I bought this for my son. He loves it. It is so fast, no lag....and the graphics card is amazing. There are several ports in the back under the black plastic covers...the monitor has to go into one of those ports. Took me forever to figure this out, but im a learning gamer mom, lol

So I dont know much about PC’s; but ive been told this particular one I bought is very good for its price and so far it has proven me right! If you’re looking to play VR games or games that are a bit demanding this is defitinly worth the price! I only had one issue with it and its that THREE of the fans were not working when I plugged it in. I had to open the back case of it and saw that one of the plugs were slightly out of place and all I had to do was plug it in right. PLEASE check and make sure all of the fans are working, I made the mistake of assuming the fans not spinning was okay only then to have my pc start overheating get really loud. Overall though if you’re a beginner like me and not sure what to buy, this is the one right here!

I bought this PC for my son who wants to start gaming. He loves it and its been a great PC even after a year of heavy use! I definitely recommend!!

Looking for a the PC was kind of scary because I wanted to get the most bang for my buck. I wanted one that had the power to run high end games with high frame rates. This PC has exceeded all of my expectations. This Pc is great for some one just starting out & don't want to worry about upgrading parts for years to come, The built in gaming software makes gaming really easy & you have the control to change graphic settings on the fly. You cant go wrong with this product.

I can play Angry Birds no problem! 10/10 would buy again if I needed to buy a pc again. Granted I’m probably not gonna buy a new one but that’s not the point

This is an excellent gaming rig. Out of the box setup was a breeze. Just unpack the computer, hook up your mouse, keyboard, power cord and ethernet and you are all set to go! I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. As you can see it is a gorgeous computer complete with LED lights on all 4 visible fans inside the case. With a simple touch of the button you can cycle through several RGB colors and lighting effects. I did run 3Dmark and got a 8,557 as my Time Spy score. Even under load the computer is whisper quiet. I have no real need to overlock or upgrade anything on the system, however that doesn't mean that you can't overclock or upgrade it yourself. This sure does beat building your own system. Just open the box, hook it up and done. Download your programs and commence gaming!

Purchased the GMA4800BSTV5 model CyberPowerPC and I love it. Lightning fast gaming computer that runs my games flawlessly at ultra-high settings. The fan is super quiet and Windows 11 is great, too. This is a great gaming PC for a wide variety of different games and gamers. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced gamer, this PC is perfect! The case is also very pretty to look at. I would recommend this PC to anybody interested in gaming.

Its been an amazing experience with my PC, it's actually my first PC and it's an excellent computer not that hard to install in your house was really simple.

Awesome pre-built PC. You literally can’t go wrong for the price but only downside is the luck of the draw. The graphics card I got was the ASUS PH-RTX3060-12G NVIDIA which again is quite power for how small it is with a single fan but that’s it’s weak point. It’s very loud and average temps were good at ultra setting with a Samsung 27-Inch CRG5 240hz monitor. The EVGA RTX3060-12G dual fan would be a better option.

Great starter gaming PC for my teenage son. We bought another model (GXI3400BSTV8) from this company first, which was utter garbage, but returned and replaced it with this model which has run perfectly. Fast connection, no delays or buffering while gaming. After a very frustrating week of trying to troubleshoot the other PC, this has been a positive ending. This model is smaller and the fans run louder, but I'm guessing that's because they are actually keeping the unit cool. My only complaints are: large dent on front of the case (metal piece), most likely from rough UPS delivery. No remote was included to control the light colors. I will contact customer service about these issues.

I purchased CyberPowerPc-Gamer Master Gaming Desktop for pc gaming and web browsing and I am very happy with this purchase! It loads super fast has more than enough memory and great graphics. It has plenty of usb ports. The installation was super easy out of the box ready to use! The keyboard is really cool, it lights up when in use and the mouse has RGB lights that change. The pc is super quiet and hardly blows out any hot air. I have been using the computer for a couple of days now and absolutely love it.

Very sleek design and clean prebuilt. I received help inside to get my pc and took it home, was in n out the store 5 minutes tops. PC is running great and the graphics are beautiful. I do experience some lag and slow downloads speeds although it is prolly my internet. Comes with keyboard and mouse too, keyboard is nice and I recommend getting better mouse if you don’t mind spending the extra cash. The manuals and instructions it came with were very helpful and I even got some free incentives with the purchase! Very satisfied!!!

Decided to buy a pc recently, got this one. Compared to my older pc, which was my first starting point and had 2015-ish stuff in it, this is leagues better. When it comes to gaming, it runs my games at higher graphic settings and runs them at more stable framerate. Cleaning and maintaining this puppy looks to be better than on my last one. A top vent has a magnetic floppy film and the bottom has one that slides out like a drying machine, so cleaning is a breeze. Mine came pre-loaded with Windows 11, which at the moment has been a little uncomfortable to deal with given all my time on Windows 10. It has not tarnished my experience with the computer.

I had a 5 year old machine I had built die on me suddenly. Due to the current cost of components, I decided to run up to the store to see what they had. After deciding to purchase this one and taking it home. I have been very impressed with the quality of the build and lack of bloatware. I'm becoming a fan!

The PC for the most part works fantastic and came in great condition. The one caveat that I have is that the mouse that comes with the pc seems to have an issue with it's USB cord, where when its plugged in and slightly moved it disconnects and becomes unresponsive. Otherwise though everything else is perfect.

I came into Best Buy not knowing what I needed for the types of games I wanted to play but one of the employees helped me figure out the specs and sure enough when I brought this home everything is playing and running GREAT!! Thank you again!
