Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this around april, a month ago it started doing loud noises and im still trying to figure out where its coming from.. im thinking the cpu fan… second it doesn't have tmp2.0 so i can’t even play valorant i’ve tried everything.. so disappointed bc i earned all my money for this pc and its just straight up trash… i have to keep a fan on next to it in order to keep it cool, just look for something else

Very nice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Its a beautiful piece of machinery it has RGB lights a white exterior which brings out more of the lights and also run smoothly and all of this round of 2000 is well worth it, even with the liquid cooling you can't go around it beats any normal air fans

DOA, bad GPU
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You would think that either Cyberpower or Best Buy would at least plug the computers into a monitor to see if it boots properly. This 30 seconds would save them and their customers unneeded hassles and delays. Now I have to wait and figure out how to get a new GPU. I’m sure it’ll run great when the parts properly work, just frustrating that they don’t boot their product to ensure it works before sending it out.

USB disconnect / lag is painful

Adjusted gen settings in bios, updated bios to their 'current', reinstalled USB drivers. No change. Outdated bios that is proprietary to CyberPower. What a disappointment.
