I don’t even know where to begin. I feel like a complete fool, I have desperately been waiting 8 years for a gaming pc. So you can understand the excitement when I finally got it last week. It ran good the first two days but then the problems started the monitor started to arc then eventually the games started crashing leading to the infamous blue screen these have. After troubleshooting all week and phone calls to customer service nothing changed I even reset the entire pc, and still didn’t have luck. I TOOK IT BACK LAST NIGHT and exchanged it for a new one, which I was super stoked because it was a completely different build (even though it’s the same it had different components) so I figured heck yeah it’s going to work. Last night I booted everything up, today I finally turn a game which lead to all my games because every game I tried to play it crashed, yet again. This is beyond frustrating, I am not going to keep exchanging it for hopes to get a clean running pc. I got this on sale, so I can honestly say I am not going to be able to buy another or build one for that price range for that matter. I get there’s always going to be bad reviews, and I typically don’t let that influence my inquiries, but I wish I would have not gotten one. From a person whom has wanted one for so long you finally get one to just have issues with it, is literally the biggest let down that could ever happen. This problem is massive and it clearly isn’t getting fixed any time soon, so my advice is to keep scrolling and absolutely do not buy this pc. Unless they can prove every issue is gone or honor their name and set you up with a better pc. Truly disappointed. I hate to leave a bad review but this problem needs attention and needs it fast.

Had it for a few months now and it runs incredibly smooth. Am able to run most of the games I play at high to ultra settings. The only thing i am having a qualm about is that the mouse came out of its box and the end of the usb port was smashed under the chassis so it was unusable and had to use one of my older mouses. other than that i am pretty satisfied. 4/5

Good PC, everything runs well. 1080p gaming is fantastic, my son loves it. Only gripe is that the fans are always on and can be kind of loud. Also, the button to turn off the fan lights is broken so we cannot turn off the lights. Other than that, the PC is fantastic. Keep in mind that you need a mic splitter cable if you want to use your headphones.

As fast as advertised. Easy set-up. All programs loaded easily.

Love this pc! It packs a punch, playing on ultrawide 1440p at 60-90 frames on high-max sometimes

bought 2 of these for my sons. generally, off-the-shelf branded parts with decent cable management. weakpoints that i notice are the following: 1) generic & basic cpu cooler and while the ryzen 3 3600x normally comes with amd cooler, this one doesnt and seems to be how cyberpower gets it from amd at a lower cost. the cooler is just enough for the cpu not to overheat but sure makes it run toasty 2) apevia brand psu, yes it's gold rated but this is not even rated average tier in the realm of psu's 3) rgb fans are not pwm and not linked to cpu nor can you create custom fan speed, hence making your cpu run toasty while still within tdp limits everything else seems to be decent brands (i.e. asus/asrock mb/gpu, crucial/xpg rams, wd nvme ssd/hdd branded) and both MBs are even b550. amd adrenalin, windows os & mb bios are up-to-date and that was a surprise. currently running these boxes as-is and will replace the cooler and psu once the return period lapses.

A buddy of mine took the step down from this one that was Intel. Told all these amazing things, and didn't think it was worth spending more money for all the AMD. Boy was he wrong! With FlightSim2020 out now you can seriously see the difference. Now sure it can't handle the Ultra Settings, but it flows nicely in High, and has no problem in anything else. Not to mention it doesn't blink at running Davinci. Full startup in less than a minute.

Great for the price, runs great and have not had issues in the 6 months ive owned it.

I couldn't be more happier with this purchase. It's a fantastic mid-level gaming PC perfect for my 6th grade boys to get started with. Performance is fantastic with the Steam platform and this thing is super quiet. Would definitely recommend and would consider future purchases from CyberPowerPC. Normal pricing thru Best Buy is competitive, but took advantage of Black Friday promo and it knocked $250 off making it a super buy!

Great starting out gaming pc. Haven’t don’t much streaming but seemed to handle that and gaming very well. Only played warzone and destiny. Warzone runs 90+ FPS consistently at 2k, destiny 2 it maxes out my monitor at 165 FPS. only negative is case fans run at full speed. I replaced them with pwm fans from Corsair and sounds a lot better.

This is one of two CyberPowerPC's that I have purchased this season. This one worked right out of the box. Everything was checked and looked over well. There were no blemishes, loose cables, or other issues. System runs very quiet and smooth. Glad to see it has a WD blue ssd vs the Adata that's in the other CyberPower I have bought. I use this PC for video editing as it performs better than I was hoping for.

Honestly this thing is a quiet beast. Had it for about 2 months now and not a single issue with performance. The ONLY critique is the location for the HDMI port for your monitor. It's really pressed up against the back of the PC so you'll have to try a few different HDMI cables you have around your house that'll actually make full contact with the port. But other than that it's a super solid build with room for future upgrades.

First time PC gamer, really enjoying it! Only issues so far were that it didn't seem to have windows pre-installed but cyberpower customer service got that fixed promptly! Any other issues so far can easily be chalked up to my inexperience haha. Running smoothly, and love the easy button switching of the rgb lights.

Fast computer with a great video graphics card. Not cheap.

I just got this pc and I found it overall easy to set up. It's fast and im enjoying it so far.

Bought two of these computers for my two sons for a starter gaming PC. So far it run every games we throw at it. I would’ve gave it a 5 star if it had the ability to quickly restore to factory default. There’s no option to do a factory restore. You need to download the Windows 10 and install the OS as well as drivers.
