Customers are delighted by the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop's impressive performance, great price, and ease of setup. Many appreciate the excellent graphics and high FPS rates achieved while gaming. However, some users experienced issues with fan noise and occasional problems with the mouse and power supply. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and value outweighs the reported issues with certain components.

My old PC has broke on my a while ago, so I needed to find a new PC ASAP. This is the system I picked because the price was right and the specs are good enough for me. I did switch out the 1tb with my 2tb that has everything inside. It’s well build PC, definitely way better than my old one, and I had to buy the same brand because I love CyberpowerPC. The only negative is when it came with the mouse, there is a loose piece inside. Other than that, I recommend this PC.

Bought this for my son and he loves the looks of it. He reports that he rarely gets lag when on it and says it is good for long hours of gameplay. As a parent, it was a little more complicated to set up and some moments of frustration was shared verbally.

PC works great, there were a few hiccups setting it up (didn't come with a Windows 10 License, the instructions for activating it online didn't work, so I ended up finding an old license I wasn't using anymore instead), but otherwise works great. Booted quickly once I'd gotten everything set up. One thing I'd have liked was something letting me know to screw in the included antennas to the panel on the back in order to get the wi-fi to work, but tbh that only took me about 10 minutes to figure out so definitely not a deal breaker. In all, I'd recommend it if you're looking for a pre-built gaming PC.

I really didn't know what I was getting with this desktop. But so far it's good. I got sims 4 on here with all but maybe 3 game packs not installed. It works great! I even got a crap ton of mods on it.
The thing that's so cool(at least I hope it's a good sign) I'm pretty sure it is a good sign. It is really quiet. Like does not make a peep.
The casing is huge like what the next xbox is going to look like big brother huge. Its probably 4-5 xbox one stacked up big.
I would recommend getting this, idk what the big gaming games do. I am about to download need for speed heat. Well see what happens.

I am hopeful. Easy to set up especially considering that I'm a tech dummy. A liitle confused because it came with a disk but has no disk drive/port. Possibly this model does not have one (I will research more yo find out) if that's the case then that leaves the conundrum of the included disk.

Its a brand new computer but didnt even come with the HDMI cable for starters. Other than that the computer is fast itself, BUT I HAVE ONE BIG PROBLEM WITH IT, WHICH IS IT KEEPS CRASHING ON ME. The computer was brand new, and havent installed anything and it still crashed. The next day i decided to instal a game(which is safe from malware) and ran pretty smooth. What I found out was that Pc wont crash aslong as I have a game running which is so annoying bc if I want to install a new game, some random game has to be running in the background. And I cant even join a google meet without it crashing.

KEEP YOUR PACKAGING IF YOU PURCHASE THIS COMPUTER
On Halloween my laptop's screen/display went checkerboarded out of nowhere and gave out at probably one of the worse times that it could have. Regardless, I had to immediately purchase a new computer and I had a few choices.
1. Build a computer and suffer the consequences of not having one temporarily.
2. Order a prebuilt computer and hope for the best.
3. Buy another laptop that I know will break when a random breeze passes by after its warranty period.
I had a little extra cash so I went for this prebuild.
1. Speed wise I am very impressed. It is highly capable (as any new computer should be) and can stream whatever 4k, zoom meetings are only limited by my internet speed now, and I can basically utilize ultra/high graphics on whatever I use this pc for, so for speed I'd give it a pass, It'd be above 1 star if the computer didn't have the rest of the problems.
2. Ease of use. Big fail from me.
A. SET-UP
Firstly, I've built my own computer. It's been 11 or so years, but I'm familiar with the process.
This computer comes with literally one instruction pamphlet and it would indicate that often times the PC comes with wires that are disconnected so that they can fill the dead space with packaging. This PC did come with wires disconnected, however; the instruction manual that was sent was literally ONE page and had ONE illustration/diagram and it was not for my PC. Wasted the first 2 hours with this PC chasing down a connection that was not needed whatsoever to run the computer, however; being cautious I was careful to proceed until I couldn't make any other progress.
I finally ignored the loose and unconnected cables and just decided to hook it up to my display. Then another 3 hours of videocalls with my friends who've built countless computers and have different software engineering degrees Just to understand why and how it was possible after manually updating all of the drivers, restarting the PC and checking them multiple times that the PC would not recognize Wi-Fi. I can fire up a 6 year old phone sitting in a drawer and it still recognizes all of the new Wi-Fi routers, boosters and systems around my home so I'm not sure why this PC wouldn't. After 5 hours in total, and to no effort by my own, the PC finally randomly recognized Wi-Fi and I could step away from the router.
B. Actually Finally getting to use it
As stated in the speed comment first; as expected I am now limited by my internet speed and not my computer speed for anything, HOWEVER; This PC automatically changes your settings back to default in regards to OneDrive, Cortana, your home search engine and Quite an annoying bit more every time it decides to self update.
FURTHERMORE, This PC has a NASTY HABIT of crashing; All Windows/programs Freeze, display as white, close and the computer resets to the login screen without so much as indicating whether it was a forced update, a crash, or Anything whatsoever. I have gotten white screens multiple times destroying my progress into anything I've worked on, and just before this review a new feature! A Green Screen of Death! I've only ever been accustomed to the Blue Screen of Death and even that was an incredibly rare occurrence by comparison. I've been using this computer for just under 10 days now on a daily basis and it has crashed 3 times today and multiple times throughout the rest of my ownership, all without so much as an explanation.
Also; something that I just haven't solved is that Microsoft programs such as Xbox Gamebar that I have disabled on start up, continue to be renabled. This is even more annoying because of the fact that I actually have an xboxlive account, and it is linked to my xbox account, thus I am constantly spammed with invites while trying to use this PC productively. The Xbox Gamebar/Xbox app Will restart themselves throughout my use on the PC even after being closed.
3. Purchasing process
I was literally on a call in the middle of something when my laptop broke so I was absolutely in need of a replacement. Went on Bestbuy.com. The site indicated that there was one in stock in the store minutes from my house, I instantly drove there come to find out they haven't had any all day and "there is only one left in the North West, otherwise you have to wait 10 days". The website is both misleading and confusing as I drove to the store it indicated there was a stocked item. The employees in downtown Bellevue's Bestbuy were awesome, informative and went above and beyond to give me other ideas and options.
Anyways, drove another 30 minutes to get the one that was left in corporate inventory. Upon arrival in Lynnwood and heading back to the PC dept, I am greeted by someone who's got no idea about PC's but was trying to be helpful. Guy ended up selling me the computer, telling me that although it said on the box that it came with a mouse/keyboard that they werent included. So, I spent another $35 roughly on a wireless mouse/keyboard that are still sitting in their box across the room.
Overall I'd say that the purchasing process and employees did their best to be helpful, but pending their usefulness on me returning this PC I will be able to tell you just how excellent the customer service is.
