    The pc is unreliable

    I came home from school and I was gifted a pc and then I hooked it up and it was fine, but I decided to update it and then I started having problems. It would constantly blue screen after I log in with the error “critical process died” I tried every fix and even sent it to Best Buy for repair and it worked for then it to do the same exact thing when I updated it. Please do not buy has problems.
