Such a disappointment.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited for this computer, I would check the status of it everyday. Ten days later when it finally arrived I was so eager to hook it up, the moment I hit the power button I heard what I was hoping would not happen, the fans were so loud, I have had computers before when if the PC would get too hot it would kick the fans into a higher setting to cool it down then go back to being quiet, not this PC. I like to leave the computer on overnight to either stream soothing rain sounds etc, or download but there is no way I could do that now. I looked online and I found a suggestion to go into BIOS and edit the fan settings so I restarted the computer and restarting it took no less than 25 seconds, not even my current 5 year pc takes that long to simply shut down and start back up again. I finally go into BIOS and changed the setting to automatically control the fan speeds so that it will only kick on the higher setting as it gets hotter but that also didnt do much to remedy the situation. Needless to say I will be definitely returning this by this weekend.

DO NOT BUY

Bestbuy customer service is unhelpful. I will never buy a computer from cyberpowerpc and I will never shop at bestbuy for the rest of my life.
