So I get it... Take it home and NO 3TB HD installed. Took me a few minutes to figure it out. Called MFG about it and they said it was ordered with ONLY a SSD.... (BB was the one who ordered it, I just bought it ftom them)...
So I call BB and they say bring it in (75 miles each way)... Store manager was very nice offered to return to get another (I already waited a week or more for this one).... I asked for them to install a 3TB drive. Not a problem...
Well a minor problem.... This computer never had a SATA cable or power cable for the other drive. The Tech found the cables in the back and hooked it up. One of the connectors was bad and the connector caught on fire (first one I've had burn). He got it replaced and all is well...
One problem, there is a maze of wiring (that looks bad) connecting all the cooling fans together. I bought it from BB and paid an extra $250 in Sales Tax (vs no tax off the web)... Read a lot of reviews about quality going down hill at CYBER... I replaced an old CyberPC with this one which ran fine for about 6 years.
i9... WOW is it fast... I can't find any normal applications that run more than 5% CPU. Video card is great too (even though another one came out the same day I picked this one up)...
Good machine, I'd do it again.

I purchase this computer on 6/1/2018 from Best Buy for $4,557.31 with a 1 year warranty from Best Buy. The computer is made by CyberPowerPC. The computer failed in November 2019 and blew the CPU model Intel Core i9-7960X X-Series 2.8 GHz 16-Core LGA 2066 Processor. Best Buy and CyberPowerPC refused to help since the computer was out of the 1 year warranty period. I even reached out to Intel and they also blew me off since this CPU is considered a "tray processor" with no warranty other than the manufacturer warranty from CyberPowerPC (since they manufactured the pc). Now I don't have a working computer and I have to spend another $1,400-$1,700 to buy a replacement CPU. I would NOT recommend this brand or company based on my experience!

Top of the line

If you want top of the line and the best of our time, than buy this. Is it a bit pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? YES!!!
Intel i9 this gives us 16 cores with 32 logical processes. 8 slots for ram comes with 4x8GB (32GB total) Corsair Vengeance DDR4. Upgradable well beyond 100GB of RAM (separate purchase required). A zero maintenance liquid cooler, had some trouble finding what model this was. Eventually I think I found it ASETEK 550LC. With an extra exhaust fan added so it might be a different model or some option I didn't see on their website. The 1080ti top of the line GPU. The power supply is kind of wimpy and the case has zero bays in the front so no hotswap bays or ODD is usable with this machine. Unless you feel like butchering the case or running cables outside of the box.
Seriously you could use this as a replacement to enterprise level server equipment. Or just max out the graphic settings of every game that will exist for the next few years and beyond.
The biggest issue I have is that I can only give this 5 stars.

This is my second cyberpower gaming pc and I love them. One of the best. I just purchased the i9 Battlebox and it is blowing me and my entire family away. Great purchase. Definitely what you need if you are a serious gamer or not.

Great Piece of Hardware

I upped the RAM to the motherboard max of 128GB. She screams. The reason for less than 5 stars - Packaging isn't what it should be for a completely glass housing. First one came with a busted side. Definitely high end, but worth the money - so far.
