Defective Motherboard, otherwise amazing PC
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I bought this system, I was glad at how easy it was to start, how cool it ran while playing games, never once breaking a sweat. But after the 5th day of use, I went to turn it on and it showed up on the monitor "Display Not Detected". I swapped the monitor, the HDMI cord, and the display cord and it would not work. When I went to turn it on, only the lights would show. At that point, I spent hours trying to fix it and nothing could turn it on. I, unfortunately, returned this glorious prebuilt and was given a replacement which I wish worked as well, but was below par (Was an Asus build) and I returned this as well, but before I did I was able to start it up using the same cords and monitors. On arrival at Best Buy Geek Squad said they were unable to open it up or test to see what was wrong because of an issue between prebuilts made by CyberPower and how Geek Squad can tamper with them. I doubt this is true, and when I spoke to customer services they were baffled that they would say this. Overall, I will say I did love this PC and the build, but I wish it didn't go on me so quickly. If CyberPower contact or BestBuy contact me after this review is made, I'm still in the looks for a new PC and willing to work with both of your companies to complete my finding.
