Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop's impressive performance, great price, and ease of setup. Many appreciate the excellent graphics and high FPS rates achieved while gaming. However, some users experienced issues with fan noise and occasional problems with the mouse and power supply. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and value outweighs the reported issues with certain components.

One of the best purchases I've ever made. For its value, it runs fast and provides a quality gaming experience. I'm kind of new to PC gaming, so this PC is great for beginner to intermediate gamers.

Bought this PC to play Genshin Impact and it runs the game very smoothly at the highest settings. It loads everything within seconds and the RGB lights aren't too bad, but I got the impression that the lights would flow more smoothly than what it actually looks after buying it. Used the PC with the specs it came with and I haven't had any issues this past month. Only downside is that the fan is loud and that I can't customize the lights much on the PC or the mouse other than the presets. The keyboard that comes with it feels nice but it can be loud and clacky.

Ive had this pc for just about 2 months. And i love it so far. Ive only had a few problems with it a (blue screens) but ive went into the bios and updated the drivers and the issue hasnt come up again. Another thing that has been happening is that the pc would restart randomly but i believe its because the power cord i have is a bit messed up. Other than that, the pc runs alot of modern AAA title games like Cold War and Warzone on max settings around 90+ FPS, so its a beast for games. So yeah, the pc is pretty good.

I was so excited to get this product because it was on sale and the parts were a steal. Once I got the PC everything was in good condition and nothing looked out of place. Well... the only thing that was broken was my mouse but I can contact customer service and get that situated. The setting up process was pretty easy and I was able to get it up and running in under an hour. Then I finally got to test it out in games! The games downloaded moderately fast and the games I have run really good at still high settings. Though I do stream, as a precaution I lower my settings just in case. But the PC has been able to handle everything I've thrown at it so far so it gets a 5 from me!

Wonderful PC at an amazing price. I have been trying to build a pc on my own with these specs and it was gonna have a grand total of $1000. Everything would be the same except the GPU. My build would have a GTX 1660Super which costed about $400 at that time. Therefore, I was actually astonished upon seeing a PC with an AMD Radeon Rx 5600 XT going for just an extra $100. I bought this PC after researching everyday for 4 hours for 2 weeks and running all kinds of benchmark tests on all kinds of builds. Awesome value for money and would highly recommend it. I guess the fan just makes a little every once in a while but that's fine.

I purchased this pc just the other day based on my previous experience with Cyberpowerpc with a system I purchased two years previously on black friday. That system served me well for 2 years with zero problems! This is why I went with them again when looking to replace my old system. As technology changes so do I . Needless to say I like the new system even more. Everything from the CPU cooler to the graphics card and even the mother board are all large brand names. Asus B550 motherboard. PowerColor highly coveted over clocked 5600xt and of course Rgb lights. Cable management is excellent and the computer booted up with no issues keyboard comes with lit keys mouse is decent too!

Im new when it comes to pc gaming however this is by far the best option I have found when it comes to quality and price. I've had the pc for almost a month now and so far it has run smoothly and efficiently. Before I recieved the the pc, I was going to consider buying a different mouse, however, the quality of the included mouse shocked me. Not only was the dpi changeable, but you could reduce the weight on the bottem and taking about the magnet like weights. This quality of this pc is definitely great for it's value.

I just received it and it works great! They even fixed the issue where the graphics card was mounted on the top bracket and you couldnt get the DP cable to fit. (This did not happen to me but i saw some reviews mentioning it.) My only complaint on the device is the fans boosting to max speed every 20 seconds for about 3 seconds. I plan on replacing those myself anyway with noctua fans. Other than that, works flawlessly. Worth a mention, rgb fans are controlled by a button on the chassi wtih about 10 different modes and not through any software.

Chose this pc because of the case/colors/features. Upon arrival, the front two case fans were dead. The led worked, but they did not spin. I contacted Best Buy and was advised to return it. But... after weeks of searching my wife wanted this for the design. And the price was good for what was in it. After contacting the manufacturer, they offered to replace the parts. It took about a week for the new fans to come (free of charge). I'd give it 5 stars because its a great pc... but 4 stars because of the exp.

Got this machine when it was on sale for Black Friday and it was worth the constant refreshing of the Best Buy app to see it become available. The CyberPowerPC support helped correct two separate issues. First, one of the LED fans only half lit up and a replacement fan was sent to replace it. Second, I had issues with the video card crashing while either launching or playing some games; after working with their support I was able to get that RMA'd and the new card did not have that issue. Machine runs great for the games I run (which are not the latest and greatest games) and meets my needs for everything else!

Coolest 32 lb. paperweight east of the Mississippi

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Well, I presented this to my daughter on Christmas as her first gaming desktop, first desktop period! A nice looking gaming desktop with RGB lighting, good specs, and a good price for Santa! She was super excited and overjoyed! What I received was an absolute nightmarish 32 LB. paperweight. Out of the box everything looked great. Tempered tinted glass sides on the case, clear instructions, all cables in a nice frosted ziploc, and a free gaming mouse and keyboard. Plain and simple it wouldn’t post. Wouldn’t go to bios, no safe mode, no windows, nothing! After hitting the power button, fans start spinning and then the computer would go into a continuous loop of power cycling every 10 seconds. Checked all cable connections, reseated the GPU, reseated the ram, reset CMOS, booted without GPU. Looked further at the motherboard and noticed 2 red error lights. CPU and RAM were both lit up. At this point I was extremely upset, and I did not care to investigate any further. I could have checked the CPU, made sure it was Ok, but I was done. Up till 5am on the 26th troubleshooting, then up at 10am for more troubleshooting. After reading more reviews, some people get duds, guess I was one of them. Sometimes you luck out, get a good one that works properly. Decent ram, CPU, GPU, SDD and HDD, but the two areas where they definitely skimped were probably the power supply and motherboard. So sometimes you get what you pay for. I brought it back to BestBuy, hassle free. Went looking for a replacement, but the guy told me all gaming PC’s were super hot this year and they don’t expect stock until MARCH! Yeah maybe I should have kept it, kept troubleshooting, called cyberpowerpc’s customer care (on the 26th of December? Yikes, I couldn’t even fathom the wait time for a rep.) I deciding to get an open box - excellent Geek Squad certified Alienware Aurora R11. I’ll see how that works out for me, I know it’s basically a $1000 jump, but I’m a man of principle. I never ever like to feel ripped off. I appreciate nice things and I work hard for my money. When you’re selling $950 ($750 Black Friday special) prebuilt gaming PC’s that don’t even post out of the box, there’s definitely a problem. Where is the quality control, do they even boot these things up? Test them? Get them to post, to bios, to Windows? Do they just have an assembly line of people carelessly sticking bulk discounted computer parts into a mother board then straight into a cardboard box and sealing it up with packing tape?! Horrible, horrible, horrible! I envisioned so much more, I had high hopes, wanted to give my 11 year old a decent gaming desktop that could last a couple of years without any serious upgrading that didn’t break the bank. In reality, it broke her hopes, her Christmas dreams, deflated months of anticipation, and was nothing but a nuisance and a headache to me. Not too many feelings more severe than seeing disappointment on your child’s face on Christmas. CyberpowerPC, thanks, but no thanks!

This is my first ever gaming pc that I got as a graduation gift, and I am really satisfied. I was originally planning on building my own pc, but buying this costed about the same if I were to build it myself, so I decided to give it a try. Note that I am not too tech savvy, so apologies if I am not too familiar with some terms. For those curious, here were the specs of my PC: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 GPU: ASRock 5600 XT Mobo: ASRock B550AM Gaming RAM: 16GB 3000 (I think) PSU: some 850W gold This PC runs some of my favorite games really well, such as Valorant, Warzone, Fortnite, Apex Legends, etc.

I've only owned this computer for a little over a week, and the first week it was a dream. There were no issues, it ran all of my games perfectly and I was very happy with my purchase. However, something changed this week and I don't know what. For the last four days my computer has blue screened on me once every day, and thankfully all but one of those times I was not doing anything important and nothing was lost. I'm not sure why it's suddenly acting up like this but it's really disheartening. If I don't figure out the fix soon or if it doesn't stop, I might have to follow through on returning it and exchanging it for a different system. I really hope the problem corrects itself or I can figure out a fix because before all of the blue screens of deaths, this was easily a five-star-review kind of product for me.

Found myself in a bit of a bind on a Saturday...I must have a desktop to work. I turned my on...and it just basically blew up...a spark, a puff of smoke,,,and....done. I do photo and graphics work, so, while I usually build my own, I was kind of out of time. I searched this out on Best Buy...checked the specs...and price matched with a build my own...and it was pretty much the same, and I could have it today. Paid online for store pickup...walked into the store and it was ready to go. And I was up an running in a matter of hours. Very satisfied. Part of the review is whether I would recommend to a friend...I already did !
