So I got this on sale at 700 dollars and BestBuy was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out the door in 15 minutes or so with no hassle. This computer runs great and holds up very well on a budget. Do not use speccy with this product as the readings for the cpu are not correct. Other than that this was a great choice. Graphics hold up pretty well and cpu stays relatively cool in the mid 50s on high graphics for most of the games i've tried. Might add more memory as its at a 50% usage most the time but over all worth the money.

This computer does exactly what it's named for: gaming. And it does it pretty well, you can expect a 30-50 FPS average for most games, which for me is pretty good (you may need to lower some settings on larger games) Of course you can fix lag with new video cards, etc. However if you are a heavy modder, maybe this PC isn't for you, you can expect crashes and lots of lag. Something I wish that this computer had was Bluetooth and WiFi built in, there is a WiFi adapter that comes with the PC and plugs into the USB port, but it's not the best for multiplayer online games, where once again you can expect lag such as players running in place, etc. The computer is pretty big, and the power cable can come out pretty easily on a gentle bump, so be careful. Other than that this computer is pretty good and I would recommend it for users who play games that aren't to graphic demanding, or large.

Love the computer but the 240 GB SSD hard drive went out in just over one year. Not happy had to spend almost $200 dollars to get a new OS and hard drive.

My son and I purchased this PC for some basic gaming. It has been nothing but a hassle and nightmare. It has never quite run correctly and I suspect this is due to low quality hardware. Crashes and freezes constantly. Restarts for no reason. Can't get to the BIOS to adjust settings. We had to ship it to Cyberpower at our own hefty expense of over $100, which you never get back, and it is still exactly the same. They fixed nothing. Long story short, do NOT tell yourself that this cheap machine will "probably work fine". It doesn't.

I bought the computer in July , and in September the motherboard died. So, I sent it to cyberpower pc and paid 112 dollars for FedEx to ship it to cyberpower pc. I just got it back and it is in the same shape, this means they do not care about quality at all!!! I suggest go with some other company for your computer ,and I hope they eventually go out of business for selling such trash. I am out a total of 900.00! without a working computer.

It comes with a crap power supply and overheats pretty easily. You can't even run a game on high graphics without it shutting down. I would suggest buying from a different company. This computer may look nice at first but not good for gaming.

This PC will do most everything you wanted to do, but it's not that great of a value.

Broke 45 days after purchase. B.B. wouldn't take it back and I have to box it and send it to California at my own expense. Not worth throwing good money after bad. I now have an expensive useless end table in my room!!!

My previous gamer desktop was older model from about five years and I really enjoyed it, So, this is a BIG UPGRADE for me! Only had a few days and already I'm well pleased with performance, color, speed and power. Only thing I really need is a bit more RAM, but for the price I paid, I cannot complain! Although it is a gamer desktop, I primarily bought it for graphics, animation, video and art production and creation. Other then no DVD/CD drive and only 8 GB of Ram everything is most satisfactory for me! I'm happy with my new computer.

Only had it for a day then the video quite working. Tried different monitors and cords no luck. Took it back and got my money back to purchase a different brand.

On the 3rd day of my purchase every game crashes within 30mins to an hour. And it's really slow all I downloaded was steam and four games from steam.

I got it and it works good but trying to store games I found out my hard drive doesn’t work

This is an amazing pc to start with if you are transitioning from console or began to play on the pc platform in general. Its user friendly and the instructions were not hard to understand. Its speed and performance so far have not disappoint, it can run most my games at Ultra at a solid 60-54 FPS. And thats Ultra. If you are thinking of a great value PC to start with, this is it.

Got this PC about a month ago and it is absolutely amazing. It runs any game that I have wanted to play without any issues. It comes with a decent started keyboard and a good mouse. Definitely get the most bang for your $ with this one. My only complaint would be that it only came with 1 8 gig stick of ram instead of 2 8 gig sticks, but that is easily fixed.

I just bought this pc about two months ago and honestly it’s the best pc to begin with especially since this was my first time buying a computer, super fast and easy to set up. Games for the most part run amazing on high setting without any issues at all.

Good quality everyday desktop PC. Recommended for everyday gaming and desktop work.

I went in looking for decent gaming PC, for my 15 year-old son and I didn’t want it to be so expensive I wouldn’t want him to play on it LOL. So, before I went I asked my nephew who is studying computer science and developing software, games and even apps at the University of Florida. So I knew he would give it too me raw! I explained that I wasn’t looking for state of art gaming PC’s but rather something that works well, but doesn’t break my bank. It was his 16th birthday so I was spending a little bit more than I normally would on a birthday present so I wanted it to be very nice and do everything he needed it to do I told him that he played video games like Fortnite, BlackOps, Minecraft, and Grand Theft auto, an my nephew confirmed that this computer was exactly what I needed. I came in the store with $1100.00 MAX to spend, and made the mistake of telling the clerk that was how much I had even though I came in with the mindset I was choosing the CyberPower Gamer Master, that at least had 8GB and the sales clerk instead of Immediately to the item I asked for, he brought me to a PC that cost $200 more than the one I was wanting he said that the one that I wanted wasn’t going to support what my son was wanting to play on it at that point I was confused because I would assume that the sales clerk would be trying to help you and not trick you into buying something that you really don’t need. Luckily I was smart enough not to listen to the sales clerk and chose this one and went home with EXACTLY what I needed, and I was able to get it at $750.00 on sale. This computer is perfect for the games i mentioned, and my son had the best day and because of CyberPower I give a 5 star review, it sure doesn’t come from anything that sales clerk did. It’s a super sleek design, it has awesome lights that come already installed, you do not have to do any to it to get it going but plug it up and go. It’s been working perfect with no hiccups fir several months now and he still loves it and doesn’t talk about needing anything bigger or faster, most of the time you can go the cheaper route, and get what you want. Just do a little research before going to by major items. I absolutely give this big five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For those that aren't interested in building your own computer or those that just want something nice to upgrade later on this is a great gaming computer. I recently upgraded the memory from 8gb to 16gb and I am very happy with the performance of the games I play (Fortnite, CSGO, Battlefield). Obviously on some newer games it won't run to well with the video settings maxed out but that's to be expected and I knew that going in. My only con is I can't tell what brand or wattage the power supply is which I assume is 450-500 watts. Otherwise its a great computer and I'd definitely recommend it to those looking for a entry level gaming pc!

This was my first time buying a new gaming desktop and I absolutely love it! It seems to run extremely smoothly and can run all of my games on medium to max settings. CSGO and Minecraft run extremely well and I enjoy playing them on my PC. This desktop also comes with a mouse and keyboard which are really nice and you can register an account with CyberPower and get a free mouse pad. I highly recommend this particular desktop as it is affordable for what is inside of it. It could use some more RAM and a better graphics card but that's really all. I used to be a console player for about 10 years and just switched to PC gaming. i absolutely love it and don't regret spending the money at all. PC gaming is a whole new gig compared to gaming on a console, everything is just so much more crisp, clean, and smooth! I love this desktop and highly recommend it for people converting to PC from console.
