I have had CyberPower battery back-up systems in the past that I really like. So when an OLD battery back-up needed replacement (more problems than just a dead battery), I ordered another CyberPower system. As usual, it is working great! We have reliable electricity except it occasionally has a momentary power loss. When the lights go out for a second or two, no big problem but when my computer or other electronics lose power, BIG PROBLEM. CyberPower takes care of that problem.

I searched far and wide including big name popular online platforms nothing would touch this for features and price. I needed 12 outlets and the usb built on the power block there is a sibling to this one that has the LED indicator for 20 to 30 dollars more but a simple indicator beep on this does that job just fine because power drain is related to number of devices. 3 year warranty big name maker. I run a 65 inch TV computer ps4 and Nintendo switch modem router and repeater and USB plug ins for charging game controllers and a smart watch. It handles these things with grace. If you want bang for buck and don't have a huge stand by voltage need I would say there is nothing better.

Just completed my first computer build. I was transitioning from a laptop to the workstation and I realized that the battery backup on the Laptop may have kept it from abruptly shutting down due to power failures at my home (which for some reason seem to happen at night more frequently than I would think is normal). I decided to get a UPS to protect against this situation in case I have something that's running overnight. I'm able to connect this to the computer through USB to allow it to control a soft shutdown if the battery reserve gets too low. I have what I would consider a powerful workstation and even under full load doing a 'stress test' I should have roughly 11 minutes of backup battery to use (I've set mine to shutdown the computer with 5 minutes remaining). I could have gotten a larger unit that will last longer on battery, but ultimately I just wanted the system to be able to last for a couple minutes if there is a minor power outage and to control a safe shutdown if it's in a longer period. I can likely set it to turn the system back on if the power is restored too (saw that in software but didn't figure it out to enable it). This system works great for my needs and is a 'middle' of the road cost solution. I only kept my workstation and monitor on the battery side. Everything else I'm using the surge side.

Good protection for your computer and other devices. Reliable power when an outage occurs. Great protection from power surges, too.

I like this device it could keep my small desktop computer on for about 50 minutes! The only problem is it starts beeping and it was keep beeping for the whole duration of 50 minutes, which was annoying.

Don't overbuy, check your needs against the rating. One thing I did not know, these Battery only last 3-5 years. And, usually, it's cheaper to buy new than replace just the batteries. Well, I had a much bigger unit that cost twice as much. When it failed (due to age), I looked into replacement. Then I started to consider just how much power I really needed, and I was happy to see that this unit was more than sufficient for my home PC setup. So, even if it only lasts 3-5 years, it was a better purchase than the much larger, unnecessary unit. Finally, there is a new app that is included, that will monitor your units health. I did not have that on the prior unit.

Easy to install, be sure to plug in and charge the battery before connecting to the wall outlet and your items to be protected.

The CyberPower 950VA battery back-Up System is great! I use the USB ports to charge my cell phone and iPad nightly. It protects against power surges and the possibility of having to replace those items. I also plug in my computer and it's backup system so they are always protected. The TV, wi-fi, DVR and DVD player are also plugged in to protect them from power surges. Some outlets will allow the item to continue to work during a power outage which I have found to be important. I have been using them for years.

I find this battery backup surge protector multifunctional. Not only does it secure and protect my computer & TV system but if the power goes off, it also doubles as a battery backup with USB ports to charge our cell phones and other devices. The quality & price was the lowest and very reasonable. Plus, through Best Buy rewards, a $5 reward dollars was earned towards my next purchase!

I've got three of these now, two for here and one for at my mom's and they all work great. The first one I bougt on sale had a burn in smell, but the other two most recently don't. Good features, two USB plugs, and some spaced outlets for bulky plugs so as to not obstruct the other inputs. Free download of program to connect to unit, which allows control, how long it stays on during an outage, whether it beeps or not, all useful.

needed a larger UPS for my router and cable modem so that I could keep my network up as long as possible during power outages. this device let's me plug USB devices right into this device to charge directly from the UPS. This is compact enough for any home office and replaces your existing multi-strip power outlet. this even connects to your computer so that you can monitor the status of the device and it's health. great product for the price, worth every penny.

Needed a new battery solution switching to Fios. The placement of the modem and router required a larger battery backup than the one I had for my old cable setup to guarantee service for emergency use. This model has one of the highest voltage in this form factor and I was able to easily mount it on the wall in my garage. Have had one outage so far and it worked flawlessly, no interruption of power and I did not lose service in the four hours without power.

I have two of these units one for my pc and the other for my tv, cable box, and PS. Love the fact it has two USB ports. The program for testing / monitoring provides information that helps and gives you a guess on how long it can run on batteries. It said that the pc has 30 min and for the tv with everything on about 5 to 10 min. Haven't had a outages yet. I feel the back up will do a good job. I did charge up the batteries first for 8 hours than connected everything.

It's been a hardy item. Twice it's saved me from losing data, keeping my computer and internet on for an hour so I could work from it before shutting down.

I needed a battery backup quickly to take the place of another unit and I could be any happier. I have never used CyberPower units before and I was willing to take a chance with this one. I do not regret the decision. The unit is the right size for where I needed it to fit, has the number of outlets I needed and its design meant I needed less power extension cables due to the size of the transformer plugs.

Years ago while working for a computer networking company I learned that these battery backup and surge protectors were worth every Penney I paid for them. When others had their equipment fried mine stayed safe. I bought this for my mother and one for myself. Very happy with this. Would recommend it.

This power bank is pretty solid purchase, and it has all the bells and whistles. Theres plenty outlets that you can use for all of your electronics, and if you have electrical issues like I do at my house;this powerbank keeps you from losing important data on your computer. It pretty easy set up and well wroth the price, I highly suggest it!
