Customers are saying

Customers are delighted by the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop's impressive performance, great price, and ease of setup. Many appreciate the excellent graphics and high FPS rates achieved while gaming. However, some users experienced issues with fan noise and occasional problems with the mouse and power supply. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and value outweighs the reported issues with certain components.

I am very satisfied with the product. It is fast for regular browsing and for gaming as well, though my experience is only limited to some MMOs and League of Legends. This PC ran League of Legends at above 210 FPS consistently and even shot up to 240 at times, but I do want to mention that I have an ASUS VG249Q monitor as well as the monitor is also very important for FPS and overall performance in gaming and regular browsing and the like. I had some questions for the customer support team at CyberPowerPC, and they were able to answer in a very effective and polite manner. They did take some time to answer the phone but that is to be expected from a relatively small prebuilt PC company, even if they are established in this area. The computer is functioning very well at the moment and from the looks of it, it looks like I can use this setup for quite a while. I didn't take a look at the specific parts at the PC as I'm not familiar with computers and such, so you'll have to see another review for that, but so far I can say the performance is very good and it appears that they performed a quality control check on the software and hardware of the PC before it was shipped out. I was hesitant to buy the PC at first due to seeing Reddit reviews and Gamers Nexus being very critical of the company (but not this specific model of PC and its parts), but I can say I am a very satisfied customer. If you have any issues, you can wait until January to return it if you bought it during the Black Friday sale as well, so there should be no cause for concern. My only complaint that I have with this PC (as an inexperienced customer of prebuilt gaming PCs) is that the fans can be quite loud at times (I think the fans are probably considered mediocre in the gaming PC market), but they should be able to replaced in the future if needed. The performance of the PC is awesome, but I would like to warn you of the fans. Please check out other reviews before you buy and don't take my word for it! Thanks and good luck PC hunting!

    Creative Cloud Dream Machine

This machine has far exceeded my expectations from every aspect of owing it. Adding RAM was a snap (pun intended), and then I just added the peripherals (monitor, keyboard, etc.), flipped the switch, and I was up and running in no time at all. I'm in the graphic communications industry - both on a freelance, professional, and hobbyist level. I can easily have a majority of Adobe Creative Cloud Apps running at the same time with almost no lag or issues in performance. I'll have PhotoShop, Illustrator, Audition and After Effects all running at the same time, plus Chrome with multiple tabs open, Amazon Music running in the background and more. This is BY FAR the best machine I've ever worked on or owned in my entire 30 year career.

This PC is a great option for those wishing to start PC gaming and is great for multitasking as well. It's an absolute beast for gaming and is an excellent combo in parts. Everything runs great on Ultra/High settings and can easily handle multiple programs at once. This PC runs incredibly well on 1080p, but it could more than likely handle 1440p at 60fps too. The fans are great at handling the temperature, and can change to several different colors (or off, if you prefer no lighting on the fans). The only downsides I could tell on this is that it runs a bit hot, particularly the temperature runs a little hot on the GPU, hovering around 56° (Celsius). The fans rev up sometimes, but are quiet the majority of the time. The wiring is superb for the most part, except the small mess of wires next to the PSU in my unit. The front of the case is pure glass as well, so that may contribute to why it runs a bit hot. The parts included in my PC were a Ryzen 5 3600, an ASUS Prime B550 Micro-ATX mobo (with Wi-Fi), Crucial Ballistix 16gb 3000hz RAM, AMD Thicc II RX 5600 XT, Western Digital 1TB HDD, Lexar 500gb M.2 SSD, and an EVGA 600w 80+ gold rated PSU. If you don't wish to build a PC or are simply looking for a PC worth the money, this is worth it. With everything in consideration, this PC is excellent and a great choice for gaming without spending too much money.

Great powerful gaming PC for entry to mid level. Set up was very easy. I was able to easily load and play heavy games like Fortnite. Didn't want to spent ton of money on first gaming PC. This was perfect with reasonable price and good performance. First time it came as damaged in shipping, so had to exchange but it was easy in store.

I placed the order for this Gaming PC on a Wednesday and was informed that it would arrive to me on Monday. To my surprise this Gaming PC was delivered in three days’ time on Saturday. I do apricated the expedited shipping time for a Gaming PC that is nearly one thousand dollars. The overall price with the quality of specs that came included on this Gaming PC it is relatively low in comparison to another Gaming PC I bought last year which had similar specs which cost $500 more. This purchase was made for my daughter so that she can play games on Steam and on her Oculus Rift against her brother. This Gaming PC easily played various games on several different digital platform without fail. The 16GB of Ram is perfect for multitasking or playing a good portion of games on Steam with virtually no lag. The AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT outperforms the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 that I purchased a year ago. The AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT has 1 HDMI port which can be used to connect an Oculus and 3 Display Port Outputs for additional pc monitors. The 500GB SSD with the OS installed on it allows for a fast boot time. There is no shortage of connectivity options since there is eight USB ports. There is 4 slots to add additional SSD if storage becomes an issue. Overall this is an excellent purchase for a Gaming PC under $1K!

Just got the PC and the graphics are stunning compared to my old Nvidia 1060 Max-Q graphics card. It was pretty easy to set up, as I just had to take out some protective padding inside and plug in my other accessories. The extra mouse feels nice to use (plus 3 programmable buttons on the left side), and the keyboard even comes with a convenient volume slider. The keyboard isn't mechanical though, so it might feel a bit mushy compared to a Corsair keyboard. Overall, amazing PC for a Black Friday deal ($200 off) and I'm excited to push its limits!

    Great PC... But not perfect

So, to start off, yes this is a good computer. Unfortunately, it takes some tweaking to get there. When I got mine home, I jumped right in, and updated everything right away... such as drivers windows update, checked the bios, etc. I was able to download multiple games and play games fine, where I ran into issues was constant blue screens with music, videos, browsing the internet, which seemed strange because it was doing fine while in games. I was ready to return it, and build my own computer which is nearly impossible right now. First, I emailed Cyberpowerpc, and they responded with some fixes the same day, which was great. I ran all the appropriate fixes that they suggested with no change. The blue screens I was getting kept coming up with driver issues. I then went through each driver and manually updated them all, which ended up being the issue. I have now been blue screen and issue free since December. When they say a prebuilt can be a nightmare, I can agree somewhat. You shouldn't have to troubleshoot for hours just to get a computer to run properly. Now, onto the positives. This pc is great once it is working. The CPU and GPU work flawlessly and give high FPS at Ultra or Very High settings in most games. Even more demanding games are able to run around 60 FPS at 1080p.

I have had my PC for a month. When it arrived the packaging was undamaged. Set-up was clear and easy. The PC runs great. O use this primarily for gaming. My fps is good on all games I have played at the highest to next to highest level. I would recommend this PC to anyone needing a good gaming rig that doesn't want to build. I have played Overwatch, WoW, Valorant, MW, and several others. I havent tried GTA to so I cant say how well my fps works with it.

Wonderful deal at BBY for intermedia gamers - this PC had quality parts (i.e. brand name off the shelf, not proprietary custom parts that manufacturers such as Dell/HP use), benchmarks really solid and for the price, couldn't build it this cheap myself! The 5600XT was more than capable to push over 100fps in 1080p gaming resolutions, and setup was a breeze. Really liked how easily you can change the fan colors as well.

After looking into several other gaming PC's we chose this and it does not disappoint. Once this was unboxed, and yes it is a heavy unit and larger in size than expected, connections were simple and you will need an HDMI cable. Once up and running after some updates works flawlessly. The keyboard and mouse are a bonus to compliment the unit. Runs quiet and smooth, time will tell in the long run, and happy with the purchase for under $800. I would recommend a pick up at your local Best Buy as I had mine shipped, the box was slightly damaged on the outside but no issues, otherwise packaged well.

I bought this PC couple of weeks back and I am very happy with the performance. The price point is really nice. The look and feel of the PC matches any other gaming PCs out there. The only negative is the fan noise. It is a bit louder than I expected.

Review on date of purchase/setup: -Desktop was packaged sideways in box, which was unexpected (expected it to be upright). -Start up was a breeze, specs are as written on site. Mobo on mine is ASUS Prime B550M A AC. -Mouse and keyboard are throw-ins, but they kind of are big/clunky and suck. Usable for everyday use, but annoying for gaming purposes. Apparently you can change the DPI on the mouse with a button click, but it's not described anywhere the settings. Colors on the keyboard do not change. Price for parts -- this build was a steal, especially if you can catch it on sale. Some other reviews mention issues or so after the first week-month, so I'll update if anything else happens.

I did a lot of research prior to selecting and purchasing this gaming computer. At that time, the CPU was listed in the top 10 for gaming computers on multiple sites with some rating it as high as 6th. The GPU was in the top 15 on most sites. So my expectations were moderate but figured this would be a solid build for what I could afford. I was very surprised, however, with its performance. I generally play strategic games, but there are a select few "action" games I enjoy. One in particular caused me much grief on my former computer, ARK. Even at low graphics setting my old computer would take forever to load and I ran into multiple issues with freezing and erratic graphic issues. I held my breath when I first loaded it onto this computer, and started with the medium graphics setting. It ran flawlessly!!! However, when I switched it to Epic graphics, I ran into a problem. I was overwhelmed by all the beautifully rendered graphics and was actually distracted by the background graphics. This computer ran that game like a champ with no noticeable lag and ultra smooth movement. I highly recommend this computer as a solid investment with the potential to be upgraded in the future to take on the monstrous graphic intensive games they keep making ever more so. But for now, I am immensely satisfied and excited to play on this computer.

Excellent value when on sale. I had been trying to build my own desktop and with scarcity of parts and costs, this was the way to go. Setup was easy. The fan is a little loud and I have already had an issue with the GPU causing a reboot, but I think there solutions. Very happy with the product.

I really feel like this is a great buy! Amazing RBG fans, combined with an exquisite case, makes this a beautiful computer. The Ryzen 5 3600 fused with RX 5600 XT, packs a powerful AMD punch!! The one downside is the graphics card is a bit loud at times. Overall, however, fantastic performance, would recommend if looking to play those demanding AAA games!

I got the PC a few days so, and so far it’s pretty amazing. I mainly bought it so I can have a gaming PC when I go to college, and I believe it’s worth it. The lights on the fans have a number of settings that all look pretty fancy, and the overall look of any game I play looks pretty slick and smooth. Overall, it’s a great PC for those who are looking to game on a budget! Especially with the included light-up gaming mouse and keyboard. Very fancy and cheap!
