This PC is amazing. It's amazingly priced for what you are getting. I didn't have the time to build my own and was unsure if I wanted a pre-built. However, I've had it for a couple of months now and it's been working great. A heads up though, there is only one HDMI port, so if you have dual monitors that use HDMI, you will need to purchase a separate HMDI splitter/converter.

I got this pc recently and have been enjoying it. it runs well and isn't slow. high quality gameplay, doesn't lag its overall a good pc.

This computer is good at computing. It computed, and today. When I want it to compute, it computes, because it is a computer. In all seriousness, the computer is very good, much faster than my old computer, and does not overheat. It is magnificent, and I would it to a friend.

Great Components, good graphics card with processor. the problem is the motherboard, the b550 series motherboard apparently has problems with the AMD ryzen 5000 series and causes problems with your USB’s disconnecting and reconnecting. i bought 1 on black friday, noticed that anytime i opened an application, my USB’s were turning off and on, especially while gaming. tried going to device manager to turn off power management settings, no good. then power plans USB settings, no fix either. Then, i traded in the old one for a new one after explaining what was going on (geek squad was understanding and had helped me out) and had the same problem. the new one only had problems with regulars USB 2.0 (such as the USB’s where to plug in your mouse and keyboard and the pair of USB’s below it. i tried putting the mouse and keyboard in the bottoms USB’s for the first, but still had problems, but the second pc only had problems with the top 4 USB’s and the very top 2 near the power button. that leaves you with only 3 working USB’s. If you look up “B550 motherboard USB issues” you can read all about it and see AMD has addressed this issue. they recommend updating the BIOS, which i did for both with no luck. I cannot recommend a $1500 dollar PC that has only 3 working USB’s. apparently it’s only and issue with ryzen processors and b550 motherboards. so, if this had an intel processor, there probably wouldn’t have been a problem. This isn’t Best Buy’s problem, it’s Gigabytes (the pre building PC company) problem. I hope this helps someone, because i wasted a lot of time trying to find out what was exactly wrong.

Incredible Gaming PC. If you have ever been frustrated with slow or degraded performance, look no further as this machine will handle almost everything that the average to above average gamer could ever want. It also helps with work stuff!

This is by far the best computer I've ever owned. It has an amazing graphics card and plenty of memory to run games at their highest settings. I will most definitely be recommending this to my friends in need of a gaming pc.

it works really well and it is good value for the price I would recomended it for new pc users and if you need and god budget pc that run really well and that you can change the light and looks very good and is good for big games

this is a really good build for anyone who either is just starting out or needs a quick build and has money or just wants the graphics card with it i would recommend i bought it from a friend and he bought a new one

Got this PC as a gift and I love it! Great upgrade from my previous PC and pretty much runs everything I need it to run gaming wise. Would've gotten more storage but that's an easy upgrade anyone can do.

Very nice PC. Went into store told them what I'm looking for and well here we are. Computer is extremely fast and edits videos with ease, I did have to get the Ram Doubled.

Pc started up great, ran into some issues where my mouse and keyboard and headset would turn off and back on again, ended up uninstalling all usb ports and reinstalling and has been good so far. overall best bang for the buck, especially when buying a 3060 is so hard to come buy on its own right now

Extremely well done. This isn't just a starter PC, I have already ran a few high capacity games with no issues. May want to boost the memory but other than that, PERFECT.

Excellent Gaming PC for the price. My 12 year old seems happy and has had no issues since purchase running all his favorite games. Everything runs smooth and as expected.

BIG UPGRADE from my ps4! Setup was nice and easy and they include tech support with your rig!! I would definitely recommend this rig the download and upload speed is soo fast!
