PC has huge potential, but not today. I got the tower at home and the BIOS will not see the 32GB with AsRock 370 SLI a/c. I constantly check the Motherboard website for new BIOS but it has been 4 months and nothing. There are other motherboards out there that support 32GB memory and 2400hz but why CyberPower decided to go with one that does not, goes beyond my undestanding.!!

PC arrived August 2nd and died August 23rd from a PSU failure. This was a work PC and used maybe 100 hrs of typical use. This was never overclocked or reconfigured. I was informed that it was only covered by a manufacturer's warranty and would need to be shipped off for three weeks for them to fix it with a similar parts. Since this is used at work and we need it, we opted to replace it ourselves. If you aren't computer savvy, buy the extra protection from best buy, you may need it.

    Powerful Computer!!

I purchased this computer on September 1st and I wanted to use it awhile before reviewing it. This computer is loaded with quality components, powerful and fast with 32gb of ram and a ton of storage space. I actually bought this for video and photo editing because I was tired of the sluggish underpowered PC that I was using but I do intend to do some gaming too. The SSD drives make program loading much faster. It comes with Windows 10. There is no DVD drive. No problem, I rarely use a DVD drive anyway. I bought an external Bluray burner capable of burning M Disc. Interestingly, as big as this thing is there is no place for an internal DVD drive. Be prepared for the size. This thing is a beast. 19-1/2" tall x 9" wide x 21" deep. But hey, this thing is a powerhouse with awesome computing power. You can't get that kind of capability in a compact package. I've seen some talk about the motherboard. FYI: mine came with the ASRock X370 Killer SL/ac. As for use, it boots up quickly. It runs very quietly. It loads office, video and photo editing programs quickly. (I'm guessing that you gaming guys are sighing "of course it does") It handles my photo editing effortlessly. I haven't done much video editing yet and no gaming but I do not foresee any problems with that. Those who are gamers can speak better on the game playing. My only complaints so far are that I am a little old fashioned and would have liked ye olden internal Bluray player and I do not like the gaming keyboard and mouse. I don't like the clunky appearance of the lettering or the back lighting on the keyboard. My wife and daughter like them. Honestly, I would have bought this computer with no keyboard so that isn't much of a complaint. So there you have it. From what I understand, even by gaming standards, this is a powerful computer that should remain relevant for a fair length of time and for lesser purposes like video and photo editing, much longer yet. That is my goal, to do a lot of video and photo editing and not hate my computer 18 months from now. PS: This thing is powerful. You might want to turn it off at night so it doesn't plot to take over the world. :-)

The computer arrived as described. It was packaged well, and was also protected with foam that was placed inside of the tower. Everything was intact and the products runs great. Setup was a breeze and there were no problems. It is a fast computer and a great upgrade from my old one.

I got this unit to replace my aging gaming pc. The Ryzen processor performs very well (compared to my old pc with amd fx 8350). I am able to run any of my games along with iTunes, discord or teamspeak, Twitch, and a few other misc programs and it handles it well with no delays.
