I had to call the Cyber Power help line with a question. They actually answer their phones and are very supportive and helpful. The customer service makes me very happy with this purchase.

GREAT PC!

I can run absolutely every game in my library at ultra graphics with no issue whatsoever. My only complaint is the preloaded RGB software isn't the best, but I downloaded SignalRGB and it works great for full RGB control. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to some AAA gaming!

Bluetooth stopped working

Researching online there seems to be issues with the ASrock motherboards since 2021. Called tech support at CyberpowerPC. If reinstalling drivers does not work they want to delete everything. I do not think this will work as either the BIOS or the CMOS needs to be addressed. Gave this a 1 star due to motherboard and tech support inability to fix the motherboard they use.

I was notified of the order progress, and the system was ready when I arrived. The shopping and pick-up experience could not have been better! Great Work, Best Buy. The Computer itself has met and exeeded my expectations. Very quick set-up with all drivers being updated during the process. A very positive expereince overall!
