I've only had laptops for the past 10+ years and I decided it was time for a desktop and this one caught my eye right away. Really good specs and of course the lights made me want it even more. When I got it and turned it on I only had one light lighting up, the top fan in the front. So I messaged the customer service team on their website and went back and forth with someone trying to figure out why they weren't on. Eventually we got to the wires connecting to the card on the back and I figured out that the wires that were taped weren't connected. Other than that the games that I play have been running perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase. Also the back panel is weird, I can only plug in one HDMI cable because where the other ports are the metal covering them isn't lined up properly.

Needed a computer that could handle a nice amount of workload. Not only do I play games frequently, but I'm also in the creative field and needed something that could multitask easily when swapping between Adobe programs like photoshop. My last computer could hardly open photoshop in the amount of time it takes this beast to start up AND open the images. Had a minor issue with case fans not working, but it was easily resolved by finding the wires and plugging them in; they weren't plugged in, which is weird, but not a huge issue. Even someone like me, who doesn't know much about computers, found it easy to locate and solve the issue myself. Besides that issue, I also had a slight mishap with the primary glass door not sliding correctly, but once I'd removed the insulation foam inside the glass it solved itself. Overall this is a great computer for the price and can handle a lot. Will definitely need updates in the future when it comes to storage space, but it definitely has the capacity to do quite a lot without any issues.

The case is pretty and specs were nice. The first one I received had issues with turning on from sleep. It simply would not wake up, despite fans blasting 100%. I ended up returning that and ordered a new one and waited another week. This time, it arrived with a broken side panel (case). Cyberpower was very friendly and said they would ship out a new panel for me. However, this one had issues. PC would stutter and there would be static noises. I bought this to last me for the next few years, but I don't think I trust the build quality enough to actually invest the money and keep this. I ended up returning the second one as well. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because customer service on both Best Buy and Cyberpower's sides were friendly and helpful.

I’m new to the PC gaming world and I must say this computer has earned my heart. Best of the best. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to upgrade or make the switch from console to PC.

This is my first PC but as far as I can tell it’s pretty good. Haven’t had any problems at all, I’ve had this pc since November 2020, it’s now August 2021. Love it so much, although it’s like a minifridge on your desk.

My son loves this computer right out of the box very fast no problems... Very smooth performance no glitches or hesitations. Would definitely buy again and no to mention all at a great price

Just got this PC on 9/15/20. Had a chance to go through it all. Arrived in a well sealed box. The rear back right corner was slightly bent, easy to fix. Just bent back with pliers. Good as new. The specifications are excellent for the price. My PC came with the following: Motherboard: ASUS Prime B550MA-AC GPU: Gigabyte Nvidia RTX 2070 Super 8GB (3 Fan, OC) SSD: NVMe M2 WD Blue 1TB Memory: Patriot 8GB x2 2133Mhz On my PC there is another lead connected to the RGB board (right side of case), you can connect it to the RGB Addressable Header and change settings through Aura Sync instead of the push button on top of the case. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this for my son and he plays all sorts of games and hasn't complained about lagging at all. The memory is superb and the graphics are elite...

Love this pc so far. Great product Cpu temp stay around 54 and all the games run at more than 150 FPS I even see some times over 230Fps.

so far the pc works great! it doesn't over heat, and its got upgradable parts so you wont be stuck in the past. wasn't hard to set up either. the fans are quite, and the lights can be set up to multiple colors. I recommend getting this pc if its going to be your first ever, get the hang of messing with it and upgrade it as time goes on.

This is a stunning looking PC visually and the specs are very nice for the price. Got it shipped to my house and it arrived a day early, so big props to CyberpowerPC and Best Buy. I was looking for another better PC to help my Twitch streams and just having fun playing games. Will add more when fully in use and played.

My macbook air laptop died and I needed windows software for school in order to do solidworks, decided to buy this and maybe get into gaming. The system is beautiful and easy set up. Still trying to figure out how to set up dual monitors because the tower only has one hdmi port, but I'm learning about using the display port instead.

Great PC. Cheaper than the one I had with the i7 that kept failing. Worth waiting for a tower with a 3070 however. Also be prepared for a loud PSU fan. Otherwise can’t beat the Ryzen 7 and the 2070 gets me 0ver 100 frames on high quality 2K games.

Definitely impressed with this PC! Well made, plenty of room to expand when we are ready. We can easily stream and record with no lag or dropped frames.
