I purchased this on April 23rd, but had to order it because there weren’t any on hand. I was given an arrival date of May 4th, but was happy to hear it was actually ready on May 1st. I was planning on building another PC, but after shopping around and pricing equipment, it made sense to just by a prebuilt. The price of this box was a really good deal, I thought. Eager to get it setup, I was very pleased to see the PC was packaged really nice and organized. I’m no stranger to PC’s and setup, so it was really easy to get it up and running. Everyone looked great and no damages to report. There was some quick setup guides for those who would like that. I was really impressed with the build. All wiring was neat and tucked away leaving a very clean look. This new style case was surprising to me, because it doesn’t have a tradition rack style (slots) for hard drives. The 3TB HDD it comes with was actually mounted vertically. I did notice another location for a second HDD that goes vertical as well, but that’s all the room for 3.5 inch hard drives. On the other side, there is room for two additional 2.5 inch drives. But again, they must mount vertically. There is no location for a disk drive if you still use one. I for one do, because I like to rip my CD’s and add to my lossless library. Now, I have to think external and there is room on top of the box for that. I have had some issues with the case fans that have been provided. One failed within two weeks and two others have developed very load fan noise over the course of one month. However, I’ve called CyberPowerPC’s customer serve about it and they have sent me replacement fans. I will note that one of the replacement fans started to fail and it was replaced as well. It’s been a little inconvenient because after spending almost $1500, you would expect for all equipment to be reliable for an extended amount of time. However, the customer service has been very helpful and responsive, which has added satisfaction to the problem. I’ve yet to push this PC, but it handles my Plex server without any issues. Overall, I’m very happy with this PC and look forward to utilizing it’s many resources.

This computer multitasks smoothly and impressively. It tackled the few high-end games I've tried on it. The built-in wireless network adapter and bluetooth connections were a little sketchy sometimes but not too bad, just not the strongest connections with my equipment. Overall I'm happy with this purchase.

Bought the computer specifically to play games on-line. It does ok, but does not do all. I had to buy another expansion hardware to play the game I wanted. Otherwise not bad. Good service though!

The video driver needs to be properly configured to the monitor and I wish the windows 10 and other drivers like wifi and video came on a USB instead of the DVD discs it comes on which needs an external DVD burner but other than that it's a really good computer totally worth buying

This PC runs cold and you can overclock it without cooking the processor or getting game lag. It runs smooth and fast. Definitely worth the price especially with liquid cooling.

I work from home doing database software testing and support. This is multiple times faster importing data than my old Ci7-920 machine that has a Samsung 950 SSD in it. Absolutely loving it so far. Shipped faster than expected and no issues setting it up.
