Very good and reliable pc
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently bought this. Out of the box, I fired up the thing and it worked. It had worked as I expected it to, with excellent results for 1 thousand dollars. The only thing, though, is that my ssd did not appear on the computer. So, I plugged the sata cables again, but it did not seem to work. I think the power cable could be a problem. Anyway, I'm sure they can fix this.

Very happy with it.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this system mainly to go from Xbox to PC for Destiny 2. I paired it with a 27” Acer 144hz monitor and WOW! I bought it over a month ahead of D2’s launch on Steam and I played Warframe on it for about a month. Both games run smooth and fast. I’ve sampled numerous titles and all run great. My only dislike is that the fans do get a bit loud but they do their job keeping things cool and since I wear headphones its not a big deal.

Simply the best purchase I could have made
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great PC fast and handles all my end graphic designs and I can play games on it as well, so that is a benefit. Had never heard of CyberPowerPC until I went to BestBuy. The sales person was awesome asked me what I did on the PC, and what business I was in and he recommend this type of PC, but found one that was on sale, better price but more ram and drive power. Happy with purchase, love the lights as well add a fun element in the office.

fast PC, poor documentation
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.quick to set up and get running, but could not see the SSD in "my computer." over an hour on phone before they realized the AMD chipset supported background SSD management. (guess can disable, but really no idea this was even happening.) took a while to figure how to subdue the case lights, but guess have to pull the plug to disable them completely. (again, no instructions....) data transfer a nightmare, but probably because the data transfer utility recommended took hours to run and never got finished. (but got over my $40 in hours of phone support. got a few things was not expecting, like liquid cooling. Large case (good for me, but some might find it bigger than what they are used to.) but allows great vent and cooling even beyond the liquid cooling on CPU. No CD/DVD drive (typical on gaming units, but be sure to grab an extra one if transferring CD's). Just a warning to pay attention to us old folks.... no issues so far.

Good gaming computer for novice gamers
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The computer works very well. The graphics are great. There are enough ports for multiple screens and accessories. The only drawback: the mouse that came with the computer is advertised as a gaming mouse with 9 buttons. 4 of the buttons dont work and cannot work. The company that made it doesn't have a driver that supports the mouse.

Good mid tier gaming PC for people
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had this PC for about 2 years now since April 2019 overall a nice purchase overall. Only gripe I have with this purchase is that the motherboard is not aligned perfectly so I'm unable to use most of the USB on the back of the pc but nothing a USB-Hub fixed.

Very Good
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Graphics cards are above average and will run any game. Setting can’t be in highest, or you will get a glitchy game. Speed and performance of the PC, I expected better. Got corrupted issues at month 3. Computer has been working good so far and runs all my games.

Incredible PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a fantastic desktop PC with a tremendous amount of storage, great amount of RAM, and Powerful CPU. We purchase for son specifically for use with Photoshop and it was perfect. Yes, he did run fortnite a bit and couldn't get over the number of frames per second. I don't recall with the regular price was but the sale price was fantastic.

Okay for beginners. Prepare for research though.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall this is my first gaming desktop and it has been okay. Prepare for a lot of research because you only get a couple of papers and the left in the air. Liquid and fan cooling. No disc drive. Plays games such as Ark on normal graphics fine. It has got a little warm now and then.

Good price, terrible build
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hadn't had a desktop PC in years, but I knew I was planning on going through a bunch of pictures, music, and other misc files from years of drives, flash drives, and discs. I needed more than my laptop was giving me. In the past, I had purchased components and built my own PC. They were always AMD-based, and I also always seemed to have problems that I wasn't having with my work desktop, work laptop, and my personal laptop, which were pre-built and Intel-based. I wasn't sure if the issues I had were because of AMD, or because I had pieced together components. Since I'd had good luck with pre-built PCs, and it looked like PC assembly became a lot more confusing, I decided to do a pre-built PC this time. Intel was still a little too much $$$ for me, so I opted to give AMD another shot. Unfortunately, this wasn't as "pre-built" as I had hoped. What I didn't realize is CyberPowerPC basically pieces together components too. I bought 1 PC, and discovered Windows wasn't activated, and the SSD was not accessible by the user. I returned it, and was given another PC of the same model. Different motherboard manufacturer, and different video card manufacturer. How can you have 2 PCs of the same model with drastically different components? Some of the reviews I'd read were true for this too. The LEDs weren't working. The tech at Best Buy got them working, but when I got them home, 1 wasn't working again. I found the loose connection relatively quickly, but the average PC owner might not feel comfortable digging into the PC. The connections are too loose if they disconnect during transport home. And after I got home, I discovered there's a random noise. It's not consistent, and it isn't very loud, but I was expecting better for the money I'd paid. You know those issues I had with the PCs I had built? I have some issues with this PC too. For those who don't know, the Windows Start menu and task bar are Windows Explorer, and the Windows 10 File Explorer is also Windows Explorer. I've changed the default setting to have them as 2 separate processes, but I still have issues with both File Explorer and the task bar will just stop working. Luckily, I can launch Task Manager and either restart Explorer, or get to a point where I can safely reboot. So I'm still not sure if the issues are because of AMD, or because of component incompatibility. In short, it might be better to save your money a little longer, and get a better built PC.

Great
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this computer for a few weeks now, and it's wonderful. I'm not a huge gamer but my boyfriend is and he's very impressed. I am a developer though, and use heavy applications quite a bit and it handles beautifully. I was considering a pixelbook at $1700 with less impressive specs and I'm glad I did the tower instead.

Awesome Gift
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this pc because I am big on computer games and by far I am the happiest man on earth. The kids are happy as well because they can play fortnight if they wanted too. The packaging was really good, had no issues there. The speed of it is great as well and its just overall really good buy. I totally recommend it.

Good for the sale price I paid
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The gpu fans are loud and I had to replace the hard drive within the first 5 weeks of owning it. Cyber power was pretty easy to work with to get the drive replaced, but it was frustrating with a new computer to even need to do it.

Great PC for gaming!
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very happy with this CyberPowerPC. Handled games like RUST, Last Oasis, and Ark very well. Right before the warranty was up, it crashed. Best Buy handled the refund/warranty replacement with no effort at all so, today I upgraded to an even better CyberPower PC.

My grandson loves it.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will be 73 years old in two months and I purchased it for my grandson. He uses it all the time. I only purchase it and I don't use it. I had to take it back to Best Buy 4 time before we got it to work, My thirteen year old grandson says it is a very powerful gaming machine.

Had all the specs that I was looking for in a rig. Computer came well packaged and was easy to setup and get going. I have only had it up and running today. Had to update windows as expected. Purchase came with 3 months of XBOX gamepass.

Absolutely Amazing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this for my boyfriend today - set up was incredibly simple and the graphics are insane. It's worth the money to get the more expensive one. The Radeon RX is way better than my Gforce 1060. It's only been a few hours, but he loves it. Definitely grab this one.

Motherboard (B450M DS3H WiFi)
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This motherboard went bad after simple DDR4 ram XMP. I’ve been working on computers for a while and this is the worst motherboards out there. If you would get the system a great alternative that won’t cost you too much but will affect performance a lot and not cause you any issues would be the ASUS B450F AMD4 motherboard! It’s an ATX motherboard while the stock one that comes with the PC is a Micro ATX, since the case is a Mid Tower case it will fit an ATX motherboard. It’s extremely sad how cyberpower goes cheap on their parts. Besides that the pc is great!
