I've been using this PC for a little over a year now and it has been amazing. It runs every game I have played very smoothly. I haven't had a single issue with it so far. Probably the best purchase I made all last year! I would 100% recommend getting this PC if you are looking for something that can run any game you want.

I bought a cyberpowerpc prebuilt from Best Buy, and I give it a 4 out of 5 stars. It is a great gaming PC for the price, but it also has some drawbacks that you should be aware of.
Pros:
Everything seems to be working fine for now. The computer is fast, powerful, and reliable.
Parts are not from a high-end manufacturer, but that’s to be expected. Build seems to be okay with cable management.
The computer comes with a keyboard and a mouse, which are decent quality.
Cons:
First PC I received was shattered on delivery. I’m glad I bought from Best Buy to avoid headache. They replaced it quickly and without hassle.
Not easy to turn off all the rgb lights. They are too bright and distracting for me. I wish there was a simple switch or software to control them.
Fans off gasses plastic smell. This is annoying and unhealthy. I hope it goes away soon.
No gpu support bracket provided. The graphics card is heavy and sagging. I’m worried it might damage the motherboard or the case.
Case seems to be mediocre but also expected. Seems to be sturdy but stuff dont line up well and screws seem to be poor.
Overall, I would recommend this Cyberpowerpc prebuilt to anyone looking for a good gaming PC at a reasonable price (Only thru Black Friday type deals). It has some flaws, but nothing that can’t be fixed or tolerated. It runs any game I want smoothly and without lag. It is a good value for money.

Good value. It was on sale for less than I could buy similar parts myself. I'm not sure why it only has 16GB of RAM though, I plan to upgrade to 32GB. I also wish CyberPowerPC had a better way to integrate all the LED lights. Right now, the RAM lights is controlled by the motherboard software. The graphics card lights it's own software. Then the case lights are controlled by a button on top. They should have picked parts that could be controlled by software like SignalRGB or have their own software to manage this.

So my computer showed up to store in a damged box. And had cosmetic issues out of the box. So i went in and talked with my local bestbuy store manager. After a few minutes he offered to take some of the price.
The PC performce has been great. Would highly recommend if someone is making a jump to the start lf higher tier PCs

Amazing PC for the price. Upgraded from a 2070 super and ryzen 7 3800x. This thing is extremely fast and plays any video game you can imagine. It is also very quite compared to my last with pc. This is my second pre-built cyberpower pc and am very happy with both purchases.

Works like a beast. Only issue is water cooler keeps blinking randomly. I do not know what that means though. I can run most games with max settings and maintain high frame rate.

I got this shiny new PC about 2 weeks ago and thought I'd give it a fair shot before handing down my official verdict. Spoiler alert: I'm pretty impressed!
When it comes to value, this bad boy is like the superhero of "bang for your buck" PCs. I've been a DIY PC builder for a whopping 15 years, but no matter how many times I crunched the numbers, I couldn't build this PC for the price they were offering. It's rocking an Asus Prime X670 for the mobo and a 1000w EVGA PSU, leaving enough room for upgrades. My only gripe is they could've thrown in one more stick of 16GB 6000MHz RAM.
Quality-wise, it's solid. Everything worked like a charm, which, let's be real, is all you can ask for. Well, except for the lowercase fan – it's got half of its input cut off by some diagonal plastic. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely something design-wise they might want to improve on.
Now, let's talk about the ease of use. It was such a struggle at first that I almost considered a return within the first few hours. Seriously, there should be an "RGB OFF" button on top of the case for those moments when you're not in the mood for a disco party.
My other qualm was with the fan wiring, which prompted my call to CyberPower. The good news – they assured me I could go wild with the wiring as long as I didn't break the hardware my warranty was still good. I feel like the fans all just need to run to the Mobo. The fan curves seem to take off at the slightest hint of CPU activity, making my PC sound like it was rendering a movie for Pixar every time I open Chrome.
But hey, if you can overlook these little quirks, you're in for a treat. Major kudos to CyberPower for putting together this marvel without bombarding it with bloatware. Booting it up was like a breath of fresh air – the only thing hogging the hard drive was good ol' Windows.
In a nutshell, I'd totally recommend this to anyone on the hunt for a high-performing mid-tier PC.

I just unboxed and set up this monster. I call it The Beast.
Gorgeous! Set up right out of the box. Heavy , but not as heavy as I expected. I am jazzed! GREAT components, GORGEOUS build, and fast af!
I rated a 4 on ease of use because there are things I don't understand. I have these extra parts...what are they? And where can I add my 4tb SSD with the SATA adaper? There is plenty of space in the case, but I don't see any bays? So confused. I am a Chevy gal who just bought a Ferrari LOL.
Will let ya know if there are any issues.

Very solid computer, it is very good running every task I’ve thrown at it, although it would benefit from some extra ram (32gb is what recomend, 64gb if you feelin like it but it’s really not needed) all in all it’s a great pc for the price and very powerful

I ordered this on on the 20th, came the 24th. I had some trouble getting my monitor to display anything, I just kept trying to make it work then I let the PC run for a few hours, turned it off for a few hours. When I tried again the monitor was displaying and I haven't had any issues since then. It runs my games really good, the only downside is the 16 gigabytes of RAM, but it's easy to install more.
