I purchased this back in June 2016. I've only had a few issues so far. Both fans stopped working and I replaced them, I added another fan in the front. I've had issues getting the motherboard system monitoring programs to work. The graphic card is great, I play pretty much max settings on most games with a 25 inch 4K monitor. I would buy another product in the future again from them. I've never used their customer service though, not sure how they are.

Can't beat this computer for the price. It's really fast and is a laggless gameplay even for games like gta5. The 16 gb of ram is amazing and upgrading it to 32gb would be insane because I don't know how the computer could be any better. Cyberpower keep doing what you do, you got 2 thumbs up from me

Easy to upgrade and great start for a new gamer, if you want some place to start and not spend to much without knowing to much about PC builds. Will play everything with ease, again easily upgraded for more intensive gaming.

good pc but the cpu bottlenecks the cr*p out of the gpu. if you do get this pc please consider buying a a better cpu for it.( if you do get a new cpu you will need a new motherboard and new ram) Please consider this don't make the same mistake as i did. This makes me really mad *cough coughe* best buy

I had a laptop before I go this computer, and it couldn't play any of the new games. With this computer, I am now able to play all of the new and "hardcore" games. It is an amazing computer at an unbeatable price.

I bought this for my son as a graduation present. He said it works great and now uses it every day.

First unit arrived DOA. Packaging was difficult to get tower out, borderline impossible to get it back in. Replacement has "worked" (more or less) for almost a year. It was bought specifically to play X-Plane, and even with the best video card I could afford at the time, this thing still gets knocked back down to barely 20fps on a regular basis. Most recently, two of the three fans have gone belly-up. Customer service has proven to be less-than-helpful. Bought some replacement fans from Best-Buy. The 80mm processor cooler fan was changed out fairly easily. The dead case fan is another story entirely. The case fans look to have a proprietary connector on them, so I have no idea how to hook up the new fans. Poor initial quality, poor performance, poor durability, poor support, and poor design, all have me struggling to find any positive attributes to relay along. Not finding a whole lot here to get excited about, though.

This PC is very powerful for how cheap it is, I can run any games I want that I used to not be able to run on my old desktop. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants a fast and reliable PC.

This PC is great for all types of gaming. You can run high graphic games easily with no problem. I put my graphics all to high or best and it still run over 60 frames per second. Overall great PC

compared to other computers i have had, this one takes the cake. The games i play run very smoothly and they is rarely any frame lag. Also, doing work on this computer is quick and easy as well.

I decided to become a PC gamer after playing consoles my whole life. This is definitely a perfect start for people who don't know how to build a PC! The 1070 GeForce is killer on this as well!
