I purchased this gaming system for my son. The system is so easy to set up except for one thing that it doesn’t come with hdmi connector for the monitor that I bought but it’s an easy fix by buying an adaptor. I just wished I didn’t spend extra $30 bucks to buy the adaptor. When the computer came on it looks so nice with its bright blue light and the changing color lights of the mouse! My son is so excited to play with his new system! Thanks CyberPower Pc!

Just starting to game on pc and this was a good starting pc. Had great reviews online so I decided to give it a try. Was a little bit upset that there was no HDMI port but that was an easy fix by purchasing an adapter.

I love this computer. Compared to my other older computer, this was a definite upgrade. It was relatively easy to install my GTX 1050 Ti and I liked the keyboard and mouse that came with it.

Love my new computer. It was very easy to set up. This my be the bargain of the century. Great video, plenty of storage and everything seems to run fast.

Shipped on time. Packaged well. Works good. Only downfall that i noticed is the disc drive.

Bought this as a gift for grandson who is into gaming. Note that the PC takes a few weeks to come in and the BB agreement with CyberPower does not allow BB to test and fix these PCs. #1: Only able to access 2GB of the 8GB RAM. #2: Back connector plate damaged so HDMI would not plug in. #3: Back connector plate damaged so HDMI would not plug in and we confirmed was not the same PC. 3 months and 3 PCs all bad. They obviously don't test their product!. After 3 months and 6 trips to BB .... I selected a different brand PC and paid extra $ for one in stock and finally had a working PC. BB should discontinue this manufacturers product based on this experience and the many other bad reviews. No compensation for the time, testing of bad product, and trips to BB.

Main challenge was getting rear speaker jack to function. This was caused by my transplanting a Windows 10 SSD from a dead computer. I never booted from the HD that came with the system. After I found the correct drivers, all is good. I bought this one due to past good experiences with Cybersys and their excellent tech support. I was leery of 8 gig RAM, but it seems to be performing well. I _think_ it was the Realtek All-in-One software that solved my only real problem.

Got this for my son for his birthday, no problems for hook up and it has ran snugly ever since start up. He plays it all the time!!

This is a great product and it was worth its price

The bundle has both mouse/keyboard. It come with basic 2GB graphic card. It has fine performance even on his resolution gaming.

The computer works great and arrived faster than expected. My kid loved it.

The tech is somewhat old but for entry level gaming it’s pretty great. Depending on the game most games post 2016 won’t work as well, but it also depends if the setting of the game as well.

it gave me a blue screen stop code when I was installing the game. windows was updated.. I talked to cyberpowerPC rep. and followed his instruction. I tried to fix it for 2 days but the blue screen stop code just came back . I returned it

After complete setup, I always ran into DPC_Watchdog_Violation blue screen error. Tried several times to fix issues even with CyberPowerPC support. There is no solution. I believe the problem is with that MSI Network Card with Intel Driver. But since I bought the prebuild system, why do I need to replace its network card by myself. I return it and get cheaper CyberPowerPC model from Bestbuy. This one run fine since it got TP-link USB network adapter instead.

I kept getting DPC_Watchdog_Violation errors constantly. I tried all of the troubleshooting possible. I really wanted this PC to just work. I'm not the only one that had this problem, look through the other reviews! Buyer beware.

This is my first gaming computer it runs all games very quickly, and on ultra high settings. It is an excellent price and comes with the mouse and keyboard. All your hot keys are in red and the mouse is multifunctional. This was great as I am new to the gaming world and my boyfriend is experienced. He is very impressed as well. The only thing was that it didn't come with a cd drive. I know that's going obsolete now days but, when it came with a cd to repair I went to look for the place to put it. Everything is awesome and I love it, I can find everything on line anyway.

I bought the same time I got my LG monitor. The biggest issue was having it turn on and the reason was loose internal cables that wouldn’t stay in place. Wouldn’t not recommend this product at all.

Have to return for another because something on the inside is messed up barely even got to use it. Will change if the next one works
