Customers are delighted by the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop's impressive performance, great price, and ease of setup. Many appreciate the excellent graphics and high FPS rates achieved while gaming. However, some users experienced issues with fan noise and occasional problems with the mouse and power supply. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and value outweighs the reported issues with certain components.

Good for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was able to pick one of these up during their black friday sale. Overall the Pc itself was easy to use, came with a keyboard and mouse. The mouse itself is great and had weights built in to help with customization. The keyboard was fine, but i did end up replacing it. The tower itself has given me no problems, looks pretty good on a desktop and is easy to use and change colors on the lights. It is a pre-built but you can always replace things further down the line. It is a great start if you aren't sure how to build your own.

Good computer for high end gaming
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.GTA V runs at over 100fps at it's highest settings and FFXV runs at a decent 60fps at high settings (not highest). If you plan on playing epsport games like Fortnite, Overwatch, or Warzone they all ran over 100fps at their high settings. Only real complaints I have with it is the keyboard it comes with, it's membrane. And the rx 5600 xt it comes is only 6gb of VRAM. So watch out for that. The board mine came with did not come with onboard WiFi, but it did come with an Asus WiFi antenna. I recommend just connecting to ethernet instead.

Very good PC, and Great Delivery
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was ready to be picked up on the day that it said it would be, and the process was very quick and easy. The performance is amazing as well! I've been getting very smooth frame rates on AAA games, usually 75+ fps on ultra settings.

Hiccups along the way, components vary per system
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2 out 5 stars for Best Buy/Cyberpower support and delayed shipping issues on same day agreement. -Aside from Best Buy doing a crap shoot with filling and sticking to their same day shipping, being unable to reach the local store to confirm if the item was there, trying to get chat and phone support to understand the issue and rectify it... It's super hot or miss with this pc. The first one that shipped had an ASUS Prime Motherboard with a defective wifi. Cyberpower insisted I had a certain motherboard but it did not match what I had, therefore the wrong drivers were being used. For some reason the mobo was a UK varient when searching it on Google for support as i was going to try and get support from ASUS. After going back to Best Buy support since it's still a new PC and cyberpower would've taken a month to turn around... I was given the option to exchange it a best buy a few towns over from where I lived. That process was fairly easy. Best Buy redeemed themselves there. 4/5 STARS For the replacement: The exchanged PC runs perfectly however the parts are different on this one, this time it was outfitted with an ASRock Motherboard and ASRock Challenger GPU. The specs were the same just different parts. It gets a 4/5 just because you don't know what parts you're going to get but it works. The Asrock mobo is a custom one for cyberpower so just something to keep in mind of you get this match up. Overall for the price of about $599 it was definitely a steal. I would not pay $999 which was the original cost before the Sale price. I recommend it if it's at the price and if you're okay with mystery box components.

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.im new to the pc gaming world. but, so far i love the computer, havent had any problems loading the games i want to play, lots of storage and for the price i dont think i couldve done much better unlees i built my own computer which i dont know how so this saved me the headache of trying to figure it out. looks great, the tempered glass is helld on with screws along with magnets which i thought was really cool and well thought out. only reason i give it 4 stars is cause i havent been able to get a hold of their customer service department, and i really only wanted their help to make sure i set it up correctly. mouse works great keyboard as well.

Great mid-range PC to run any software
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Initial impression: The PC tower is very large. It looks great though and it's actually not too heavy. I really like the styling of the case and the fan lighting (which is changeable). The included mouse and keyboard are serviceable, but not great quality. Key travel on keyboard is good and "clicky" but I found that the keys squeak after some time. Mouse feels good in the hand and has lots of buttons to use for navigation and support features in games. Performance: PC boots really fast and runs any modern software or game with ease. I've tested about 25 games and have been able to play everything with high settings and 60+ FPS at 1440p and sometimes 4K. I've tested video rendering and found that it's possible to render an hour long video in under five minutes. The wi-fi card allowed me to download 250MB/sec over my cable internet service which was really surprising. Features: This computer features a powerful, efficient CPU, a good amount of RAM, and a nice mix of high speed storage and traditional storage. The PC has 8 USB ports, support for multiple displays, Wi-fi and ethernet and front/top ports for a microphone and or headset. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were additional ports for more memory and lots of space inside the tower for other upgrades if wanted in the future. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase. It's a great value and a great option for those who do not want to build their own PC in this range. Setup was easy, software was ready to go, and connecting to the internet for additional updates and software was very smooth. If this PC can last for a handful of years without any issues, I will be extremely happy with this purchase. Recommending CyberPowerPC to anyone looking for a new gaming PC.

Pleasantly Surprised
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn't aware of what to expect once ordering this unit. After all, I'd been out of the market for a considerable amount of time and was always of the impression that purchasing individual parts to assemble a pc would be most equitable. However, after taking delivery of this piece of hardware and firing it up for the first time, I was impressed by the performance and the care taken in putting it together. Additionally searching for the components that make up this PC, I discovered that for my use case a preassembled configuration was highly cost effective and thus, preferred. Hats off to CyberPowerPC and Best Buy for making this hardware configuration available at an enticing price point. Sufficient enough storage for me and more than sufficient speed.

No problems
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fans are loud enough that the mic picks up the sound but not loud enough to be heard during gameplay. Haven’t had any problems thus far running COD full game for an avg of 132 FPS while listening to music and Streaming to twitch.

First gaming PC and so far, better than expected
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I mainly play competitive rocket league. It's an easy game to run, I know. But it's been a great entry point to show me it's capabilities. It runs without issue. It even notifies me to go ahead and turn up the settings even though they're maxed out. I encountered an error with one of the RAM sticks not being read, but I'm almost sure this occurred during shipment. Easy fix: just reseat both of them by unplugging them and back in again. The keyboard that comes with it isn't anything to get excited over but it is nice that they included it. I do recommend spending the extra buck to get one that is better quality. The mouse, however! Better than I expected! RGB lighting with 4 buttons on the left side. So far, I highly recommend this product. I will update if I encounter any non-user created issues.

Great out the box PC
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first PC shipped to me came with a bad motherboard so I returned it to Best Buy and they simply shipped me a new one and took the old one back. The second one took 5 hard resets to boot windows, and of course had to shave my HDMI cable to fit. After all of these problems I still give it a 4 star review because all of the support people that helped me did so with no hassle and the computer runs fantastic! It runs more FPS on CoD than my monitor's refresh rate so it is more than I needed, which is perfect.

Great system for basic gaming.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This system is super snappy and responsive. I love the RGB lighting and the large amount of different settings it can be changed to. The solid state drive makes everything load so much faster. I have had no performance issues with any games I have been playing. No lag, slowdown, or frame rate issues even playing on max settings. I have had some problems with games crashing. It's not just one game either... Might be due to some system updates? The problem seems to have improved. I have had no recent issues since updating the AMD graphics software. Grab yourself a 4K monitor and enjoy some games!

Pretty good value for the quality it brought
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the value, I really can't complain. Bought this when it was $749.99 USD on black friday MONTH. However, in the event that any of you decide to get this PC as a budget gaming rig, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND!!!! The Asus Motherboard "Asus Prime B550M-A (Wi-Fi)" might have an outdated BIOS UEFI that you'll need to flash (Version 0805 of the bios for this motherboard would crash any time the PC became idle, due to voltage dropping too low and causing instantaneous system failure - To avoid this, as well as repeated automated random reboots make sure you update SPECIFICALLY to version 2003 of "Asus Prime B550M-A Plus (Wi-fi)" while also uninstalling all if the chipsets that your tower came packaged with and replacing it with the chipset drivers on the website of ASUS. This should completely resolve system failures. Make sure you follow the Asus Bios install instructions very carefully; Although the UEFI software that is installed in the tower (EZflash3) will automate the bios flash update, messing this particular step up could entirely brick your motherboard. Since this issue i've been entirely problem free and can run most games like Apex Legends, some modern games, and especially older games, with absolute ease. Do also keep in mind RX 5600 XT graphics that comes inside is NOT 8GB Vram, it's 6 GB Vram. Yes, 6GB Vram. This specifically means it is NOT Sapphire brand (AMD tweaked the bios of RX 5700 XT gfx card and put it in the 5600 last second while adding 2 gb vram to contend with the 1070-ti from nvidia iirc; This really messed things up fior a while with software compatibility the AMD series However as of present-day i can very thankfully say that I am not plagued by those compatibility issues. Most of it is fixed now.
