I’ve only had this pc for a couple of weeks now but it has been a terrible experience. When I received the pc the mouse it came with was broken the top buttons would continue to go down every time you’d press them to the point where they are stuck inside the mouse. I wasn’t pressing hard at all just little taps. Now back to the Pc, whenever I tried watching videos, YouTube, the pc would just shutdown that didn’t bother me as much because the it performance for gaming was good until it started shutting down whenever I was gaming. Now the pc doesn’t even turn on anymore I don’t know what to do and would like help or if not would like to return this faulty device

Got this for my son for his 15th birthday. Now he can play with his friends that already have a gaming computer.

GPU failed right out of the box, these systems clearly are not tested to work by either Cyberpowerpc or Best Buy. Could be a bad batch of cards or a damaged PCIE port from transit to be fair. Other than that the case itself is spacious. You may want to get some card brackets to hold the GPU up inside if you get it working.

I purchased this computer mostly for editing photos and videos with adobe lightroom and adobe after effects and so far its been a great experience. The package arrived pretty fast and it came in perfect condition as well. Setting it up was a breeze, I did have one issue at first when it came to installing some programs but was able to get everything to work properly. The addition of the mouse and keyboard is pretty nice, and they look cool. I've done some light gaming on the computer and I haven't experienced any lag or anything. I haven't had the computer for that long yet but so far its been good to me, I would definitely recommend it!

I wanted to wait a month or two before posting this review to make sure it fulfilled my needs for an everyday desktop. It works perfectly with blender, photoshop, and gaming. That's all that really matters to me. It starts up fast which I'm not really use to. I'd start up my old computer and make a cup of coffee while it started. This one is up and running before I make it to the kitchen. So, make your coffee beforehand people. It looks VR ready from the specs, but I don't have a headset just yet. I'll update it when that happens. *General Warnings* This pc doesn't come with a dvd/cd drive and there's no wireless card. It's something that gets glossed over so I'm just recapping it here so people know.

I was in the market for searching for a prebuilt pc. Black Friday was coming up and I didn't want to price all the parts and build my own as I was too lazy. After stumbling across this computer it caught my eye. Great specs for a decent price. What more could you want? The shipping was way quicker than expected and the setup was extremely easy. After owning this for a few days ive had no problems with this and it runs games spectacular. I play Rainbow Six Siege & CS GO on ultra settings with no problem. Would recommend this to anyone.

I spent a tremendous amount of time shopping all kinds of websites and the deal on this just can't be beat for what you are getting. The build quality is fantastic and the hardware specs are up there with much more expensive computers. My only negatives: no optical drive (which came with mine when I bought it only a few days ago), and no documentation on the keyboard/mouse.

This computer offers high-quality speeds for just about any game at a reasonable price. Modern games should be supported for the next few-several years.

I bought it mainly to start gaming, so far its been running great. Though to get a better kick out of it, have a good monitor. At the moment i am using a 32 inch Samsung TV, the graphics card automatically adjusted to the screen and it runs great but like i said, i know it could run even better. Great PC though, Loving it.

Wow,wow,wow. This computer is everything I wanted and was hoping it would be. The FPS is grate across all games on max graphics. The download speed is so fast. Just such a good computer and a very powerful Machine. The pic is the FPS on a game

I am very surprised with what I got for the price. The Ryzen 7 Processor is very powerful and the 1060 GPUs are strong enough to play any game currently out. highly recommend if you are looking for a PC in the $1000 range.

I want to start the review by saying that this is my first proper gaming/productivity PC that I have purchased. I was originally looking into building my own PC but due to the the crypto mining craze, the GPU I was planning on purchasing, (RX 580) was out of stock or ridiculously overpriced. To make matters worse my CPU choice, (Ryzen 1600) also raised in price. Even if the PC components were at a regular price I would have ended up paying close to $1200 for just the PC and not any peripherals. So I searched for pre built PC's and this one really caught my eye. At the time of purchase, it was $999 and on par with my budget. What was even better was that this pre built PC has everything I wanted and more! It has a better CPU than what I was gonna build, better GPU(arguably), Windows 10 included, and keyboard and mouse! The keyboard has membrane switches which attempt to mimic mechanical keyboard switches, clicky and tactile functionality. It has LED backlighting and you can choose between a couple of colors(NOT fully RGB). The PC case also has changeable colors but the fan colors will remain red. The mouse fits my hand very comfortably (I have medium to larger hands). The mouse also has a dedicated DPI increase/decrease button on it, has a "turbo fire" button right next to the left click for aiding in gaming; has a button in the thumb rest area that switches the DPI to 4000("Sniper Shot");has a thumb rest for ergonomics; has a white LED light that remains white and has 5 5g weights on the bottom that in my opinion don't do much. Overall I strongly believe I got a great deal for the price. It does great in terms of gaming. Runs high FPS in HIGH or ULTRA settings on 1080p settings. And I know this will perform great in video rendering if I ever plan on doing that. To conclude I would definitely recommend this PC to anyone who builds PCs and is also affected by the miners or if you don't have the time or really want to build the PC. You're getting a lot for your money and could end up saving money in investing in other stuff. Only some nit-picky CONS: It is hard to see the letters on the keyboard from certain angles and if a light is on it. For instance a desk lamp. The mouse is a little lighter than I would want and the buttons and scroll wheel are a solid red. The PC fans are constantly red and cannot be changed to a different color. Does not include a Displayport or HDMI cable. Only 8 GB of RAM (easily upgradeable) Only 120 GB SSD (easily upgradeable)
