software.

difficult to install
