Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop's impressive performance, great price, and ease of setup. Many appreciate the excellent graphics and high FPS rates achieved while gaming. However, some users experienced issues with fan noise and occasional problems with the mouse and power supply. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and value outweighs the reported issues with certain components.

My First Gaming PC
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went with this PC because of the 16 GB memory, Radeon RX 5600 XT and the AMD Ryzen5 3600 which seemed comparable to the i7 counterpart that was a little more expensive and put out similar if not better performance.. It came packaged well, there were no interior cable loose or parts broken and had no outside dings or dents. I don't do much gaming on PC yet but downloaded Warzone and it looked similar to the PS4 version- I wanted this power also to view and edit some 4k video without the stutter that was present on my old PC and it did that well also.. The case is HUGE and wished it came in something other than white, but the lights look cool and function without issue. Also wish for a card reader, dvd drive and some more functional USB ports, but these are all added cheaply..

Solid mid-grade gaming PC for a steal!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this as a Christmas present for my daughter and it's a no-brainer as my second Cyberpower gaming PC in the last ten months. It's a gorgeous chassis (albeit larger than expected) and the RGB's add a touch of class to an otherwise plain case. The components were solid (ASUS and Gigabyte primarily) and the RX 5600 is a solid midgrade card (and a definite upgrade from the RX580 that came with a similarly priced computer previously). 16GB of RAM cooks thru most programs without a hiccup, gaming looks phenomenal (pair with the right monitor!) and the lack of bloatware is greatly appreciated. Overall, another great value from Cyberpower and a great price by BB makes this a no-brainer! Great intro to PC gaming for anyone!

Worth it
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had it less than a week but really impressed so far. I had been waiting for the right PC and this has everything I wanted and more. Really fast, great graphics, tons of storage. I didn't notice until I set it up that it does not have internal speakers but the bluetooth is great and I can always plug in the headphones. The only downside is, the PC is so good, I might have to swap it with one of my kids as they do more hard core gaming than I do.

Very Solid Pre Built
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very happy with this purchase; runs well, looks good and is well put together. Surprisingly good value for a pre-build PC, especially in 2021 when prices are super high and parts are hard to come by. I would say that the only issue so far is that the case fans are a little loud, and because these are not connected through the motherboard you cannot adjust the fan speed. Anyway, this should be a good first PC for any gamers looking to get into PC gaming, and should leave room for future upgrades.

Great Entry level PC
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very satisfied with my purchase! Fans are a bit noisy, but that was to be expected. I run Ark: Survival Evolved with 60+ FPS on high to epic settings (with mods). Highly recommended for an entry level purchase. The PC also came with a keyboard and mouse. The case requires a screwdriver to unscrew and I have had problems screwing it back in, but besides this, everything is great!

So far so good
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son has been asking for this pc for a long time. He gave me the specs that he needed to play his games. The graphics/display is incredible the speed is really fast the only thing was we hooked it up with an Ethernet couldn’t figure how to connect with WiFi wasn’t finding the connection which is the reason I left off a star but everything else is great the lights work and change colors overall purchased on 6/25/20 and he’s been on it ever since then with no issues. Will update in another month if I can

Amazing Pc
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this computer for 3 days now and I can’t say there’s anything to complain about. It runs all the games that I want to play at a miraculous rate and the added on mouse and keyboard are amazing. Would definitely recommend for those wanting to start off with a pc.

Affordable Gaming PC Done Right!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been using the product for 4 months now and I must say I love it. So far no problems at all with the PC. I mainly use it for COD: WarZone and Destiny 2. In those games, I typically see average FPS of 100-120 playing on High or Ultra Settings. My only minor complaint is the when the fan kicks on while playing games it gets noisy but not unbearable. I typically play with Headphones so I don't hear the fans. Also the Keyboard and Mouse and nice add on. They are very responsive.

Solid Prebuilt Computer
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.(Resubmitted and updated this review because it was deleted?) I bought a computer during a Black Friday sale for $750. For a prebuilt computer, the sum of the components are great value. Considering the shortage of parts during the COVID pandemic (which leads to higher CPU and GPU costs), this was actually cheaper than me buying the individual parts and building it myself. As for the brands for my internal components, I received: Mobo: ASRock b550AM GPU: XFX 5600XT Raw II RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) XPG (3000MHz) HDDs: Both are Western Digital The one downside is that my rear case fan came dead on arrival. Submitting a ticket for a replacement with CyberpowerPC was easy and I am currently waiting for the replacement in the mail. UPDATE: Its now been 11 days with no update. Following up with the customer service via phone provided no information, and they have not responded to my email in 4 days. It's disappointing because other than the DOA fan, I would recommend this computer, however, the customer service is leaving a lot to be desired right now. However, assuming the replacement comes in, I still think this is a great deal at the cost. For those who don't know and/or don't want to build their own computers the value becomes even better because you can take advantage of the tech support through the CyberPowerPC website.

Amazing Beginner Gaming PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this desktop mainly for simple gaming but it runs Fortnite, Modern Warfare, and R6 at 100-200 fps on highest settings. Although I've only been using this for a few days and the fans are quite noisy but it cools really well. As for the case, it's really nice and clean and it's got a good amount of USB's. The only con about this desktop is the lighting for the fans, you can't customize the lights but there are a good amount of presets. Overall, for pricing the desktop is definitely worth it. It's great for a beginner or regular gaming pc and there's plenty of space for upgrades.

Cut corners, but after some changes very great
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this PC and I was very surprised at the price to performance which was very pleasant.Good high fps on most games on high to low settings for 144hz monitors and great ultra game play. Only downsides are the corners cut on the power supply and fans,as well changing some settings so the PC doesn't overheat. But overall great PC build for price and for beginners

Great value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice computer. Love the keyboard and mouse, they don't feel cheap. (Would recommend a keyboard rest, the keyboard sits high off the desk) Very quite computer, runs Final Fantasy XIV well and Genshin Impact on ultra settings. I have ran into NO issues. Pretty much plug and play. Make sure when you receive the computer you make sure all the connects are connected inside. Recommend getting a 144hz monitor to get the most out of the graphics card. Could use more SSD space. Basic parts, but if you get it on sale like I did, I think its a good value.

Great mid level HD gaming CPU
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After long days of researching, I ended up buying this for Christmas for my son around Black Friday. Shipping was telling me it wasn't going to ship, so I purchased a second PC just in case. They both arrived and I ended up keeping both. LOL Excellent mid level gaming computer for the price. On sale for $200 less than normal price. No problem with the system. You couldn't build this type of PC for this price. The only problem I had was the DPI buttons on both of the mice arrived broken . Working with customer support to resolve issue.

Great for 1080 gaming
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PC came pre-built with advertised components and great cable management. Started right up and plays games perfectly on highest settings, very satisfied with my purchase. Got it on Black Friday for very good value, but even regular price isn't horrible for a prebuild, (considering the current prices on components, winter 2020). Mine came with an ASUS Prime B550M-A (wifi) motherboard and an Apevia 600W 80+ Gold psu Only con is that their mouse's led button was broken fresh out the box; I'm sure it is covered under the warrantee.

Amazing PC for it's price.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm no pc expert or pro gamer but my experience with this has been great so far, compared to my old PC, this new one has defiantly showed it's worth. Some of my more cultured friends recommended this pc to me, and I'm really glad they did, this pc so far is totally worth the price. The only issue I have with this is the mouse, after a few days of using the pc, the mouse's 2 extra button in the center seems to have been jammed inside, which is somewhat annoying. Besides that and the button that switches the LED lights getting stuck (which I fixed), there hasn't been much of a problem. The keyboard that came with the pc is really nice, I like the design and the fact you can change the volume so easily with the keyboard scroll is nice. If I had the chance, I would recommend this to my friends.

Great starter pc
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I first got this pc it wouldn’t show up on the screen so I went to Best Buy and all it needed was a reset and they got it working. Other then that the pc runs smoothly I can run games like league on 300 FPS and rust on 110 FPS.

Great purchase!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was worried after reading reviews that it would ship damaged, especially because it arrived in the original computer box. But, they used great Styrofoam and the foam inside the PC kept everything in place. I know nothing about building a PC, so if anything was loose I would be screwed. Works amazing so far for the couple of days I have had it, very impressed with the performance for the $200 off price. The fans are beautiful, but may not be as efficient as it should be. But thats OK.
