EXTREMELY fast shipping for one got it delivered in one day. So far this this is a beast. I spent hours across many sites trying to part together a mid level gaming PC. I couldn't compete with the price of this completely assembled PC with Windows License already active. Trust me I was hesitant but so far I am very glad I purchased this. Mine came with an MSI twin Fan GPU, ASRock B450M/ac MOBO, thermaltake Smart 600w PSU, 2x8 sticks of DDR4 Ram XPG Adapta ram and a liquid cooled Ryzen 3800X CPU. The included key board is less then desired but for Free.99 who can really complain. I actually retired my pervious LogiT mouse for this one. Only thing I can hit on is that the expanding foam they used to support the GPU during shipment is pretty difficult to remove without causing extra stress on the board. Be careful. Will update again if something comes up.

This is a great PC to buy if you are looking for one right now. At 1349+tax isn't too bad considering the prices right now for GPU is absolutely high. Mine came paired with a Ryzen 3700x, 16GB ram, EVGA RTX 2070 SUPER, EVGA 600 Gold PSU, 1TB XPG M.2 SSD. The only concern I have is there are definitely missing screws around the PSU for me, however it is not moving much at all so I am not too worried about it. Like I said earlier, get it if you need it. If you don't need to upgrade, I would wait for the new GPUs and CPUs that are coming out soon (Ryzen 4000 series and Ampere GPU). I am upgrading from a GTX 1070 with i5-4690k so it was a huge upgrade for me as I was struggling to run games @1440p in med settings. Now I can run everything in ultra with no problems at all.

I am new to PC gaming and this computer is what brought me in. This is a beast of a computer that will play most games at 1080p over 60 frames. When I got it the one of the front fans didn’t have any blades which made me upset but that was the only thing bad about this computer. Overall this is a best of a computer and for the price nothing beats it.

Motherboard: Asrock B450Mac
Ram: Ballistix 2400 drr4 8b x 2
Power 600 w gold 80 psu
Overall great computer for reasonable price.
Was concerned that the computer might come DOA or parts are faulty, but so far so good. Runs any game ultra no problem.
Computer Case tower is pretty bit so keep that in mind. It is wide.
Case though is built very well, looks very sleek and modern.
Haven’t had any temp problem yet. Keeps the cpu temp around 70-75 while playing.
Ram usage is also about normal.
Wish the memories came with 3000mhz to match and bring the best performance out of amd ryzen.
I decided to use cyberpower’s keyboard, it is not mechanical, but it still is very nice and quiet. If anyone is looking for the quiet and subtle keyboard, you can save few bucks and just use cyberpower’s!
One thing that I had problem with is the delivery. There is a company called OnTrac in western region. They are the worst delivery company I’ve evert dealt with and I hope Best Buy would never work with them. They misrouted my package and left me hanging for whole day without any notice or any customer service and the next day, delivery man just gave the package to one of our fellow tenant who was kind and friendly and honest enough to bring the computer to my apartment.
PLEASE DON’T USE ONTRAC DELIVERY SYSTEM!!
Other than that, good job cyberpower! Thank you.

I had to purchase a system because my laptop had wear and tear and I needed it for school so I couldn't justify using it for gaming and if it broke down I wouldn't have anything to do schoolwork. I saw this system and I had bought prior to this one an IBUYPOWER through amazon which seemed to be made by someone that regularly hits their head with a wrench on a daily basis so I returned that. I naturally was apprehensive about getting this system but the specs on it were rather good and after almost a month it runs fantastic still and I don't do anything crazy with it like overclocking at all. I would give this item 5 stars in that its great for playing games for a few hours and doing other simple tasks.
Edit:
I would have been happier if the graphic card wasn't a blower just to help me as the consumer with thermal's because I live in a hot state but otherwise, it works fantastic and you can set the fan speeds easily enough to mitigate the issue and if all else fails literally just fan your room.
Overall, It is a fantastic system for gaming. Its got a great graphics card and great cpu with a 1tb ssd NVME to boot thats great for the price as someone who doesn't have the knowledge to build a pc himself.

As mentioned in other reviews, the rear ports are slightly misaligned with the frame, resulting in tight connections. The case is very sleek, but basic and a poor fit in places. The internal padding/packaging was VERY difficult to remove and was pressing against the GPU. Luckily no damage.
With all that said, this is a great balanced package for gaming. The CPU and GPU are higher-end, while the logic board and ports are the bare necessities. We’re running Forza at Ultra settings at 4K and it’s amazing.
If you keep in mind that you’re getting an entry level setup, but with higher-end graphics and processing, this PC at this price can’t be beat.

I am new to the gaming computer world. I did some research and taking into consideration I would mainly use the computer for gaming, digital art/painting (software is Corel Painter), touch up work on photoshop, and some occasional video editing. I felt that I didn't need a graphics card higher than the 2070 Super (which is included with this computer), so this was a great price point for me to go with. I've also heard great things about the AMD Ryzen series. There is a great youtube video about why people are moving towards using AMD processors again, vs. intel, but I cannot remember the exact title of the youtube video. If you want to know more about AMD processors, search youtube with something like "more people using AMD" and the video should come up - it was very informative.
After all of my research, and eventually after purchasing this computer, I cannot be more pleased/happy with my purchase. I played some of Shadow of the Tomb Raider with all settings on ultra high and 1440P/120. The computer handled it no problem. I have not tried 4K/60 yet because I want to have the 120 refresh rate. I will try the 4K/60 soon, but I'm sure the computer will handle it just fine. I am looking forward to continuing to play this game. I've used spent some time doing some photoshop and some digital artwork using Corel Painter. Again, this computer handles it with no problem.
An added bonus - I have a one and a half year old son who loves the fan RGB lights... haha. I had the computer on and we were listening to some kid songs on spotify. Once he noticed the lights on the computer, he was so happy and was laughing. I showed him the button to change the lights and now he likes to change them, then immediately look at the lights and laugh. He sometimes puts his face and mouth right on the glass to stare at the lights like he's getting a light show at a rave :)

I ordered online and did a curbside pickup. Everything was built perfectly with no damage. I just finished firing it up and completed the OS install. Steam and several of my active games installed without a hitch.
You can't build this same machine yourself for the price. I've always built my own rigs, but I couldn't pass-up on this one.
The only change I'll be making is to add another 16GB RAM.

This is the second time that I've bought a pre-built system, and the first time that I've bought from Best Buy or CyberPowerPC. I previously owned an Alienware Aurora R6 system. This machine has great specs for it's price range. I compared multiple pre-built systems from $1200-$1500 and eventually decided on this one. No other machine offered the same combination of specs as this one. Several that I looked at had lesser processors or graphics cards and were MORE expensive than this one. I am a fairly casual PC gamer (mostly spend my time gaming on PS4), so I am not expecting 4K visuals at 144 hz. This machine runs all the games I play on PC (The Division 2, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Destiny 2, etc.) at high settings at or near 60 FPS at 1080p. My previous setup struggled mightily with the 3 games I mentioned, so this has been a really nice upgrade so far.
One question that I had that I didn't get an answer on before I made the purchase was whether or not it had bluetooth built in. The machine that I received DOES have bluetooth. It pairs nicely with my XBOX One gamepad without issues.
I am also new to the whole RGB thing, which I've always thought was over-the-top. If you're into RGB this system looks nice and has good multi-color and single-color presets. The lighting is controlled by a button on the case itself, so there isn't any software control. However I'm able to adjust it to a setting of my liking, so no complaint there.
My only small complaint would be that I wish it had a couple more USB ports (mainly at least 1 USB-C port would have been nice). I have an audio interface, a printer, an external optical drive, and several external hard drives that have already eaten up all the available slots. That said, this machine has exceeded my initial expectations, and I don't regret the purchase one bit.

Good system while it worked. Less than 2 months after purchase but outside of the 30 day return window, the system started to blue screen frequently. Geek Squad did a system diagnostic scan and found the NVMe SSD was faulty. Had to work directly with CyberpwerPC to address however. They offered to send a replacement drive out but would take at least a week so I’m out a working PC for at least a week.
The CPU and graphics card on this system were the selling point for me. In a pre built you will get subpar components and this is no exception. The RAM is rated at 3000MHz but is configured at 2666MHz. You have to manually switch over to the faster XMP profile. This memory isn’t on the Asrock QVL either surprisingly. And it is a bargain bin motherboard at that with no frills.
I knew I wasn’t getting the best of everything at this price but I was expecting better quality control and support response given a system that is not working. Pretty disappointing. Check out the warranty plan and how they support you if parts fail. That is really important when things stop working as it did with me.

For this price, a 3700x and 2070 super is pretty for people that don't want to build a pc themselves, this runs games pretty good. Problems for me is the psu is 600w 80 plus gold which is fine but i don't know if it will be alright if I overclock the gpu and cpu and the case was a bit broken but it was probably from shipping.
I got a 550m asus motherboard , triple fan gigabyte 2070 super, an Apevia 600watt 80 plus gold , xpc ram at 3000mhz, and wd blue ssd nvme 1tb.

I got this PC to enter the world of PC gaming. It was more expensive buying all the parts individually. So buying this pre-built PC seemed like the logical idea. The PC was shipped to me in two days. Came perfect, no box or case damage. No lose wires or anything I could notice. The case came with 2 fans up front and the liquid cooler fans in the back. I bought 4 extra fans to add to the unit to help with air flow. I added one to the front and 3 on the top. So far the PC runs smoothly. I did have a Hic-up one week in. I turned on my PC and the Blue screen came up with CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. I have no idea what this means, so I let it do its thing and let it restart and turn it back on and it went away. I don't really know what that was about. I am also buying extra RGB ram (2x8) to add. The lights on the case are controlled by a button on the top of the case, the motherboard does not controller any of the colors. Neither do the extra fans I bought connect to the motherboard. The extra fans are controlled by a LED Remote. So, I will not be able to control the fan speed. Other then that, I love my PC, I can run Fortnite at 180fps and other games like Apex and Warzone at 144fps. I like the keyboard that came with it, but not so much the mouse. I use my own wireless G602 mouse. The only thing I don't like is the air flow vents on the front of the case only come from the top and bottom. So make sure you have space open on the bottom to let air into your case. The front is complete glass and metal.

I've had this PC for almost a week now and it's been great! It runs the games I play without any problems (League of Legends and Call of Duty Warzone). It only has one HDMI so if you have two monitors make sure one is a display port cable. I think that it can get a little loud but I never really notice it because I have headphones on so I only notice when I take them off.. if I have the time and money, then I might upgrade or add in more fans to see if they help. I guess my only problem is that I see a little red light that blinks whenever I start up Warzone. I tried to find out why it blinks and I only read of three things: The hard drive is being used (or accessed), a cable that's not plugged in all the way, or a malfunction. I'm currently talking to a representative through e-mail to get that sorted out. But other than that it's been pretty solid. I hope that it holds up and that I'll be keeping this for the next few years to come.

Needed a machine that could handle some rendering, and a gaming machine usually has the graphics card needed. Machine is very colorful and is pretty fast. My only complaint would be the fans. The back fan seems to rev up and down a lot during normal use. Haven't really look into the issue. Overall, good machine.

I guess I am one of the lucky ones. Got a Asrock b450m gaming mobo, evga 600w gold plus, msi 2070 super. Mine worked right out of the box, with no problems whatsoever. I was going to build my first PC but all the parts were marked up or out of stock. So, this is a great steal for the price. Adrian from tech support was a great help too answering my question about extra fans. Also keep in mind the case support 120mm fans. I have to return my 140mm that I bought a little too early hoping that it would fit.

First and foremost really good of cyber power to pair the CPU and GPU, Meaning no bottleneck. Also runs games really well plus 60fps in every title as of 2020. There are some downsides though one YOU MUST KNOW this liquid and air-cooled. You will hear noises. another downside is for some reason the wifi is really slow on this device even with the antenna's plugged in. My Nongaming crappy laptop gets higher speeds than this computer. A major problem I noticed that when used for gaming and heavy multitasking the pc makes weird bussy/grinding noise it feels really uncomfortable it almost feels as if though its gonna break or something I don't think it's natural. Lastly, it takes way too much effort to plug in the headphone I have to literally use force to plug in my audio device.
