So far so good! I needed a new PC but didn't have the time to build one. Thankfully this one checked all the boxes for what I need out of a PC. It came well protected in the box with a mouse and keyboard, as well as documentation and the two slot covers for the case where the graphics card is installed. Registering on the Cyberpower website was easy.

Given the current market for graphics cards this was a very good deal given the components and already being assembled. Only downside is crap WiFi and a loud fan so definitely suggest going for a hard wired connection and possibly look into upgrading the fan eventually.

Just bought this pc to play with my friends who switched from console, best decision ever! The experience is incredible and has so much more to offer. I would recommend this to any of my friends. The pc came very quickly as well, two days early to be exact when I ordered it two days prior. Definitely worth looking into for the price and is worth the buy!

So the PC itself runs absolutely amazing but the only thing that is annoying is that one of the LED lights for the fan didn't light up and it still hasn't yet to light up. Overall it is everything I was looking for in a PC but I wish I could get the LED fan light to light up!

I used this machine for Fusion 360 CAD and PCB work with a Bluetooth mouse and speakers. It worked great for about a year. The Bluetooth would stop working and essentially go into a USB re-enumeration update cycle with a "Da-Ding" every 15 seconds. Local Geek Squad had it twice and then sent it to the service center in KY. The unit was damaged in shipping and I had to replace it. Looking back, I cant say that CybePowerPC support was good, they replied with stupid instructions and were not willing to replace the motherboard. I would not buy another CyberPowerPC as a result and replaced this machine with an HP Omen.

So far so good. The HDD + SSD is definitely a benefit and games have been running well. It was major upgrade to my internet speed. I like that it doesn't come with bloatware. Everything shipped and powered on without a problem. Fan noise is noticeable but not bothersome. Extended use will be the true test but I'm very pleased so far.

best bang for your buck!!! I play fort easily at 140+ fps on custom settings, the keyboard and mouse are great as an intro to gaming. shipping was fast as well. out of the box all of the drivers are up to date, software is easy to use and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase! I will be using this PC as my everyday work/school PC!

I bought this for $750 dollars on sale, which is likely better priced than you could build your own for at the time, but I would not recommend it for the full $950 price. The mouse it came with had a defective dpi sensor, but besides that it works completely fine.

The PC is good there’s no problem yet, however the mouse DPI was broken but it’s not big problem for me since I’m getting another mouse, and I think Power Supply is the Thermaltake SMART 600W, I may have to upgrade that in few months. Overall the PC is good so far.

So far so good! quiet and fast! games look great as well.

I went in with limited knowledge on what I was looking for but after speaking with employees both from BestBuy and geek squad i chose this pc it runs good for a prebuilt pc and makes all my games run faster and better than my old MSI laptop over all a great PC

Definitely worth the money. Cool pc and easy to set up

To start off, the PC itself is great. The 2 of these I have gone through have handled all of my games perfectly. All parts in this system are mainstream except for the case and fans on my system right now. The parts used (i.e the HDD, specific GPU model, MOBO) are randomized in each build, but are tested to make sure they do work. With that said, I have run into issues. With my first PC, the system had a boot error relating to the hardware (mind that it HAD been used for over 3 months at this time) and stopped booting properly. The folks at Cyberpower happily replaced the system with the one I am currently using to write this review. One other issue I ran into was shipping. The shipping company used had ended up damaging my product so when it came, the included mouse had it's buttons destroyed but the pc came in one piece. I seriously recommend this build to anyone who is getting into PC gaming like I did.

Shipping was awesome, this is my first prebuilt pc and it has exceeded my expectations, great quality and wire management. Quiet but powerful, so far it has done everything effortlessly without any hiccups. I definitely would recommend to someone who is getting into PC gaming or looking for a great machine that is ready out of the box.

Bought this computer for my son, He is really enjoying it. The delivery system could use alot of improvements. My son waited 3 weeks. When I arrived at the store they couldn't give me a new delivery date. Later that day I received an email telling me it was delayed with an unknown delivery date. I pick it up three days later.

Works great and my FPS are a lot faster then the old computer that died of old age. The only fault I have found with it is connecting the HDMI cable as the case almost makes it impossible for the cable to clear the case.

This was my first time buying anything from CyberPower, I am impressed with how easy it was to set up. So far the only complaint I have is once you have it set up finding the actual consul controls can be a little difficult. but besides that I have no complaints. I was able to get it on sale so the price was worth the value.
