Bluetooth stopped working

Researching online there seems to be issues with the ASrock motherboards since 2021. Called tech support at CyberpowerPC. If reinstalling drivers does not work they want to delete everything. I do not think this will work as either the BIOS or the CMOS needs to be addressed. Gave this a 1 star due to motherboard and tech support inability to fix the motherboard they use.

Great PC!

Fantastic machine with giod upgrade capability. My only gripe is that it didn't come with a power cable or wifi/Bluetooth antennas.

Good Powerful Computer

Use mainly for business but nice to have power for occasional gaming and heavy apps. The 850W power supply is the big difference from systems by others which often are only 450W or 600W at most.

Keeps Shutting off

It took me a while to do the proper set up and back up as I do with all my computers. A week in the fans and lights stopped turning on. I went into BIOS and changed their settings and afterwards it was random on and off. Then a week later the computer starts turning off randomly. Sometimes it takes a minute and other times longer before it shuts off. I suspect it has to do with the fans not kicking on and it shuts off to protect from overheating. I’ve tried everything I know and everything I’ve read. Worst part is I’m past the 15 days and can’t exchange it. I thought it was 30 days but I’ve never had problems with a brand new PC. Forst time for everything.
