I really like the software. I don't experience any lag or frame drop. All cosmetics were good, no scratches or dents. The only issues I have with the pc is, that the hdmi doesn't allow sound to play and I am unable to get the fan lights to turn on. Also the top buttons on the mouse were broken.. Other than those 3 issues, I would recommend to a friend.

in fortnite u get around 200 fps i highly recomend this pc.

I purchased the computer for my son who is a seasoned gamer and based upon his usage he said it was good and he liked it...an the disco lights are a cool add on. As I am the person paying for it, I wish it was than the Grand I paid for it. I also opted to purchase the Office XP programs so that at least he can use to for school work and give me a little peace of mind it was not just a toy.

It arrived late both times, when we first got it the package arrived few days late and opened, the box looked like it went through a war, pieces were scratched up and loose so we had to take it back to best buy, we ordered a replacement it arrived a day late and the only thing that was messed up was the fan, i called Cyberpower and they sent a replacement fan for free. it does shut off and on by it self sometimes so that’s why it’s at a 2 star rating for $1018

I’ve been using this for a couple of months now, and this is probably the best purchase I’ve done in a while. If you are using this for gaming or work, you are set with this beast. It came in great condition, no scratches no dents or anything. Really happy with my purchase!

Great condition. Everything works great, it is pretty fast, great value for the price. Keyboard feels nice, but top mouse buttons are not in the holes and part of the scroll wheel is harder to turn than the rest. Overall great buy.

I know a fair bit about computers but not enough to build one myself, this desktop is powerful for the price, has great upgradability for the future, and some of the best cable management I’ve seen in my life. This computer is amazing and I love it . The only thing is the blue light when I turn it on is a little bright but that was fixed with a piece of tape

When I receive the PC, it was damaged. the fan broke and I was not able to make it fit inside with the other piece of the fan. The PC I receive comes with GPU- Asrock challenger pro wd ssd 500gb The motherboard seems like the Asus prime b550m-a motherboard (Did not take out the GPU to check). adata ram 2x 16 gb Coolmaster cpu cooler (not sure which model) Will try to get it replace for another one. For the price, it is a good deal for a prebuilt for someone who does not want to build or does not know how to build. Hopefully the replacement will have everything in one piece

Ordered this a few days ago and I am already loving the RGB Fans! Shipping was fast, got it in 2 days! Only reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars, the volume control on the keyboard is broken right out of the box however this will be taken care of.

I bought this for my daughter who is very into gaming, for Christmas. The PC is very professionally done. She loves it. However, the only issue I would say is the mouse LED switch. It caved in while using the first time, so now we can't change the color or turn it off.

I have had this computer for less than a year. I use it to play games and suff the web. Picture quality is great. Speed is good. Quality sucks. If you want to use this computer you start it up walk away and come back in a few mins because it will crash on you with in the first 5 min of it being turn on. You leave the computer on at a idle after about one hour it will lock up completely unresponsive.

Buying pre-built gaming PCs is a hit or miss experience. This item in particular has me on the fence. Specs wise, very nice for the price point. Speedy processor and monster of a video card. The glow within the case and fans works awesome. I think my biggest issue is the random shut offs and blue screens from time to time. So far it looks like either my ram or bios issues. Definitely not a fan of fixing issues so quickly after purchasing, but since I got this on sale...it’s to be expected. Overall worth a buy but be prepared for hiccups.

Everything works perfectly! I recommend this PC but not the case even when it looks beautiful, the case has small spaces where the dust gets inside of it.

Got this pc a few months back and it worked amazing run games 144 FPS plus and everything good over all then I started having random crashes when I don’t have a game open I have to have one game open at all times or it crashes no even then it crashes sometimes would be a great pc if it didn’t crash so much .

This is a great start up gaming computer!! My son wanted one. I didn't want to pay an outrageous amount so we choose this one!!
