I've now had this for a couple weeks now and I have to say it's amazing. I got the Samsung 28" Ultra Wide HD monitor with this and so far nothing can slow it down. I am a gamer and EVERYTHING is running on Ultra or what ever highest settings that particular game has. lol This system laughs at what I throw at it. I am a Fallout Nerd and when I got this I decided to show how COOL this system runs and put my Vault Boy IN the case next to the Video Card. He is made of thin light plastic so if it got hot in there it would cause issues with his coloring. It pretty much stays room temp inside the case too. It ventilates well and the liquid cooling keeps the CPU running quiet, smooth, and super cool. I fully recommend CyberPowerPC to anyone wanting a great system for a price that doesn't break the bank.

I just got this PC and right off the bat it booted in seconds and didn't need much updating besides the graphics card. Had to buy the Archer T9E for a wireless card but it was much worth it and this thing is beyond fast and I am so happy with getting it. I can max out all my games and it is amazing.

Note: This is an early review. Had the machine for a week now, running almost 24/7 testing it to make sure that there are no glitches or breakdowns while still in the return window. This CyberPowerPc is definitely a beast of a machine compared to the other gaming PCs offered at Best Buy. In terms of the video card and CPU, it's top notch. But in the terms of a complete machine, it is fairly bare bones. Most of the money went into the video card and the processor. Now most savvy gamers would have built their own system. But after pricing out each component individually on this machine, I felt it was worth the trouble of spending a few hundred dollars more to have a pre-built warrantied machine (let's not fool ourselves, there's also the laziness factor involved, as well as the fact that it takes time to purchase individual parts from multiple vendors at the best price). This machine is actually not too outrageous of a price difference from a self-built PC, which is the reason I decided to purchase it. So let's talk about the positives first: 1) The case and the entire PC looks beautiful and modern. Clean simplicity is what I would call it. Much better than the other gaming machine choices that just looked gaudy or way too gamer nerd. This looks like a machine straight out of Tron. It wouldn't look out of place in your living room. 2) The guts of this beast is very organized and clean. There's no loose wires spilling out. It has a nice white glow from the LED lights on the inside, and the Titan X card itself has green LED letters on it (Geforce GTX). 3) It's fairly quiet for a gaming machine. I have it in an enclosure and don't really notice it much. Just a soft hum. 4) Speed. This machine has speed. Games run at the highest quality with ease. I specifically got this machine for VR gaming (HTC Vive), and running the Steam VR demo on it - it maxed out on the quality level. The Titan X is definitely a good card. My downloads and software processes are also super speedy. 5) It runs pretty cool. Looking at my CPU temps, I've rarely seen them go over 100 degrees. And if I put my hand over the fans, it doesn't feel hot at all. That's nice, since overheating is always a concern. 6) No bloat-ware. I hate having to go through all the programs deleted unnecessary software whenever I get a new computer. Most of the software usually has some kind of spyware embedded. Luckily this machine was pretty clean, other than the OS. Ok, so now let's talk about the faults (not deal breakers, but definitely things to consider): 1) My computer came with the OS (Windows 10) installed on the wrong harddrive. It was put on the 2tb HDD instead of the much much faster 256gb SSD. This is a pretty big mistake in my opinion. Especially since this is supposed to be a gaming computer. I'm not one to send back a unit or go to Geek Squad, so I did an OS migration from the HDD to the SSD and changed the boot sequence in the motherboard BIOS. Normally I would have just done a clean install of Windows 10, but I had already spent a good amount of time installing my personal software and programs before I realized the OS was on the wrong drive. And also.... 2) There's no optical disk drive on this machine. But the PC came with Windows 10 on a CD. There were actually 3 CDs included in this package. I find that hilarious, because even if I wanted to do a clean install of Windows 10 myself, I couldn't since I don't have an external drive. So most people would say that you don't need an optical drive anymore since everything is digital...well great, but at least include the software on a thumb drive instead of a CD. I knew this when I purchased the PC, and I was originally going to just install an old DVD drive I had laying around, but.... 3) There's no real room or support inside the machine to actually bolt and place an optical drive (or any kind of drive). There is space to add another SSD if you want (and possibly more harddrives, but I didn't want to take apart the harddrive enclosure because it looked difficult to put back together again). I don't see much room for upgrading. I'm not even sure I would have the ability to run multiple video cards if I wanted to (I haven't checked the motherboard to see if it's SLI compatible - but I'm going to guess it's not). 4) Again, if you buy this machine, you know that you're sacrificing certain components for speed. But how much extra would it have to cost to include wifi? There's cards out there that are less than $15. It would have been nice to have that option. 5) The included keyboard and mouse are fairly ho-hum. And in terms of looks, this is where the gaudy went... 6) The motherboard start-up screen takes way too long. It goes through two modes where it just sits on the screen waiting for you to make a decision if you want to enter the BIOS setup. Why does it even have an SSD if it's going to sit on the start-up screen for so long? (but this is really just nitpicking at this point) 7) I really wish there were more USB ports on the front (only two). Really. Also I wish it had a TF card/SD card reader on it. Also, I wish it made ice cream for me to enjoy. Ok, so by now you're probably thinking that I hate the machine, but quite the contrary - I'm actually having a blast fiddling with it and pushing the processing speeds. So far I've gotten a 14,700 score on Fire Strike (3DMark demo). It's a lower score than I expected with this kind of processing power - but then again most of the highest scores in 3DMark are from people with machines that are running 2 or more video cards in them. A single Titan X is still powerful enough to handle almost everything thrown at it (besides heavy 4k gaming). So overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase - with some caveats that I will get over. My main reason for this machine was to play games and to handle VR, and this machine will do that easily. If I encounter any issues going forward as I continue testing, I will update my review. This gaming PC is definitely one of the best bang for your buck PCs on this site.

I've been trying to get by with half the PC i wanted for way too long. This bad boy is sporting the Nvidia Titan and pushes out over 100fps on world of tanks and looks amazing on Heroes of the Storm. Best purchase i've made to date. I recommend it to anyone shopping this level of pc at this price point.

I am very satisfied with the CyberPower PC with Nvidia Titan X purchase. I love the 32G memory, super fast. My son Loves Loves it: Titan X! I did a lot of research, including Geforce lines of game cards. Chassis has plenty of room for upgrade, even thought I do not expect for any upgrade in the next 4 to 5 yr. I got the best current game card and best intel core (6th generation i7) this purchase. It runs quietly and smoothly. I am totally happy with my purchase. I did contact CyberPower support Tech. for helping configure the 2Tb because I did not see it shown up in the PC storage area (ONLY Drive C: of 256G shown). Also, the Tech. helped me to configure my HDTV, that to be used as my monitor for a few weeks, while waiting for a 2k 34 in. monitor arrives. It took about 15 minutes. He is very helpful, also registered the product for me at the same time. BTW, per CyberPower Tech., we do not have to maintain this liquid cooling one at all. It is easy and fast to get help. I am very sure that I will contact them again for any tech. question in the future.

I've had this unit for about a month now and it's running beautifully! It is powerful yet nearly silent. Looked at a more expensive gaming rig, but settled on this one and I am very happy so far! I did add a one terabyte solid state drive to compliment the 256gb one already in place. I also use it with an external wireless adapter as the unit does not have internal wireless capability.

    Runs Great! But...

After doing a thorough diagnostic of the computer's performance I would like to say it runs great! It's quiet, fast, and I can run games at their highest settings with extremely high FPS. The only problem is Best Buy did not install Windows 10 correctly on my computer before they shipped it out to me. It has an invalid Product Key. Windows will not allow me to change any settings until I activate Windows via the key they gave me. However the key they gave me is blocked and unusable. Perhaps they installed a copy that was already installed on another device? Who knows. Geek Squad said they cannot fix this problem via remote support and that I will need to bring it in to the store to be fixed. Bad Geek Squad, bad! You can remotely take over my computer and see it for yourself. This should not be a problem I need to come to the store for! But alas, I will be there tomorrow...

This would have had a 5 star review other than the fact the 256 gig ssd that was advertised turned out to be 128 gig in this system. I took one star away for that. Also, there is no place to mount cd/dvd drive, so you need to purchase an external one only. Also looks like there isn't much room for expansion inside. All in all the system runs like a dream, just a few things that I wish had been clearer in the product description.

    Quality Gamer PC

I was excited when I received my computer. It looks great, runs super fast and quietly. Nvidia's GeForce Titan X is the fastest graphics card out there, 6th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-6700K processor which is the quickest quad-core chip yet. I want to mention that this computer is advertised to be a 256 gig SSD on Best Buy but when I received it, it turned out to have a 128 gig SSD. I contacted best buy in reference to the SSD and they wrote off a SanDisk 240 gig SSD, so I wound up with even more gigs. I am completely happy with my purchase and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality gamer PC.

So I had originally looked up the reviews before I purchased this computer and they all made it sound like it was going to be an amazing machine. I don't know if its just my luck or lack of competence from BestBuy or CPpc but this computer cant run a single game on the highest settings without losing frames. I lose frames on simple games that my old pc ( Gtx 960 with only 8g ram) would never lose frames on. Not to mention its SLOW. From start up to opening web pages its one of the slowest computers I've ever owned and that's saying something considering I still own my laptop that I bought 2 years ago and it runs better than this machine. I've always had problems with CPpc and this will probably be the last time I use them.

This computer is amazing! I normally have a local computer shop build my gaming computers, but decided to try Best Buy. This CyberPower PC stood out as having all the specs (even more powerful) that I wanted. I have had it for 2 months and it performs great! I highly recommend!

    Slow Boot/Slow on all apps/games

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I was hopeful after readint he reviews on the PC. After unboxing, which was very well done, I proceeded to setup the system. After setup and boot, the system was less than stellar. Considering the price due to the video card, memory, and cpu in the machine, one would think that the system could at least launch a web browser or even windows explorer without issue. however, when trying to surf the web, just to register the machine and download apps/games to attempt to play, i simply gave up. Each click took 60 seconds to 2 minutes to register. Downloading steam just to grab a few steam owned games, was a nightmare and took 3 hours. At this point i was dedicated to at least get it installed so i can queue up games and walk away. Which i did. I came back to the system 5 hours later and only 2 games was done installing. I have cable internet 50MB down. My system i was attempting to replace to prepare for VR (yes the lazy way, with a prebuilt) is 5 years old and runs 150% or more better than this paperweight. I have a case opened with support, will see what happens there and if it is worth keeping or sending back (if they prove its worth keeping then review will be updated)
