CyberPowerPC is a reputable company. They are a system builder that will take available parts from various component manufacturers and assemble the pc. Essentially you get a pre-assembled computer using the same type of components if you were to buy off of Amazon, Best Buy, Newegg, etc. My beef here is not necessarily with CyberPowerPC, but with the manufacturer of some of the components. The motherboard and Graphics card (RTX 3080) are both manufactured by Gigabyte. At the time of this writing, the Gigabyte site was unavailable so I'm not able to download and bios updates or software for my specific motherboard. Another issue i have is Cyberpower installs absolutely no additional software to configure your sytem. This can be good, but it would at least be nice to have the default Motherboard utilities or ability to configure the included AIO. I'm a systems engineer, so I can figure these things out, but for the average newb, i'm sure they would struggle.

It is a good computer. The motherboard and graphic card were both from Gigabyte. The 3080 was the reason why I purchased this computer. The SSD is a WD Blue NVME.2 drive and the memory were Crucial Ballistic 3000mhz RAM. Overall, I would purchase this again if I needed another computer.

Motherboard: ASUS Prime X570-P Video: EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 XC3 RAM: ADATA XPG DDR4-3000 CL16-20-20 SSD: Western Digital Blue 1TB NVMe PSU: Unknown/generic - not labeled. Non-modular. CPU Idles around 50C. Full load around 78C - single AIO CPU fan gets a bit noisy above 80C - probably needs a 3-Fan AIO for a the 3900X. Very little markup on the stock parts, so it's a good value.

Received computer today. Everything looks good. Not sure why the computer came with a 120mm coolant, because it is not enough to handle the processor. Other than that, its a good computer for the price.

Awesome PC for the price. RTX 3080 is nowhere to be found so this PC is as good as it can get when you really want an RTX 3080. Performance is great. Really high FPS in games.

Good so far. Just received it. Best Buy's shipping was delayed. Some cables were disconnected in the case, but easy to reconnect if you know a thing or two about computers. Value seems OK. Will update this review if anything changes.

I am very happy with this purchase so far. I game on a 40" Samsung TV in game mode so 60FPS is all I need and this rig does it easily so far. Only thing I've tested so far is Far Cry 5 and Rage 2 and maxed out is smooth as silk. I lucked out and got the good parts too, so I'll just copy theirs below. If I were building it myself the only thing I would change would be the power supply. Also I ordered on a Wednesday and got it less than 24 hours later on Thursday, you can't beat that. If I have to come up with a gripe it would be that I had to redo the cable management as they blocked the 3.5 HDD bays. My contents included: ASUS TUF X570 PLUS (WiFi) Gigabyte 3080 Gaming OC ADATA XPG DDR4-3000 CL16-20-20 Western Digital Blue 1TB SN550 NVMe Apevia 800W Non-Modular PSU 2 generic RGB FANS with controller CyberPowerPC MasterLiquid Lite 120mm ARGB CPU Liquid Cooler CyberPowerPC ELUNA 242V Premium RGB Gaming Case Mid-Tower w/ Tempered Glass Window Panel

So far there’s no working hdmi out so useless

Picked it up today and found I can’t get an HDMI signal at all through the gpu hdmi port OR the motherboard hdmi port. Ran through all the trouble shooting steps that were basic enough for me and couldn’t get it to work, tried multiple monitors/TVs and hdmi chords. Sounds like it’s probably the power supply from what I’ve read. The fans turn on on the gpu so it definitely is receiving power. I have a display port chord coming in the mail to try soon, but since even the motherboard hdmi didn’t work I’m skeptical. Mayyybe that doesn’t work because there’s a dedicated gpu and then on top of that my 3080 just doesn’t have a working hdmi out. Anyway maybe I just got a lemon. My store is so busy I can’t get to geek squad appointment for over a week to try and sort it out. Hopefully I can before the return policy is up or I’ll just have to return it while everything is still out of stock. Rough time to be needing a new computer. If you’re reading this now I hope you have better luck. Funny how these reviews never address the reader, hi, how are you? Hope you’re well. I’m bored and disappointed by this computer. Good luck to you. I said good day sir!

Got to be honest, purchased this for the GPU only since it seemed the only way to get one without paying a scalper fee. From a system builder myself from what I could see of the build quality, it seemed decent enough. If I wasn't into building my own rigs I would be more than happy with this prebuilt PC. Components were high quality off the shelf without any proprietary which is always a good thing.

I pretty much threw away all CypberPower branded items, mouse, keyboard, and PSU (too noisy). I may change fans in the future. If you can buy RTX3080 and AMX 3900 CPU, then you'd better build it yourself.

Worst pc. Not signal. In the monitor. Poor build. Poor cooler. Ram was poor and cheap. Not space to put hard drive. Lot space for fans. Price was little overpriced. Also they don’t test the pc. They just put the things together but they don’t do full test of the computer. Said in the computer sticker.
