I have always built my own computer systems but when my computer fried itself I needed a new one quickly. I did lots of reviews and, unless I want to spend thousands, this computer has almost everything I need. The rest is now USB. It's fast and Windows 10 works great on it. My World of Warcraft game is super fast now. A solid recommendation.

I run Civ VI, Total War Brittainna, Witcher 3 and many other games at their highest settings and maintain solid frame rates (usually sustain around 60fps). For the price it has given me all the gaming satisfaction I could ever need and I can easily upgrade ram and/or cards down the line when some cool game makes me.

I had a great experience at best buy in selecting the items I wanted. After much consideration I decided to go with the Cyberpower pc for gaming. Needless to say, I am 100% happy with my decision and this pc Is performing beyond my expectations! I would highly recommend this pc to any gamming enthusiast.

Great pc and has great performance, although i had to exchange the first one because of a problem with psu overheating and the second one i got which i kept because it’s a minor problem, has a problem with the headphone and microphone jacks in the front

Got this in yesterday and the computer seems to be good. But my keyboard is bad out of the box, bestbuy said they could contact the manufacture to ship me a new one if I brought it up there or buy a different one they had in the store. Had to go spend another $60 because I'm not gonna wait a week or however long to get it replaced under warranty. (I already had to wait for the computer shipping) and the lights sure are misleading at Best buy and in pictures. Have to turn the lights out in the house to tell they are even there. The power light on my monitor is brighter than they are. Kind of a depressing. I'm not sure if something is wrong or missing but I can't really find the model 2800bst online anywhere to compare it to besides the same pics of sellers. I know it's just bells and whistles but I expected it to look like the one on display at bestbuy when I bought it. Overall the computer works fine but between the keyboard and lights it was just a bad start for my first cyberpower, and Best buy's customer service having me buy a new keyboard instead of finding a better way than shipping me a new one.

Only complaints was the keyboard usb end was smashed so could not hook up to use. Best Buy wanted WHOLE system and ALL pieces brought back instead of just swapping out a keyboard, we just used our older one. Also we were not aware that it DOES NOT HAVE AN CD/DVD DRIVE so he cant play some of his CD games.

Computer was a good value, setup was fairly easy. Documentation was at best sparse and didn't match the control locations on the physical computer. A more troubling problem was intermittent lockup, failure to boot, and no display even though power was clearly going to the motherboard, fans, and graphics card. Eventually troubleshot it back to a loose cable connection in the base of the computer: the cable supplying power to the graphics card was vibrating loose just enough to cause the computer to reboot at random times. The problem got worse over time, finally reaching the point where the cable had vibrated loose enough that it wouldn't boot. Reseating the connector solved the problem. This is not an easily accessed area, and is not one of the connections you are cautioned to check before powering up the computer. You need to use tools, need to make sure the computer is unplugged before opening it up, and need to make sure you close everything up properly before attempting to power it back up. Other than that, a very nice computer for the price. Overall, I'm satisfied.

I got this computer becasue my old one could not handle large quantities of 4k video. This one is working great. It is fast and reliable. I really enjoy working on it. I do wish that the power button was not on top and that it had a place for an optical drive, but overall I am very happy with it.

This prebuilt pc is great for the price! I gave it 4 stars because the PSU that came in this pc was garbage. That would be my only downfall to this system. If you buy, make sure to replace the psu as soon as you can. Plenty of space for future upgrades as well. Overall a great purchase for the price.

I’ve had it for a day now. I’ve tested Cities Skylines, Sims 4, Everquest 2, and a couple other games on it. It works like a champ. This is my first gaming computer and I really couldn’t be happier with the performance. I got a curved 27” ultra wide monitor with it. I’m obsessed!

Easy set up out of the box. Everything was already assembled, just plug and play. Every once and a while the response is a tad sluggish. A quick restart solves all issues. It is a great PC for a first time gaming set up. At this point in time I have no remorse from buying this computer.

Several years ago I decided to start using gaming PCs for my key computer locations. CyberPCs have been stable and fast and well worth a few dollars more (and many times less) than some of the larger name brad companies. I now use them in just about every spot I have a need arise.

Power supply isn't great quality. If you buy this you are getting the cheapest parts. The company itself does not check to see if their products function, they just ship it out. My product would not switch on. After multiple times it did switch on. This product turned off by itself, and took 10 times to switch on. After using it and gaming I switched the product off. After this, all attempts to switch back on were failures. Also, as I played gw2 there was lag, league of legends was easy to play. Though I do not recommend buying from cyber power, from this experience. I've also read that people experience issues a month later. I am glad that my issues came the first month, because I was able to get a full refund. If the power supply wasn't so cheap I would recommend. Though some may argue it is better to replace it with power supply made by corsair, though with the pricing it is better to build from scratch . I do however recommend that you use pc part picker, select your parts and find someone to build it for you if you are afraid of doing it yourself. Some technicians probably will charge you 67 dollars and you can get this same pc for almsot 200 cheaper.
