Awesome starter prebuilt! I can run absolutely every game in my library at ultra graphics with no issue whatsoever. My only complaint is the preloaded RGB software isn't the best, but I downloaded SignalRGB and it works great for full RGB control. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to some AAA gaming!

I ordered the unit on-line with store pick-up. I was notified of the order progress, and the system was ready when I arrived. The shopping and pick-up experience could not have been better! Great Work, Best Buy. The Computer itself has met and exeeded my expectations. Very quick set-up with all drivers being updated during the process. A very positive expereince overall!

Phenomenal pc. Looks great. Easy to set up. Nice powerhouse of a computer.

The bluetooth stopped working. Researching online there seems to be issues with the ASrock motherboards since 2021. Called tech support at CyberpowerPC. If reinstalling drivers does not work they want to delete everything. I do not think this will work as either the BIOS or the CMOS needs to be addressed. Gave this a 1 star due to motherboard and tech support inability to fix the motherboard they use.

Overall the product was what I expected it to be and if not better.

Got this for my wife about 4 months ago and it runs every game shes tried including AAA titles perfectly. Definitely reccomend to people wanting to get into PC’s

Bluetooth wont detect any devices. Ive tried several thing and still nothing. Would be a 5 star but this is actually inconvenient for the money spent.

Everything worked perfectly, but I was a bit surprised to see a wired mouse. It works fine, but should be blue tooth at this price range.

I love this computer! It could definitely be even a little bit faster, but it's working great and super quiet when playing!

Bought this mainly for flight simming, bit it rins everything i throw at it without batting an eye. Fantastic machine with giod upgrade capability. My only gripe is that it didn't come with a power cable or wifi/Bluetooth antennas.

Good power computer for good price. Use mainly for business but nice to have power for occasional gaming and heavy apps. The 850W power supply is the big difference from systems by others which often are only 450W or 600W at most.

This is the second PC I have purchased from CyberPowerPC and I am just as impressed, if not more impressed than the first time. The quality has been maintained over the years. I am very excited to use this for streaming and gaming.
