I bought one from Black Friday. It was a great deal. It was shipped to me super fast, and everything unboxed really well. It ran like an absolute dream, mostly. It also had some really strange looking wiring. You can see what I mean in the photos. Also the SSD installed was low quality, and placed right between the power supply and gpu. It was maxing out in temps with the gaming I was doing, and that concerned me as well. I plan to be doing a lot of video file transferring so that was a big problem for me. I just returned the pc, and the return process was extremely straight forward. Honestly I’d have turned around and bought the exact same pc and just unboxed it in the parking lot, see if it had a different ssd location, better wiring..but they didn’t have any in stock I wanted. I bet that prebuilt would have been just fine, well worth the price I paid, but I just didn’t want to risk it. I’d recommend this pc to anyone who is less skittish about their pc than me.

This thing is amazing. It doee everything its beautiful and the build quality has been fine. Only worry is the cpu cooler its a random brand. All other components were as listed and perfect. I love it

The price is pretty good for what your getting, runs pretty much any game just fine if not way better. I like the color options on the fans as well that you can cycle through.

One small complaint is the front panel seems really finicky to screw back in place but that might just be a small manufacturing error. Otherwise super happy with purchase so far and runs games amazingly on my first day of using it

I haven’t upgraded my pc in over 5 years, with games becoming increasingly more rigorous on hardware, this purchase was worth it 100x over. I get max frames on an OLED ultrawide, play multiple games simultaneously or can play a game with one screen, Netflix on another, discord, and a tutorial all going at the same time and my usage never reaches 60%.

I got exactly what i was expecting and it does everything i want it to, i can't find a program/game that i can't throw at this thing. It's a beast

Performs much better then expected. Purchased for the ryzen 7 9800x3d so i wouldnt have to wait weeks or months to get it. Was shipped and set up on less then 2 weeks.

PC has been great so far. I always built my PCs myself due to fear of pre built quality, but have not had any issues so far. Would buy again.

Have had it for a few months now and haven’t run into anything it can run on max setting, this is a beast and it’ll last you forever.

Up to date specs, computer is more than capable of running all games at ultra. However not big fan of the built in bluetooth and wifi and not being able to change or upgrade it. Customer support for cyberpower is excellent. Waiting for fuether testing and use to possibly change future review of this product.

I had waited a month for this PC to come back in stock and I bought it when it finally did and waited 10 days for it to arrive for store pick-up. I set it up and made sure everything was connected properly but my monitor would not display. I checked the connections again and got it to display and thought I was good to go but 30 minutes later after setting up windows and downloading Chrome the display cut out. I restarted the computer and it worked for five more minutes and then cut out completely again and I could not get it to display. I had to schedule an appointment with Best buy to look at it (thankfully I got 2 years of GeekSquad). It may be a bad graphics card - I don't know if they even test the PCs before shipping them out as there was no inspection card that came with it. These things are too expensive to just not work out of the box.
