    Fan broke luckily isn't a hard to reach. Less than a year for the issue to occur when they are meant to last least 3 years a minimum but average out 5. Dont know what went wrong just wouldn't recommend paying this much for faults to occur within the year.

    I bought this PC twice in a row both were defective. The first one I bought it worked out of the box but the next day nothing was connecting to it: monitor and ect. So I returned it. I got I the same one and this one turned on but kept disconnecting from the monitor at random, no matter how much I turned it off/unplugged it. Nothing. I couldn't even finish setting it up. I returned it the same day I got it in the mail.

    Issues from day one. Usb 2.0 ports cut in and out causing issues with every peripheral. Motherboard is oem garbage and next to impossible to update bios. Save your money and stay away from cyber and ibuy power

    Two month's in and the video card dies. Best Buy will not make any effort to repair or replace but instead is making the customer contact the manufacturer to handle it. I've just made my last purchase from Best Buy. No idea what customer service is. I paid Best Buy, not the manufacturer, a few thousand dollars.

    Graphics card doesn’t work

    I made this purchase for my son for Christmas. It only took only about 3 months for it to stop working. I brought it to Best Buy they looked at it and think the issue is the graphics card. The good news is that it’s under a year old so it’s all under warranty. The bad news is Best Buy won’t do anything and told me I have to go through the manufacturer directly. After calling them multiple times waiting on hold for hours I haven’t even been able to talk to a human other than being told to hold.

    If you want to waste $1,600 on a brand new computer that doesn't work, and continuously crashes and goes into a blue-screen boot loop, this is the PC for you! Awful experience with the computer and an even worse time with customer service.

    Worst computer ever. Didn’t even last 2 weeks until it green/black screened. Please avoid it. I went to return it and they had 18 returns in the last 7 days.

    Purchased in Feb 2022. Minimal usage. By September 2022 had issues. Geek squad could not determine issue and replaced the entire unit. For the amount spent, I expected this to last at least 5-10 yrs without hardware issues.

    This machine didnt work for me and I dont know why. I had to return it and buy another machine. These computers seem to be massed produced and not very good quality.

    Great beginner pc

    My son had been asking for a gaming computer for years, when he turned 11 we finally decided to purchase him one for Christmas. He was use to playing roblox on a tablet that had limited games and was laggy. He played Minecraft and Fortnite on a switch with sub par graphics. This allows him to play all the games he is interested in and more with amazing graphics and none of the lag. He loves it.
