Ordered this pc and so far it has run every game I have tossed its way at max settings and with great performance . Looks great , runs great and not bad a price . Graphics card -Gtx-970 is a beast and runs everything i have tried effortlessly .

This computer is as fast as I expected. I really like the wire tuck job in it. It makes it look neat and professional. I have 2 issues only worth noting. The skin plate on the back doesn't seem to line up correctly causing a small issue when trying to plug in USBs. During shipping it looks like my CD drive was bouncing and is no longer sitting square in the case. You can see a scuff in the photo where it was rubbing during shipping. Obviously these are 2 issues I can easily manage myself. Of coarse it wasn't ready for pickup at Best Buy and I had to wait around forever for someone to bring it up from the warehouse. So far I'm thrilled with this purchase!!

VR ready, high speed and upgradeable. Runs all video games in high or ultra graphics settings on my big screen. An SSD for quick loading and Huge HDD for storage. Really pleased with quality.

I had issues purchasing this with Best Buy customer service cause when I received it the computer kept freezing every 5 minutes and I couldn't do anything with it so I took it to Best Buy store Geek Squad and he couldn't figure it what was wrong with it so he suggested I exchange it for another one which I took his advice and did just that. They said they would waive priority shipping but they didn't y gave me standard shipping. They had to call Bestbuy.com and have them change it which they did but they didn't waive it so the order looked like it was going to cancel cause there wasn't enough money to cover the entire order cause of the shipping cost cause it was to be waived and I called bestbuy.com several times and they said yes it will cancel and I had to wait to get my money back until that happened. Then few days later the computer just appeared on my front porch. It was delivered even tho order status said it was just canceled. So at this point t I was happy to finally get the computer so I hook this one up and same exact thing it continues to freeze. This time I was not calling best buy I called CyberPowerPC and they were very helpful. They sent me an e-mail with instructions to change a few settings in the bios they said this computer has that issue because of the CPU they knew exactly what the problem was.. If bestbuy could have figured that out I wouldn't have had to go through all that. It took cyberpowerpc 3 minutes to fix my issue and now computer is fantastic cause of cyberpowerpc not BestBuy... I would recommend this computer to anyone!!!!

Fast and efficient. Best computer for under $3000. Runs Star Wars Battlefront on max graphics.

It has 2 front USB 3 ports and more on the back panel. It has 2 SATA/USB 2 ports in the rear along with several USB2 ports. It has HDMI Out as well as DVI and VGA. It has a DVD drive and an additional DVD bay.

I purchased this product for my 16 year old son. He had a list of "must haves" that he wanted for his new PC. This product had most of them, including an optical drive, good processor speed and dedicated graphics. My son uses the computer daily and has had no complaints. He does want a different keyboard, but that's more for aesthetic reasons. We researched several dozen machines and this one had the most for the amount I was willing to spend.

I only play one game, and while it is a fairly graphic heavy game this system is supposed to exceed every game requirement by significant margins. I paid to upgrade the ram, I paid to upgrade the graphics card. I did verything I could to make sure it would be a system I would not need to upgrade or replace for years. But from the beginning it could not play the game I bought it for smoothly. There has always been issues with it from the first day I bought it. I brought it in once to geek squad to have them go over it and they kept indicating that my expectations were too high instead of finding out why it would not perform as expected. Especially since I had asked their opinion before I even bought the system. But I guess once they had my money they lost interest. I will not be buying another Cyberpower system again, and I am through being a Bestbuy customer.

Ordered this online on a Sunday - received it in 4 days. Not bad shipping. I was able to get it up and running very quickly right out of the box. Everything runs very fast on max settings and the graphics looks great. Boots up in seconds. It has more than enough USB ports on both front and back and it has plenty room for adding additional cards/drives. Great price for this beast. I'm happy :)

The computer has very high quality performance. I honestly don't play games (yet) that are demanding of high PC performance, so I can't comment on how well it holds up for the latest games, but for the games I do play it has run very well. Also, the PC is very adept at automatically changing settings to be able to run older games and programs. The amount of time it takes to startup/shut down is quite fast. Everything it does is quite fast. This has also been my first experience with Windows 10, and it's definitely a huge improvement from Windows Vista, which is what I had on my last PC. But, there was a significant problem I had: within an hour of the first boot, the PC started freezing randomly. There was no recovery from any freeze, I had to do a manual restart every time, and they happened about 5-6 times a day. Of course, you lose any unsaved data when you do a manual restart. Tech support gave me two responses: the first person thought that the system was over heating and told me to send it back. Thankfully, I received a second response that instructed me to disable a few settings in BIOS. The solution was successful and I did not have to send it back. While I'm very glad we were able to solve the problem, I feel that this should never have happened and is unacceptable. Another issue that this PC has is that it is susceptible to over heating, despite the liquid cooling. It has become unresponsive once or twice due to overheating after extended use. I let it cool for a bit and then it ran well after restarting. I removed the side panel (clear plastic) in order to allow more air circulation and this has helped keep the temperature down. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the freezes.

fast but needs bigger cooler for gaming they should have put bigger cooler on not a small one .

I read thru the reviews and decided to buy this PC even with the freezing issue others had reported. Let me tell you, I was impressed from the moment I turned this beast on. It boots up in about 5 seconds and World of Warcraft plays flawlessly on it at the Ultra graphics settings, even in the 25-Man Raids. However, within 2 weeks, I began getting the freezing problem that others had complained about in their reviews. While playing my game, the entire system would lockup and would have to have a hard reset. (Control-Alt-Delete would not work). I continued playing it for another week thinking there may have been a glich in the game, but the time span between freeze ups got closer together. By the end of the 3rd week, it would lock up after about 10 minutes of playing. I was very frustrated. I called customer service on 1/4/16 and they knew about this issue and were able to talk me thru the minor CPU adjustments in the BIOS in order to fix the issue. I got a chance to play last night and the system played the game flawlessly for 2 straight hours. Overall, I am very impressed with this gaming computer and the customer service was excellent. I will be buying 2 more computers from CyberPowerPC so my wife and son can play their games. I highly recommend this computer knowing that the company will fix any issue that may occur.

First of all I love this computer... it is fast, reliable, and can run any game I want to play. specifically Day Z an online steam game. But my only issue was and still is, the sound doesn't work.. Straight out of the box and no matter what I do, I cannot get the sound to work. Even with external speakers. Although I am not the most knowledgeable person with computers. I cannot get the sound to work. besides that, a great computer.

Fast, great graphics. The blue light is lovely, and the machine runs quiet.

This was my first experience buying from CyberPowerPC and Best Buy and I couldn't be happier. 1. This machine is a beast and takes whatever I throw at it. 2. The machine was built beautifully, all cords are firmly attached and organized neatly in the case. 3. Shipping and packing were excellent. No scratches and everything was held in nice and tight with their airbag. 4. Windows 10 so far is A+. So far I'm very pleased with this product and will be continuing my business for future upgrades.

This computer is great for any gamer, I'm able to run any Steam game I want to on it in either High or Ultra graphics. Would definitely recommend getting this Cyberpower PC if you want to get into PC Gaming.

I just bought this PC and had it for about 1 week now, It has ran every game I played so far on Max Graphics 10/10. I started having Freezing problems which I hear can be fixed by the BIOS Which I yet to find out how. Overall, 5/5 stars! Love it!

Great PC for gaming, only issues are the clear panel was scuffed during shipping, which was UPS fault, and the back panel surrounding the ports is slightly misaligned so you have to move it to plug in some ports. Other than, everything is great!

It works good in games and no trouble in using it. Also good in performance, speed and graphics. I would recommend it to others.
