Cyber Power Refuses To Honor Warranty

A really helpful associate named John assisted with the purchase and answered all my questions. I took everything home and set it up. Everything seemed fine until this morning 9/3/2019. The mouse started tracking poorly. It takes 2-3 swipes across the mouse pad to move the pointer. This is a GAMING PC. How are you going to sell me a mouse that doesn't track on a gaming mouse pad? So anyway, I set it aside and used my wireless Microsoft mouse, which works perfectly. Having already registered my PC with Cyber Power yesterday, I submitted a request for support via email. I received a response stating that they cannot help me unless I have a customer number. I do not have a customer number because apparently you can't get one unless you buy directly from them. So not even 24 hours in and already I'm having technical issues with the computer AND Cyber Power is refusing to honor their warranty even though I registered my computer as required to activate the warranty. I thought I was getting a great deal but as it turns out, you get what you pay for. Don't waste your time or money, you'll just get a substandard PC with substandard support.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. For warranty purposes, we will need to have your PC registered under a customer number in order to have any replacement be sent out, however, you can also provide your serial number as well. Without your information, we cannot send anything out, as we have no place to send the replacement part out to. We are currently looking into the matter, and from the ticket you created, you did not provide such, and instead, assumed we would not warranty it. From what it sounds like, it seems like the mouse is working. You will need to make sure you select the appropriate DPI for your mouse, which changes the speed of the cursor on your screen. You can do so by pressing the two buttons on top of the mouse to increase, or slow down the speed of the mouse. By default, it will be set to the slowest DPI, and again, you will need to change this in order to get faster cursor speeds. In the event that it is a mouse failure, we would be more than happy to assist you with getting that replaced. If you haven't already, please contact our tech support agents at your earliest convenience so we can look into the matter further.

Sorry to say it crashed

It would come to a screen saying to load a boot disk and reboot It would let you escape this screen I returned and picked up another brand.
