Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop's impressive performance, great price, and ease of setup. Many appreciate the excellent graphics and high FPS rates achieved while gaming. However, some users experienced issues with fan noise and occasional problems with the mouse and power supply. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and value outweighs the reported issues with certain components.

I received it around 10:40pm.( late but it’s ok) when j look at it i thought wth is that, I ordered a brand new on not the used one because the box is pretty old, got some damages and hole. When I started a computer. I didn’t see a Hard drive . So I decided to open it. The reason is the hard drive sata connector is broken. And the it’s shut down every time i turn it on because it’s overheating. So I checked it again the cpu fan it’s not working at all in spite of i did change the other fan connector. But you guys have a best customer service. I know it’s not your guys faul.

Hard drive wasn't registering on the computer. Opened up the back to discover that the hard drive wasn't even seated properly. The data cable looked like it had been forcibly ripped out of the hard drive, taking off the plastic from the metal prongs. Obviously, this PC needs to be replaced. I submitted a ticket over 9 days ago, and no one from cyberpowerpc has reached out to help. I also called their support line and I was met with "there are no available technicians to help you, leave a message". So far, not a good experience. Probably going to have to return to Best Buy.

So far it's handling everything I throw at it with ease at 1080p and even pushing well beond 144fps which is my max refresh rate for my monitor on titles that are a few years older and competitive style games like rainbow six and overwatch. Even on high graphic settings. Fans are a little loud but I can tinker with that. The one thing that drive me nuts about this computer was the case. It's really heavy and seems to be well made. But the graphics card installed in it. Which with mine is an XFX thicc the display and HDMI ports are very high up on the card and the back of the case blocks any normal connector for plugging in. Why they chose this case for this card idk. The plastic on the plug of a display port or HDMI that are even a mm thick will be blocked by the large lip above the GPU and below the motherboard. I lossend the screws holding the card it place to see if it could fall down enough for me to plug in my cables and then tighten it back up but to no avail. I had two options. Take a Dremel to my 1000 dollar computer. Or take the plastic off the plug on my display port. I went with the latter. After wrapping the exposed wire that was underneath that plastic on my cord with electrical tape I again lossend the GPU mounting screw was able to fit the connector in then tighten the screw back up. It's a large and annoying oversight and I know that I'm going to eventually be cutting that piece of metal on the case off. Which won't damage anything if you need to. It's just annoying. A 1000 dollar computer shouldn't have such a annoying problem like this. They sell low profile display port cables that don't have thick plastic on them, might want to try one of those with this computer if you have the same problem as me to avoid cutting it. That's my only complaint. Everything else is great. I just really don't like the case. Also it's huge.

This Pc was pretty good. I had this Pc for 5 Months now and I have ran into a couple of issues. The fans are very loud It crashes a lot when ever I would play video games like Fortnite, Call of Duty, Battlefield v, Etc. I love this pc but if you do decide to play fps games or games in general get ready to upgrade a lot of the components. This pc is an awesome starter pc but if you want to keep a pc with out upgrading the majority of the components with in a year this isn't the one honestly . If you guys have any questions about this pc or need help setting it up. My discord name is Anarchyvick#5497 and my epic is Anarchyvick. I can give you the ins and outs about this pc and my experience with it as well. The only thing that I know people would most likely upgrade is the Gpu, Fans, Ram, and maybe adding extra storage to the pc so HDD as well. Other than that this thing runs like an beast and I think its a really awesome pc I love it!!.

    Great Value when on sale!

Here an official 1 month review from my experience in now having used the device since the time of purchase; with that being said, here are some of my points to feature-- Pros-- Excellent value when on sale considering when this was bought (with markup and scarcity of most computer components worldwide) Easy setup, given that this is a prebuilt, this can be a great option for those that don't want to research forever in finding and then building the perfect build only to potentially suffer from incompatibility issues alongside not being able to 'plug and play' same day of purchase potentially. Great performance, especially for the price, having a full-on ryzen build is a great affordable option. AMD Freesync compatible obviously, which has been a super big plus as most monitors are now certified with this feature. Options for changing the RGB Schemes of the case, which to be noted, is quite diverse and plenty bright. A button on the top of the case controls of the schemes that are included in the preinstalled software. Port selection offered by the case is quite excellent providing all of the necessary clear markings for display ports, usb, mic, etc. An exception to this however, is if you want a usb type c for whatever reason, you will need to get an adapter in order to do so. No bloatware, overall a super clean install of Windows (no pre-included installs of Windows Games or the likes of other software that some may consider to be Malware) so that is a plus! Package came as described, all coming in a very compelling arrangement, plenty of structural support to refrain from delivery damage. Another thing to note, access to the inside of the case is very easy, just takes removing two outside screws and you are in for expansion or removal. Bought from BestBuy, given free promotional items, mine being two free games (Godfall and WOWC) along with a free software install of Malware Security, when on sale if in the future when this is further in stock, this is a great option. Although your mileage may vary, as has happened customer to customer; file a return and/or exchange if you have any issues, its as simple as that. 1 year warranty; however, customer service is a hassle and will take awhile to properly receive your request if there is a need to do so. Cons-- Components are not listed in the specifications and vary from buyer to buyer based on the time, place, and the availability of components that were on hand during that build period. With that noted, be aware that this is the case. However, I was given everything that should be expected from the title description, inclusive with all of the basic parts that enable the computer to run smoothly (ie proper cooling solutions, software and keys installed, all components including wire management were in the proper areas). Cooling isn’t incredible but is adequate; as others have noted it can get a little loud under load, however, with an installment of more fans (topside and or bottom) along with perhaps a latter and more expensive cooling solution; anything is possible at this point. Will just cost alittle money but it all comes down to priorities. At this price range though even if it is a prebuilt, you really can’t ask for more. Lack of display port not being included may be a downside to others, especially if you want to do a dual or triple monitor setup; a split adapter will be needed in order to do so. Will update if anything changes, as such, all of these things are subject to change as time progresses with the usage of this device.

As the title states, your mileage may vary. When purchasing this desktop almost a year ago, I noticed that some display models came with different graphics cards and/or RAM than mine did. Mine happened to have an Asus motherboard, XFX Thicc version of the video card and white colored XPG RAM. After almost a year, everything is stable and still working great. Much appreciated are the standard components that allow you to modular upgrade. Additionally, the Windows image that was installed on my machine was free of bloatware and was on the current version of windows. Only drawback I had was the power supply used. While the power supply was nice quality, was very loud acoustically. This didn't hurt the performance of the machine and was an easy fix to get a silent power supply for my personal taste.

Hey so I just got this pc the other day and so far everything is working without issue. The games that came with this pc's 5600xt have been downloaded with ease. My only issue so far is knowing how to download files to the SSD or HDD. The RGB's look very cool and are easy to switch colors and actions with just a button. Also, the case seemingly breathes very easy as the top is an open mesh piece that can be removed for cleaning if it should get dirty. Everything came plugged in ready to rock and windows 10 loaded fine. They keyboard the pc came with is nice, however, i am still getting use to it having come from a laptop for the past 10 years. One unfortunate area is that the mouse that was included came with two broken buttons, which looking at the comments I can see other people had similar problems. Hopefully, I can get this replaced with easy, because again, laptop user so no real need for a mouse? If anything happens, I'll come back and provide an update! Overall, for the black friday sale price I don't believe you can get a better PC- even if you build it yourself. Would recommend if you can find on sale!

TL;DR - This is not the high powered machine that will turn you into a famous Twitch Streamer, and this is not the power level required to render 3D animation programs. No, this device is a top-of-the-line *consumer* product. It does everything I ask of it, quickly and exceptionally. At the time of this review, the machine has been in operation for one and a half months. Demands, all simultaneous: - Graphically intense, sometimes badly optimized games (IBNLT COD, Godfall, Borderlands 3, Apex Legends, Overwatch); - Multiple unrelated applications open (Chrome, Social Media style, game browsers and launchers, videos). - CPU/GPU intense applications (Animation style applications, et al) - Extended periods of time without restart and in low ventilation conditions. Speed - Less than 5ms response times on average, 8ms when under duress. Comparatively, very strong. A trooper. Stability - Turned off randomly at times as a safety measure. Suffered no other symptoms aside. Rendering Quality - Even with settings maxed out, only on the most demanding games did the FPS falter, and even then it was only when the computer itself was under duress. Very powerful. Capacity for Intensity - Can handle some highly intense applications (I.e. Maya, streaming software in addition to max quality gaming) if in optimal conditions. Otherwise, performance may suffer somewhat. Be prepared to let it sit overnight for big projects. Noise - Barely noticeable with headset, noticeable without. I'm not a critic in this regard, so I have no opinion here. Temperature - Despite having multiple vents (Shielded Front, Top Vent, and Back Fans), it needs room to breathe and radiate. Give it a proper place to sit. Can get hot to the touch while under duress when enclosed. Value - I purchased this on sale at $800. For this, it neither exceeded nor underperformed for the price. I would sooner build the machine for this price if it weren't pre-assembled, but for those who lack the expertise or the desire, an extra $200 at most is fair for assembly. Ease of Use - All computers require much in the range of "plugging it all in". Unfortunately, my top USB ports have issues, so everything had to be plugged into the back. This frustration is simply "to be expected". Conclusion: Using this strictly for pleasure, this, I find, is one of my best purchases in years. It's a very strong mid-tier computer that lives up to the name "Gamer Master". It survived my many hurdles of testing, and all without even touching the overclock. This is a machine intended for end-users, and for the end-users out there, it's excellent. Look to a stronger machine for work purposes, but this, for me, is wonderful. CyberPowerPC wins my money again.

As of the time of this review (7/2020), it's almost impossible to build a PC with specs like these for this inexpensive. Unboxing, set up, and getting started was a breeze, and my unit did not come with any kind of damage during shipping or packing. The case is a little large, but I don't mid that, as it leaves plenty of space if I were to upgrade the fans and cooling system at any point in the future. Also the design and look of the case is nice without appearing too busy. It's minimalist, but not boring. Additionally, the PC was built with very good cable management. There are no stray cables or visible slack in any cables. The one flaw I have found is, like other reviewers have found, the case has a lip above the GPU ports which block access to the ports. How this was overlooked is beyond me, because its impossible to fit a HDMI or DP cable into the GPU. I got around this issue by shaving down my display port cable, but others may find that plugging things into the GPU is impossible. While small, this issue can be a deal breaker for some. As far as performance, this PC performs admirably. I have a 1440p monitor, and the included 5600XT can push 100+ FPS on max settings on games like Fortnite and Apex Legends, while staying around 75C. The cooling could be better, but for air cooling it does just fine. I havent tried to play any games that are more resource intensive such as Red Dead or Witcher 3 yet, but based on how its performed so far i think I should be able to play at 70+ FPS on high settings @1440p. Another component I would have upgraded is the RAM. @ 3200Mhz, it's not as optimized for the Ryzen 5 3600 as 3600Mhz would have been, but upgrading this wouldn't be too expensive, and I still think this system would be an amazing value after paying to upgrade the RAM myself. Overall, for the price, it's hard to beat these specs, and if you don't mind the GPU port issue, or the RAM being 3200 vs 3600 Mhz, you'll be happy with it.

Purchased this not too long ago, and once it arrived I was pretty stoked. I'm assuming it was due to shipping, but the box the computer came in was pretty dinged up, but the contents inside were just fine. After I removed the packaging and set it up, it had no problem downloading and running fairly modern games on high settings and resolution. At 4K resolution with high settings, Fortnite stayed around 60 fps or so with uncapped rates, and lowering the resolution and quality had it stay in the consistent 100+ fps range. I've recently gotten back into Destiny 2, and it's a similar story. It stays relatively at 60 fps on highest settings and resolution, and goes well beyond once some settings are lowered a bit. For transparency, I have used this computer and games on both a 4K television and a 1080p television, as well as a 1080p monitor. The computer itself came without any disconnected wires, and a helpful sticker on the back told me what to plug in where. I didn't have a terribly hard issue with the HDMI port as others have said, but the cable I'm using isn't terribly thick either. I can see where it would be a problem, though. The case itself is free of dings or dents, but on the front right edge there does seem to be the slightest separation, which may or may not be intentional. There is a button on the top of the case that lets you culycle through the preprogrammed colors for the lights, and though I do wish there could e been a remote control for it or something you can use in the computer itself to change color or personalize it, it works just fine. I've tried both Ethernet and wireless gaming, and it holds up well in both fields, though Ethernet outclasses it by default. The included mouse and keyboard are nice, but not something I will be using my h because of my wireless keyboard and mouse setup. They work just fine, though. Overall, as this is the first prebuilt computer I've fully purchased myself, I'm impressed at how well it runs and how simple it was to set up. If there wasn't a current event going on, though, I would have opted to build a similar computer myself, but as it is this computer seems to be well worth the cost.
