Q: my new pc is starting to freeze? is there anything i can do?
A: I had the same problem and here is what solved it (from tech support): 1. Reboot PC and Press Delete to enter the BIOS 2. Select Advance Frequency settings 3. Select Core CPU Components 4. Disable all of the following: a. core performance boost b. cool and quiet c. c1e support d. svm e. core c6 state f. apm This solved my freezes and tech support assured me that these changes would not affect the performance of the PC.

A: Simple, just go into the "Computer" portion on your libraries, and select either the SSD or the 2TB hard drive. very easy

Q: Is it good for video editing?
A: This PC is one of our higher end build and should be able to support 1080p/60FPS video editing without any problems. 1.)This system comes with 4 3.5" HDD mounting trays, only 1 of which can be accessed from the front of tower, but all of them are hot-swappable thanks to the motherboard being AHCI capable. 2.)The GUA8220B will come with 4 DIMM slots, and usually only 2 of which will be used by the stock RAM configuration. 3.)Yes, you may upgrade the power supply from the 800W to as high a wattage as you feel necessary; the board can handle it. 4.)The included motherboard is actually of the 990FX chip-set (as opposed to the Z170), which is one of the latest/greatest circuit configurations and will be branded by one of our approved manufacturers (MSI, Gigabyte, Asus, etc.) I hope that I was able to answer your questions thoroughly enough, but if not then you're more than welcome to contact me personally with your inquiries via the address below: [email protected]
