Purchased the cyberpowerpc on a Black Friday deal, was up as running about a week when the MB smoked, sparked, and shutdown, retuned to store and Bestbuy made it right and ordered another shipped to my door, arrived fast by UPS, this one had the case fans rolling around inside, corrected the fans, checked everything out, yet the pc wasn’t powering up so back to the store again, this time they had it in stock, 3 times a charm!. I’m super glad I bought this from Bestbuy, easy, no hassle return, nice associates that quickly made things right! Great service.

I purchased this for my 13 year old son and he loves it. This was an upgrade and after all the research I done this was our best option on price and performance. You can build on this one easily to get him a better performance later on and a scale of 1-5 this is a 3.5/4!

I recently bought this PC a week ago. After testing it's capabilities. I can easily say that this was the best purchase of my year! It runs all the games I want to play so smoothly. It also has plenty of options to upgrade the hardware whenever I'm ready! I would definitely recommend this to any console trying to get into gaming on PC.

I am in love with this PC. This is my first ever pc and it does not disappoint, you're getting the best price for a top notch pc. the key board and mouse are really good for gaming (not really a big fan of the side buttons since they are hard to press) but nevertheless, the keyboard has its own scroll wheel for volume which I find to be awesome and convenient. When I opened this bad boy in December last year I was blown away for how big it was but still able to fit on my desk. The noise of the fans I believe are not changeable but they are relatively quiet and even dim when you watch Youtube in full screen which is cool. Anyway, this is a must buy pc if you are new to the pc world!

Purchased to replace another CyberPower Gaming PC. Loved the first one, but time to upgrade, so decided on another CyberPower PC. Not expecting any issues with this one just like the first.

Bought it 2 months ago just to play Black Myth Wukong. The game runs perfectly fine on high-quality graphics. Beautiful LED and setup, lots of spaces to install more grams, and memory card

Really easy setup my sin did it himself. The colors are changeable and the fans hardly makecany noise . Definitely recommended

Excellent computer. I got everything I asked for. After hooking it up, it started and worked perfectly. The set up program that runs once you first power on your computer is easy to do and understand. I highly recommend this computer to all my fellow gamers.

Great computer had it for about 3 weeks major upgrade compared to last computer. Can run most new games at epic graphics with no issues.

My grandson is extremely happy with this gaming computer. He said it's by far the best.

I love the purchase. I was initially skeptical because it is not an MSI motherboard, but it is holding up with no issues. VERY WELL PACKAGED. This gaming PC didn't get 5 stars because the PC was missing two clips from the advertised picture. The clips for the water cooling cords were missing. But all in all, it is a solid buy, and I will buy two more.

10/10 delivery was fast only took couple days the mouse is good aswell.
