A little heavy, but then it is a battery. I like how the outlets are spaced.

I bought this because the power kept going out frequently but only for a few minutes at a time and then I would have to reset all my entertainment center items and resync my bose system. This backup is a great size that i was able to hide from view and plug in everything that I needed with no worry about resetting now after a quick power glitch.

I moved into a new home. Within two days we had three momentary power interruptions - just enough that one of my USB drives dropped off line one time, and enough that my PC shut down the second time. I bought this UPS the next day and installed it. The clock on the microwave has to be reset at least twice a week, but I've had no PC problems since I installed this UPS.

Pretty much as advertised. Decent operational time. Battery life under normal conditions last a few years (but can be replaced relatively easily by a novice).

Works perfectly. Makes a great replacement. I had the same unit before, I had a tremendous power surge a few weeks ago this unit took the surge like a champ. It protected $142,000.00 worth of electronics. Now that it took that surge I am replacing it with a new one. Couldn't be happier $98.00 APC beats replacing $142,000.00 in electronics any day.

So far so good. Haven't had it that long yet. Lots of outlets, half battery backup and surge protected, half not. Easy to plug in and setup. Only things that would make it better is all 10 outlets battery backed up and surge protected. However only 3 of the 10 outlets on mine are currently in use! Only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 is haven't owned it very long.

I purchased this as a replacement for a similar (same brand) but smaller battery backup which had worked fine until VA Power's huge surge which caused small fires in our neighborhood. I think the old backup took the hit and saved my computer and TV. I am hopeful to get as long a life from this version.

I am glad I purchased this. I have att fiber and a surveillance system that runs 24/7 so 100% uptime is crucial to me. I have had a couple of outages and both times all of my connected devices continued running without a hitch. Because I have fiber I can still have internet during a power outage.

Set up for a computer in an area where we don't get extended outages, but we do get frequent power blips. It is just enough that the lights dim a bit, but it will kill the CPU. This keeps the CPU, modem, and router on for up to about 10-12 minutes. Since the power is rarely out for more than 1 minute...it is perfect.

This was to replace a 5+ year old different battery back-up system that finally died. Anyone who has a computer should differently have a battery back-up system during the raining season. The best thing about this system is that it also has a surge protection system to protect my computer during power spikes during storms.

This purchase replaces another surge protector just like this one but a couple of years old. Lighting struck a tree near the house knocking out several electronics. However, the equipment connected to this protector was spared and we replaced because of the strength of the surge as they can only absorb so many surges.

Not much to a product you hope you never NEED. There are 11 surge protected outlets with 5 being battery backup. This provides plenty of protection in an area where you may not need all the outlets. I use this in my work-at-home office to keep working the event of a power failure.
I haven't yet had a power failure to test this device but it should give me a couple hours of backup for my devices.
The only con is that it doesn't have a master outlet that will turn off the other devices if the device on that outlet is turned off.

I purchased this product to protect my computer and home entertainment center (TV, stereo, etc); it was a replacement to an older UPS system. Although I’ve been using the power supply for only a couple of months now, I am very happy with the function and operation of the power supply, and I prefer Cyberpower to the UPS system. Shortly after I started using the Cyberpower system, I turn off the power to simulate a power outage. I was very happy to see the software and cable provided by Cyberpower allowed my computer to automatically power itself down. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who requires surge protection and or short battery backup power supply.

The ups is what I had hoped for. The spacing on the unit allows for those weird - sized plugs that are so irritating. The unit and software are intuitive and easy to use. The price is great for the value you receive. I recommend highly.

Great price, features, size & very versatile with 6 surge only and 6 UPS/Surge AC outlets. They're very close together so we use short 5-6" extension cords to fit some of the wide devices like transformers (wall warts). These are an absolute necessity for reliable operation of important electronic devices to prevent problems from voltage fluctuations, brown outs and total power loss. I like CyberPower's software. We have battery backup/uninterruptible power supplies on just about everything (computers, phones, stereo, TV, security lights, etc. ).
Hopefully the battery life is good (seems ~3 years is the norm).

One additional back-up and surge port for a total of 12 ports vs the 10 on the APC comparable model. $10 cheaper than the APC, Mute button for the audible alarms, and more power. What else can I say. If it lasts longer than the APC unit I just replaced, it will have earned the 5 stars I gave it.
