Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the Gamer Master Gaming Desktop's impressive performance, great price, and ease of setup. Many appreciate the excellent graphics and high FPS rates achieved while gaming. However, some users experienced issues with fan noise and occasional problems with the mouse and power supply. Overall, the positive feedback on performance and value outweighs the reported issues with certain components.

Great value
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son loves this gaming system. After some research and conversations, decided that this was the best choice for the price. This is his first gaming system so we didn't want to go over the top in case he lost interest but also didn't want to get something cheap that just wasted going to justify the money spent on one of these. This was a great choice. He has since replaced some of the accessories it came with but the desktop ended up being better than he expected.

Great Middle of the Road PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The PC was ready to use right out of the box. The keyboard and mouse that are included are better than I was expecting. The keyboard itself is actually very comfortable to type on and has a satisfying click to it, even though it is not mechanical. The only cons are that my shift key squeaks and also there is no way to adjust colors on the keyboard. The keyboard just lights up white which was disappointing. I was really impressed by the mouse. It has a nice satin black finish and has RGB that can be changed by using two buttons on top of the mouse. The mouse is also weighted, there are four small weights located in the bottom of the mouse that can be removed or replaced very easily. My mouse was broken when I received mine. The two buttons on top that change the RGB lighting were not installed correctly and do not function, So for the "Quality" aspect of this review, I would have to bump it one star due to the squeaking shift key and broken mouse. The PC itself is great; it's been a huge jump from my previous PC. My particular unit came with: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 AsRock Radeon 5600xt Challenger Pro Asus Prime B550 motherboard 16GB Crucial Ballistix DDR4 3000mhx Ram 500GB Western Digital Blue M.2 SSD SATA 1TB Seagate Barracuda HDD I got mine for $750 during Thanksgiving which is an absolute steal. The CPU and GPU alone almost cost $700.

Very good starter pc
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This pc was my first ever and crashes sometimes but it’s because you need to update or it will crash but with the update of the radeon software it should be pretty good. This pc gets 400 FPS on low settings on fortnite. The only thing that came broken was the fan the rgb works but the fan itself does not I still have to contact Best Buy.

PC runs great but the Case has Dents.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PC runs great, it comes as advertised all fans and components are in good condition did not have any issues booting this computer up. As for the HDMI connection I was able to connect a regular HDMI cable with no issues the port has just enough space. PC came with ASRock B550AM Gaming motherboard and a CoolMaster fan for the processor. HardDrive's: WD Blue WD10EZEX [1TB] - WD Blue™ SN550 NVMe™ SSD. 2 USB's at the top of the case and 6 USB in the back all 3.0, keyboard and gaming mouse are in good condition the lighting works fine as well. When I picked up this computer the outside of the box was in bad shape this PC was not handle well, when I took the PC out I see damage on the case, two dents one in the front and another in the side surprisingly the glass has no damage at all. I fixed the dents myself [Work in the car industry] I could not wait for a replacement, already sold my old build. Looking at most of the reviews it looks like this case either its shipped with some damage or does not handle shipping well, most of the reviews I see are reporting some type of damage to the case. I will keep the computer only because I can make the repairs myself but for most people this is not acceptable, PC should be in good condition, its what we paid for.

The Ideal Mid-Range PC
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The PC works well and runs very smoothly. It's a perfect combination of the parts for this price range, and they even fixed the oversight of installing the gpu in a position where it would make it hard to fit any diplayport and hdmi ports. They placed the GPU one slot down, so it's nice to see that they listened to the feedback from previous reviews and made sure the product is the best it can be. Also, great cable management.

Great Buy.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me start by saying before I bought this pc, I considered myself a bit of an intel/nvidia fanboy. About a month ago that system got fried and so for $950 I thought i'd take a chance and come to the dark side. WHAT A GOOD DECISION. Directly out of the box this thing has been nothing but a beast. Im definitely around the block when it comes to gaming and this thing has done nothing but perform. Cod MW, WoW BFA, Forza, even the new Beta from amazon New World put up a weak challenge. Granted while I only play on 1080p, this computer is sure to please anyone who just wants to play a variety of titles. If I must have a downside, it would be the noise. I wear a headset most of the time so it doesn't really bother me but once it comes off, I feel like my computer is part RC helicopter. If the noise isn't a dealbreaker the system stays relatively cool, so there's that.

pleasantly surprised
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just to note, this is my first gaming rig ever. With that being said, i do have alot of knowledge on internals and such. First off, i was curious as to what motherboard, power supply, what brand ram and how many mhz, what brand m.2 and hdd, what kind of fans, and what aftermarket gpu was in it, or if it was just a normal 5600 xt. Upon arrival, i was pleasantly surprised that while the gpu in it is known for running somewhat hotter than all other 5600 xt's, and also the fact they took the backplate off it and put on their own cyberpower backplate, it is still a good brand XFX Thicc II. The psu is a themaltake 600w 80+ gold which i am very happy with, the fans are cyberpower brand im assuming. The m.2 ssd and hdd are both WD Blue, and the motherboard is an ASRock 550a micro, which i was unfamiliar with prior to observing the internals. apparently its only for prebuilt pc's, but is still a step up form the 450. i was hoping for an x570, but i can always upgrade later. the case itself doesn't seem too bad. I was also pleasantly surprised by how well the cable management was in the back. Overall I'm quite happy with my purchase as during this pandemic, it has been a struggle to find a decent motherboard or power supply to build my own pc, and i would definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking for this cpu and gpu combo.

Bought it during the Black Friday Sale
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it during the $750 Black Friday sale because it was cheaper to buy than build. Recieved the pc a day ago and ran perfectly for me so far. I am able to max out my 144hz monitor Minecraft and am able to get 90+ fps in Warzone. I did have to go into BIOS to bump the ram from 1666mhz to the actual 3000mhz that it is. Besides that the pc has been perfect for my gaming needs.

Great! Crashes sometimes
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked out of the box, no loose cables or dead components. It runs games perfectly and has only crashed twice. It isn't loud at all even when you play very demanding games like Godfall. I was able to get 144 fps in every game so far.

Beefy computer, BUT—
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am beyond satisfied with the computer itself but there have been flaws. First, the HDMI port on the video card is partly obscured by the case, as others have said. I didn't feel like shaving off part of an HDMI cable to get it to work, so I contacted support. Their resolution was to mail me an HDMI cable that has a flat end, which is pretty annoying and preventable. The other issue is that the mouse came with two broken buttons (not the click buttons, but auxiliary buttons) so now my mouse is stuck on pink. The computer is worth it, but there are definitely preventable annoyances.

Product review
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using this product mainly for CAD and CAE purposes and it has been working like aa charm. It is definitely quicker than my laptop with the 6 cores and 16gb of RAM. Plus I got it at a good deal on Black Friday, so no complaints. I would say that if you are connecting it through WIFI get two antennaes to extend the range because it is pretty limited.

Solid Gaming PC for the Price.
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm reviewing this PC after 1 year and 7 months of moderate/heavy use. Used primarily for gaming (WoW/Borderlands 3/Runescape/Smite/Outriders/Halo Infinite/Lost Ark). It ran all the games well with most settings either or at max (a few games had some at average). After 1yr 2m of use the AMD graphics drivers are having issues despite being fully updated etc. I get screen flickers/driver crashes etc and I confirmed its not monitor/cable related. I paid around $1100 for it at the time and I feel like it was a good deal. The PC runs still with only occasional graphic driver issues however as a gamer that's a big concern.

It runs great. But...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is perhaps the best machine I’ve ever owned, however, just one month in and it’s already having problems of not turning on. I thought it was the cord but when I replaced it it had the same result. I’d have to say thank god I got a warranty with it to have it repaired. I’d have given it a 3 star for having such problems so early into the purchase, however, with geeks squad needing a 5 day later appointment has left a disgusting and irritating taste in my mouth. Am I upset? Frankly yes, but I’m more annoyed that this issue happened so soon despite putting four grand into this product and needing to wait so long.

Great PC!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an excellent PC for people that want to get into PC gaming but aren't quite ready to build one by yourself. It's also a great value for what you get when it's on sale. The black friday price really helped lower the cost to make it worth the price tag. It runs my games without issue and I also use it for graphic design.
