It's a good pc but it did come with a couple of problems (the front 2 fans wouldn't turn on and the graphics card was damaged) but I got a new one and it's pretty good!

i bought this item today and when i got home and plugged it in it didnt even turn on it was dead i check all the the possible defects that it can have and it all looked good to me so guessing that it has to do with the cpu or power supply not functioning im very disappointed in this

Purchasing this computer has been one of the most frustrating buys in my life. I have had issues with the computer since I bought it, with regular crashing. I paid over 200 dollars to ship the system to CyberPowerPC under their warranty, and I still cannot get my computer to function as should be. I wish I went with any other model/ build, as this has been a total waste of my time and money.

Worked good for a year now.It's broken Internal bracket broken. How does that break when nothing moves. Been in the shop. For a month. In the Meantime I can't run my home business.

Every program I ran crashed. Only worth if you dont mind replacing parts for a pre built fresh out the box PC.

Bought this unit to play Diablo 4. I was careful in transport and setup. I had three or so hours of game play before the tower shutdown. Waited for a bit for the computer to cool down and checked the performance specs in the nvidia program and it was running hot. Played some more and the temperature didn’t seem to spike and then it crashed again. Returning this computer the next day.

After researching gaming desktops, I settled on this model. A year and a half later, the unit won't even turn on. Go in a different direction

Literally no way to turn off the stupid disco lights

Straight out of the box pc wouldn’t boot up. Received blue screen error during initial setup. Researched the possible cause and pretty much it could be almost anything. Never even got it to run once. Disappointed as I thought I would have an easier time with a prebuilt that had some good reviews. Will need to return.

Received the product packaged as if someone didnt care, mouse box inside the case gpu bending from the protective stuff inside psu not powerful enough to run mouse keyboard and headset, audio kept cutting and usb devices resetting would recommend to stay away form this company

Defective. Do not buy cyberpower. Will die the day after warranty.

I almost had this for year the and it keeps frezzing and the power supply is bad im glad they made it unavailable

Very disappointed in this unit. Came with 16GB of RAM. We wanted to upgrade. In researching the motherboard's compatibility list, we discovered that the memory chip in this unit is NOT on the motherboard's

After 2 months of use. Keeps shutting down by itself. Even try to call the customer service. They won’t pick up.

Hdmi port on motherboard went bad and the video card had lots of vibration and loud noise.

This is the best PC you can get on a slim budget! Definitely worth the price, I game a lot during the week after work and it runs everything very smoothly. This is actually my first PC and it's been incredible, there's so many features available and it's been really easy to figure it out. 100% worth the investment in my opinion, especially for a starter PC it's the best bang for your buck!

ok but not the greatest motherboard has issues with bluetooth errors.

I received this product and was very satisfied with what I purchased. The computer's graphics are beautiful and run smoothly about any game you can find; I haven't yet discovered a game that can't be played on this piece of hardware. It is truly incredible how far electronics have come, especially in the computer industry and dealing with games. My purchase was worth it and highly recommended to anyone else considering this PC.
