Good machine, good price the 2nd time

Set up first macnine and after final Windows 10 update system would not boot. CyberPowerPC technical support was prompt and very helpful. Final diagnosis was a bad video card. Returned and replaced with this computer. After all drivers updated and Windows 10 this machine has performed without a single hiccup.

Nice budget gaming computer

I got this for my son and it runs everything he plays. He loves that it has lights and they do look nice and change color. Also the cables in this PC are very nicely tucked away and has a nice clean look inside. I'm planning on buying another for my other son.

Unable to drag multiple documents

The Geek Squad staff at Best Buy certainly helped me to make the right choice! However, quite often I'm unable to drag documents I've opened to re-position multiple documents. We are tech support members and they have been able to assist remotely; they have been so helpful - Kudos to your off site tech support! I'll contact them again re this minor irritation.

Great for new people to pc gaming.

So far he loves it. It’s not the best but for his first gaming rig it’s doing its job. There is a few things I would have done different but over all good pc.

Amazing Power and Speed

Found it cheaper here. Bought two of them, one for me and one for wife. They are amazing. We game all the time, and it runs all the games I've tried with no issues. WWE 2K19 no issues, Minecraft with high end shaders and tons of mods, no problem.
