I've experienced issues since day one of owning this pc, and had to jump through various hoops for assistance from cyberpower pc, juat to find out the issue myself. they will cheap out on whatever components they can. in this case, the motherboard was a notoriously defective brand that caused me endless issues. everything i fixed, a new problem arose. in the end, i decided enough was enough and returned the product for a new one. i highly recommend purchasing a desktop from a different builder. as a first time owner of a desktop pc, i quite frankly felt scammed. the hoops cyberpower pc makes you jump through isn't worth it.
