Right out of the box
1) fan broken & makes a really loud rattling sound. Didn’t realize a snake came with it, scared the crap out of my dog. Won’t go near it. Girlfriend ran in with a bat even
2) makes a really loud high pitched humming noise when turned off. So not only does it make loud noises when on but also makes noises when off or the sleep mode, whatever. Makes me wanna throw it out the window
3) have 3 different headsets that i tried plugging into it and none of the mics will pick up on the pc. All worked on my other pc.
Highly recommend if you want an over powered computer that you wanna watch some sick YouTube videos on
Highly don’t recommend if you wanna do anything more than to watch sick YouTube videos on

Purchased this on June 19 and pickup on June 25. When I checked the motherboard or any part damage on June 26, there is a screw between motherboard and graphic card (Pic 1 and 2). On June 26, I called Cyberpower, the customer service is POOR. I sent the picture to customer service, and they said they tried to figure out. They said, "You know what, it is screw for radiator fan (1.5 inches)" $1,450 PC with this customer service and building quality. Then, I checked radiator fan, THERE IS ONLY ONE SCREW ON RADIATOR FAN (Pic 3), which lacked three screws for radiator fan. I was asking is there any warranty extension or Upgrade for it because it is a serious issue if I did not check today. They answered, "THE PC ONLY HAS ONE YEAR REGULAR WARRANTY and what do you want (with not good tune). We will send you screws." So disappointing. I won't recommend this PC brand for my friends. Poor customer service and building quality with this price. If I am smart like you, I will spend addition $100-200 with this price to build similar PC instead of purchasing "Concern" PC from Cyberpower.

A lot people talk down on getting a prebuilt PC. Well I’m here to let y’all know that they don’t know what they’re talking about. I bought this bad boy 4 years ago and have been heavily gaming daily with not one issue! I didn’t even get the top options a ryzen 3700x and a 2070 super have gone such a long way! My experience has been 10/10 and yours could too with a cyberpower gaming pc!

CyberPower has done well with this build but there are a few things that need to be covered, more specifically they should be things that should be checked when you unbox and set up this desktop. I will list some pros and cons of this system.
TL;DR - Don't buy this unless you have like $1500-1600 lying around, and know a bit about computers. There are better rigs for letting your children/grandchildren play Fortnite.
Pros:
• GPU is good, and runs quite well, but it needs more clearance underneath where the power cables run.
• CPU is good for current games.
• Cable management is OK, but I will talk about it more on the Cons
• Runs okay for most games, but has some heat issues when ran for a long time due to poor quality fans/heat sinks.
Cons:
• GPU power cable was both pulled too tight, resulting in more GPU sag, as well as having the power plugs glued into their sockets. This is bad as it will make it tricky to change the GPU should it fail, or should the user want to install a newer one. Also needs more clearance in between the unit itself and the power cables for the motherboard.
• CPU liquid cooler is a cheap brand and should be replaced. It is also loud as another negative.
•The Cyberpower brand case is okay, but the glass panel on the front of the case is a bad design for airflow, as well as having very little clearance for air to get around the glass (there are openings on the top and bottom of the front of the case).
•The motherboard and RAM are both on the middle-low range, however its nice that the RAM at least has heat sinks.
• As a note: because this system only has 1 storage drive (a 1tb XPG brand SSD) then one would have to install an HDD or SDD for more storage. HOWEVER, I did not know this, but when you use the newer SDDs storage called NVMe, it will disable at least two of the S-ATA ports forcing the user to remove the GPU which is still glued in. This whole process is a pain because it does not say it on the manuals/packaging for this unit.
Overall, it is is a good starting point for slightly higher-end users who had a bit of disposable income like myself. I would suggest getting this for one children, unless you plan on helping them out. If the GPU's power socket was not glued, it makes it a pain to try and upgrade later. I myself will probably go to Geek Squad or something rather and eventually have them unglue it so it can changed later.
This would get my 3.5 stars.

I just received my PC about 5 days ago. The packaging was great, didn't have any issues with the box being damaged or how the product itself was packaged. Set up was pretty simple. However, when I turned it on, one of my RGBs was not working on the front fan. Luckily the fan itself was working. I tried to follow the wire to make sure it was just a loose connection. I couldn't quite find it so I did contact support. They were extremely helpful and even sent me a picture on what to kind of look for. All I had to do was open the other side of the case (the non glass side) and I immediately found the cable that wasn't plugged in all the way. It wasn't CyberPowers fault or anything, probably just happened in shipping and was a super easy fix.
There are a lot of complaints about the PC being loud, I have absolutely no issues with how it sounds. Can you hear the fans, yes, is it annoyingly noticeable, no. Can't even really hear it over me typing this right now.
It loads up extremely fast, I haven't played too many games on it yet, but the ones that I have look amazing!
Surprisingly, the mouse and keyboard that come with it, are pretty good quality. I do have my own, but I plan to keep those just in case something happens to mine.
Overall, I am extremely happy with this computer! I think I'll make another review after I have owned it for a few months and have tried more in depth games with stronger graphics. But all in all, for the price that I payed for it and what components are in it, I am one happy gamer :).

I can't turn it on until Friday when my monitor gets here. But so far hardware looks good. Looks like I got the RTX 2070 Super with the single blower fan. Some people hate the blower fan because of how loud they can be. I'll live. Got the white ballistix ram, looks very nice in the case, and is a good brand. Not sure exactly what motherboard it is just by looking at it, not that versed. However, it does kinda look like the B450 motherboards I've seen, if I had to guess right now I'd say it is the ASRock B450M/AC. Hopefully won't run into any issues with the motherboard, although I've heard the b450 can make overclocking and cooling a problem with the 3700x, yet to be seen. Guess they gotta skimp somewhere to get it to us for this cheap. It looks like the motherboards may be the skimp spot. So far pretty happy still, it is roughly the same computer I was going to build and around the same price point(but with liquid cooling). I will update if needed once I get it on and running.

This prebuilt exceeded my expectations due to the countless youtube reviews of how bad Prebuilds are for the money and the thermals on this PC. Mine came completely ready out of the box. No loose wires or any broken pieces. I would recommend purchasing a top exhaust fan. The ram matched pretty well with my mother board. Comes with an Asrock b450 which is not a horrible board. MSI 2070 super ventus is a decent card for the money. I run about 120 FPS at 1440p in CODWZ-stock. Airflow in the front is a bit lacking but if you're not overclocking the GPU, and get an exhaust fan for the top. You should be fine for hours of gaming with no issues. Also the RBG did not come plugged into the mother board. Find the cable in the back and plug it in under the graphics card for so you're able to customize in ASRRGBLED, which you will get when you install drivers. having a bit of issues with realtek audio driver, but I think its the driver/software, not the PC.

I wanted to save money where I could so I got this one with the AMD Ryzen 7 3700x over the Intel. Honestly the benchmarks done really match the cost of Intel these days. Went with the Nvidia RTX 2070 super because value wise it was on par with the AMD 5700RX but with better over all rating. I bought 16gb of additional ram for less than $100.
Overall, it runs great. I can finally play COD MW without any problems, Overwatch on Epic. Will run OW on Ultra but my screen is a bit funky. Of course WoW on highest settings.
It does seem to be a little loud. The case hasn't seemed to be too hot. FYI has 600w power supply and it pulls as needed. Had it on a 400va ups and it sucked the life out of it while playing COD.
Comes with built in WiFi on board with external antenna. Liquid cooling, RGB lighting, and nice cable management. Definitely worth the price and then some.

Purchased this computer on 9/25/20, arrived in a timely fashion. I was a little worried when it had arrived as the box it was shipped in showed obvious signs of being handled a lot, but the computer was in great shape. I waited a bit to write this review to get a good look and feel.
Overall impression of looks:
-Went through a little hands on inspection (closer look at exterior and interior, making sure everything was plugged in and snug, assembles properly, etc) and everything checked out.
-The RGB on this setup is very cool with the fans and watercooler, with a lot of different pre-set options. I think there needs to be more customization options with the colors (i.e. preloaded software for custom colors), but the current colors and patters are neat to begin with.
-The RGB makes is presence known, but is nowhere near distracting at all, big plus for me.
-Wire management inside the computer was done well, but the back compartment where the wires are tucked in and hidden out of sight could definitely use a few more minutes of an organized touch. Personally, it works, so out of sight, out of mind. Just a matter of preference.
Overall impression of performance:
It runs as a gaming computer should. Great graphics, decent Wi-Fi, and quick processing and load-times.
-Getting consistent 80-100 fps with high quality, 60-90 fps with ultra, depending on the game and given load involved. I have had the computer crash twice under extremely heavy loads. Running multiple heavy load programs at once, switching between heavy ram/cpu/gpu loads and combinations of them.
-Definitely not a pro-gaming setup, but works extremely well for an everyday gamer who wants performance.
-The fans are a little on the loud side under a heavy load, but is not very noticeable when playing with a headset, so no biggie for me.
-A con worth pointing out is that the computer, on the side of the tempered glass and the rear of it, does get very hot. Like, feeling the heat 6 inches away from the glass. Would definitely recommend getting a few more fans to help with this. I have worked around this in the mean time by taking off the glass side panel and it runs 15 degrees celcius cooler, which is actually a huge difference, especially when you do this in the middle of a game and notice the difference in heat.
-The SSD is built-in to the motherboard, took me a bit to figure that out.
Overall, I am extremely happy with this purchase and recommend it to anyone looking for a pre-built mid-high level performance gaming computer.

Purchased this computer on 6/3 and received it on 6/14 (I did in-store pickup which was a bit of a nightmare on Best Buy's part, but it insured my stuff didn't get damaged by UPS).
I honestly couldn't be happier with this gaming PC. For the price, the specs you get are phenomenal considering this same build on PCPartPicker would run you about $100-200 more. The computer was built very well, cable-managed nicely, and everything was properly connected inside. One thing I should note is that the RAM was seemingly stuck at 2666Mhz by default, but going into the BIOS and enabling the DOCP profile fixed that.
I bought this PC in the hopes of playing games fully maxed out at 4k 60fps and it has been able to handle everything very well. Always maintains a steady 60fps in games like Fortnite STW, GTA V, and Destiny 2, all at 4k of course. I've been monitoring temps and the hottest it has ever gotten was 72°C while playing GTA V with some of the extra advanced graphics settings enabled.
As for the some of the parts I received, I'm very happy with what I got.

After researching and pricing gaming computers I chose this one as it had almost everything I wanted and for a price that was fair. The only thing I want to add is another 16gb of ram to bring it up to 32gb. The computer arrived on time and although the box appeared to be slightly damaged, the computer itself was in good condition. After powering up the system for the first time, I encountered one issue. The fans and lights were not functioning. I remembered that in my research, I had come across someone else that had this same issue and how they fixed it. I had to remove that back cover and plug 3 wiring harnesses into the circuit board where they had come undone. The way the wiring harnesses were tied together, it was easy to see which one went where. After plugging them in, everything worked fine. I would like to see cyberpower secure that board a bit better so that, that won't happen to others who might not feel comfortable opening up their system and trouble shooting the problem. Anyway, other than that one issue, everything else works great. I believe that this system gives me the performance I was looking for at a good price. You might do slightly better if you build a machine yourself from scratch but for a pre built system, I don't think you can do much better for the price.

just arrived about 4 hours ago, been setting up everything, its a pretty good prebuilt and i like it so far. The only issue i have is that the magnetic plate that goes on top looks like someone stabbed it with a screw driver, no biggie though, its no skin off my back. Also Windows 10 wasnt activated, its just the free version so i cant set my wallpaper to anything besides the default. The fans are kinda loud but im sure its just the fan speed being all the way up by default, i could probably turn it down in bios.
UPS left the package at the wrong door so i had to talk to my neighbor so they wouldnt think im stealing packages from them, but again no skin off my back. Runs pretty solid when running games, havent tried anything much though besides Valorant, VR Chat and fortnite, but on those they run about 144-200 fps which isnt bad. Not sure if this system is overclockled (doubt it) but you could probably get better FPS by overclocking. When alls saiod and done this is a pretty good prebuilt, only complaints are semi-loud fans and windows 10 not being activated. Definitely worth the buy as im typing this out.
P.S.
The keyboard and mouse is pretty good, the mouse did come in with a smashed in button under the scroll wheel (second button on the back) nothing i cant live without though, i hope this review helps you with your decision in buying.

Really blown away with quality of this machine. I had seen CP computers at wally world and other places before and wasnt too impressed but this combination of components really stood out to me and I took the plunge. SO GLAD that I did!
I priced out trying to build a Ryzen 3700x w/ 2070 Super doing it myself and it was like in the ~1500-1700 range for the same basic components as this one. Definitely wanted an 8 core CPU for future of gaming.
I wasn't expecting too much but ended up getting a B550 mobo, 1TB NVMe SSD and the other equipment was very well put together. I think they were originally putting 450 mobos and standard SSDs in so that was an upgrade to me.
When I booted it, the BIOS already had the ram and settings configured pretty well. Just a few updates to the windows system and I was good to go.
Playing mainly COD WZ and I am getting about ~100fps in 1440p. I love it! So glad I finally pulled the trigger.
The only thing I wish it had was a beefier power supply (mine has a 600W gold) but it should be fine for now as long as I am not OC'ing it too crazy. I can always watch for a PSU on sale in the future and add it. I also plan on throwing some more storage in there as soon as one goes on a good sale just for a little more space since these games now are like 250GB+.

Let me start off this review by saying, if you have the skills to build your own PC I would absolutely recommend it over this. HOWEVER if you are unable to, this is a fine substitute.
I bought this PC back in early May when they first listed it, I had my stimulus and needed a new PC ASAP. I didn't have time to build one like I had planned. It came packaged very well, very safe and secure. All the hardware was intact and in perfect condition so no complaints there. Upon opening my PC my worst fears were realized as I saw the blower model of the 2070 super. I had hoped I wouldn't get the blower but I guess I lost the luck of the draw. I was quite happy with every other part of this PC. From the 80+ gold PSU to the Western Digital M.2 ssd I was more than pleased. The CPU clocks a little lower than it should when boosting, but that's Ryzen's fault and not Cyberpower's as it is a well known issue. However despite this it is MORE than capable of any and all you throw at it. It runs every game I play (EFT, Squad, Post Scriptum, Valorant, and Hunt Showdown) on the highest settings. I'm even able to stream these games with minimal frame drops.
This computer has been running well for the past 2 months and I have very minimal complaints.
Pros:
1: Well built
2: Reputable parts
3: Good (enough) cable management
4: Very powerful
5: Can do just about everything you need it to
6: Plug in and play, no setup required
Cons:
1: b450 motherboard, the model that's 100 dollars cheaper comes with a b550, so it's borderline unacceptable that this has a b450 in it.
2: Single Fan blower GPU is LOUD under load and heats up quickly
3: CPU watercooler makes some strange noises on occasion
4: Case is abysmal when it comes to airflow, I mean it's actually pitiful how terrible this thing's airflow really it. This causes the CPU and GPU to heat up quicker than they really should. (I haven't had them thermal throttle yet but the GPU gets close.)
5: Would've loved faster RAM to really get the most from the 3700x
6: Have had not one but two random seemingly inexplicable MAJOR crashes on this computer so far(Both happened while watching Youtube with Discord open and nothing else going on). I'm not sure what causes them and it's possible that it is on my end but just figured I'd put it here. From what I understand it's linked to CPU usage which shouldn't be possible on a 3700x especially under such a light load.
All in all it's a solid PC for the money. If you're either too afraid or unable to build your own you should feel no shame buying this one. Just pray you don't get the blower model on the 2070 super, or make sure you have good headphones.
