I gave this computer a shot after all of the positive reviews and I am not disappointed this desktop is awesome get it now!! Totally worth it.

On my 2nd unit first one came with bad power pack, wouldn't even turn on. Second so far is holding up and doing its job.

The one I originally ordered came and was great but the cooling stopped working and burned the CPU. They no longer had it in stock so i got this one and paid way more than I wanted. The first one was on sale 350$ off so pretty bummed but still a good pc.

I bought this computer on Black Friday, and it was my best computer. Especially, it has Nvidia GTX 1080. I can play any games now!

I got it during Black Friday from Best Buy and it is super fast. So far no single issue.

I thought it was a great purchase for my son who is happy with the product.

3 star becaus fan failed in week 4 and I had to return it and they were out of stock by then and couldnt get a replacement.

This is great first computer and hopefully the last only thing I wish is that they added a wireless adapter to it.

For the quality and price I would have liked an optical drive with this unit.

I'm not sure if I'm disappointed. Overall the desktop works as advertised, but it started making funny sounds from the fans and cooling system quickly. I've had quite a few windows errors and "freezes". I'm not playing games on this and only using it for remote desktop, school work, file storage (one drive), etc... Jury is still out, but it's not a 5 star.

I'be had blue screens since my first boot up. Cyber Power PC sent it new ram, I replaced all the ram and now it does not boot up at all. It just powers on for a few seconds and then reboots. I would have considered this computer a good deal if it worked, but this is way too much money to spend on something that has been a headache from the beginnig.

Had trouble with it from the moment it was set up. Wouldn't always turn on, and when it did, it would usually shut down within 2 seconds. When I finally did get it booted, I discovered that Windows would not activate as the product key that had been entered by the manufacturer was wrong. Took it back to Best Buy and learned that I'd have to pay to have it fixed as it was an operating system error. My other option was to return it for a refund (which I did) and purchase the same computer again. The only trouble with that was the very same computer was now $400 more. The gentleman with Geek Squad assured me that I could locate a better computer in-store and for less money. However, when I went to check on that, the very nice lady working in that department looked the specs over and assured me that was not the case. The store had nothing that would even come close to what I'd returned, and she took the time to show me what was available in store and online to prove it. If I wanted as good, I'd have to order the very same computer and spend $400 more as it was no longer on sale. After thanking her for her time, I left the store disappointed, frustrated and without a computer.

Finally got mine in. Looks like I just got my order in before they ran out for awhile. Here are a couple names of parts inside my unit. I got a MSI Z170A PC MATE motherboard with an EVGA Geforce gtx 1080 GPU. Cant see name on psu just the 80+ gold sticker and the SSd is a x400 SanDisk 512gb but only shows up as 476GB. Its running as a negative pressure case with no intake fans. One exhaust fan on top of case and the fan on the liquid cpu cooler out the back of the case. Front of case is clear of objects with a filter screen over two slots where two intake fans could be installed but there isn't any. Might add one intake fan to the front of the case later depending on how cool the unit stays. The PSU and hard drive are at the bottom of the case and I couldn't see the labels on either to get info but sys properties show the HDD as a Toshiba DT01ACA300 3TB. What amazed me about this system is how fast it was. It is the fastest system I have every owned. OS is on SSD and it loads extremely fast. I reinstalled Fallout 4 which was very taxing on my other system which I have around 100 mods. I finally got all the mods reinstalled and Fallout runs now on Ultra like a charm and load time is cut in half. So far, I am very happy with this unit. Now back to installing the rest of my programs. The only issue I had out of the box was a product key authentication issue that was an easy fix. Other then that, the unit setup had no other issue.

I purchased the CyberPowerPC Gamer Supreme Liquid Cooled Desktop PC with Intel Core i7 processor, 32GB Memory, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card, 3TB HDD, and 480GB SSD. (Model: SLC8320B / SKU: 5365805). I could not be happier. I received the box ahead of the expected delivery date. Before I purchased I read a lot of reviews, and 99% of them were 5 stars. So when I got the box open, everything was just like I was expecting from reading all of the positive feedback from others who also purchased this computer. It was packaged very well, and even though I carefully searched for unplugged cables and loose connections, I found none. I did need to temporarily disconnect the motherboard power supply cables in order to remove the expandable packaging that had lodged between the motherboard and the HDD shelf. I had a Dell desktop since 2004, but it was destroyed by the nearly 4 feet of flood water that took over my home in August last year. Recovery is slow, but I will be able to rebuild my PC systems capabilities with this solid platform. The documentation was not clear about what sound capabilities the system would have right out of the box, but there is sound capability included on the motherboard and pre-wired to the case. All I added so far is a monitor just to get me going. I am looking forward to exploring all of the capabilities of this powerful machine which I hope will serve me for many years to come. I feel that this is a good purchase for the money.
