After 20 hours of normal use the PC stopped sending its signal to the monitors. (Functionality of the monitors was verified) The computers turns on but it is not recognized. this is totally unacceptable

I’ve had this one two days and it’s turned off on me numerous times. Blue screen saying “SOMETHING WENT WRONG :(“ then resets. Second computer in two weeks that have not worked.

Within a week i was getting blue screened. Having to spend more money at a computer shop because it’s a hardware issue and not software! Horrible!

The unit i bought was defective out of the box and wouldn't boot up, but Best Buy made it right with a replacement PC.

This was an upgrade from an older model Cyberpower that I purchased from the same location about 5 years ago. It is exactly what i was looking for. This is a dedicated gaming system and i needed the 32 gb of ram. The price was amazing and with the range i expected. Setup was easy as always with cyberpower right out of the box

The only reason why this wouldnt be a 5 star rating is because my PSU has a high pitched whine sound, meaning poor lubrication from manufacturer or faulty/damaged psu. I havent took really investigated much but besides that this pre build is the best bang for the buck, per all the parts al la carte it almost matched to the price at the time I bought it. The PSU came with extra sata drive connections for plug and play and had a nice optical bay area to store any extra ssd's. For video games the 4060ti 8GBs of VRAM is plenty for most of the games i play, seeing that it can range from 70-144fps on ultra settings with most games. The i7-14700kf is a little overkill for most pc gamers but rather have more than enough than not enough. For the RAM 6000mhz 32GBs is also plenty even with pushing boundaries of having any game running and 15 Google Chrome tabs open im only seeing max 60/70% useage and also of course it has 2 more dimm slots for more RAM so another easy hook up. lastly the water cooling is a nice touch with 4 extra case fans peak temps have been about 50 celsius for the cpu and about 60 for the gpu so great air flow and liquid cooling combo.

Great PC. I wasn't super comfortable building my own and specing out the pieces. This was an easy solution to a really good computer at a really reasonable price. Works great, have had no problems with it.

Great PC for gaming plenty of different games. Can even handled games like GTA V with mods. If these are the things you are looking to do I would definitely recommend this PC. It was also extremely easy to set up.

PC Runs Amazing at max performance on every fps game and is great for editing. would highly recommend to anyone who wants a good running pc that will last for years.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase of a cyberpowerpc. I wanted something capable of running any game I threw at it and it has been just that. I have had 0 hiccups with my computer so far and have had a lovely time with it since I purchased it. When I am in need for an upgrade here in a few years it will most definitely be a cyberpower

Excellent gaming setup at a decent pricepoint its noting over the top but i should get you into plating most highend modern games straight out of the box!

This PC was excellent for me because I wanted something to be able to perform at a good price. Also it ran perfectly as soon as I plugged it in.

i had received this for my birthday and was so exited to set it up and i have to say that this is the best pc I've owned yet! it has amazing performance on video games and i often get 90+ fps on most every game i have, even with graphics setting on ultra. ABSOLUTE W!

Great PC! This is my first gaming PC I have ever owned. Probably a little over kill for the games i play but i figured it would be good to get something a little extra just incase and i think this is a good choice.
