Looking back with hindsight, it was a quite a bit overpriced. I could have got a faster computer for the same price. The computer is in perfect shape and totally reliable though.

We purchased the computer for my son for Xmas. It included an invalid Windows Product Key. Was told that I had to bring the entire computer to the store and then they'll give a new key code. I told them it'll be at least a two round trip. That's why I purchased it on-line. They said sorry for the inconvenience. It's much more than an inconvenience. Option 2: they said I could purchase a new product key on my own. No thanks. Will get a refund, go elsewhere and purchase a different product..

    VGA port didn't work

So first off the vga port didn't work at all and the computer uses dvi-d ports for nonVGA ports. Well no electronics store in North vegas has a dvi-d adapter so now I have a computer that has no display strait out of the box. The VGA port was straight off the motherboard and not on a video card so it should have defaulted to trying that output. Called my local store and they confirmed they don't carry dvi-d adapters and told me I could bring it in to the store. Geeksquad at the store was understaffed and couldn't help me so I returned it on the spot and am shopping for a better computer store.

After an unfortunate event that left my previous gaming tower fried, I was in need of a new computer powerful enough to support large open worlds in games like H1Z1 and Rust. With tweaking to visuals, this computer is able to run them with ease. The graphics are crisp and the frames per second are as smooth as your momma's homemade butter. This is a phenomenal computer for an even better price. Just buy it already!

I bought this as my first gaming PC, mostly because the reviews for it indicated that it was a low-cost, high-power machine. For $549.99, you are able to play practically all games on ultra (Fallout 3, Skyrim, Overwatch) and newer games (GTA V, Fallout 4) on high, all with consistent frame rates. I also really appreciated the keyboard, mouse, wireless card, and anti-virus that came in the box. Overall, if you are looking for an affordable gaming pc without building your own, I can't recommend this enough.

No complaints, great PC for a low price

Haven't had any problems with it. Came with a nice keyboard and mouse. It's the first PC I've bought and I had no trouble setting it up. Be aware that it doesn't come with a CD drive. The one that I bought came with a little USB wifi receiver. Runs popular games I've tried at maximum settings, like CS:GO and WoW. Seems like a really great value to me at $500, with everything you get - the PC, mouse, keyboard, and free headset when you leave a review!

Great Gaming PC for Budget Price

The first thing you notice is the premium case with tempered glass that gives you ease of access to all the important components. This PC may start out with modest specs but when the time comes upgrading will be a breeze! For the price you would be hard pressed to build a PC, get an OS and a great case and not spend more money. I am primarily a Blizzard gamer. This PC handles WoW, Overwatch, Hearthstone and Diablo without breaking a sweat. I'm sure I could run just about any recent title on at least medium settings as well (if I weren't so busy playing WoW and OW. All in all if you're either a casual gamer or just looking for an entry level PC, this will do the job and then some. I'm looking forward to putting in many hours on my Cyberpower PC.

    Terrible Gaming Computer

If you're fine playing games with less than 25 frames per second, which is unbearable in my opinion, than this is the PC for you. I played PUBG on this computer and every time I get into a gun fight the frame rate drops below 10 and I would die every time. I would spend a couple of extra bucks and upgrade to a PC with a faster and stronger Processor. In addition, the Radeon AMD 460 graphics card is garbage.

    Starter for gamer

This is a great starter for a gamer at this price. The graphics are top notch Easy to set up, my kids love the lights & that they can see inside. The only problem that I have is that I didn't catch that there isn't a CD/DVD driver. Not a big problem I had already had a external one to use. I am going to see if that can be added later. And that it only has an external WIFI,it works good but takes up another USB port. If you can afford the more costly one I would recommend the upgraded ones.

I purchased this as my first desktop gaming PC, I waited for months saving up. I had previously used a decent laptop with overheating issues. While most people recommend against prebuilt computers. I can see why, they are usually more expensive and generally not worth the experience of building one yourself. But this is a really good deal for the power you get. I had heard some unpleasant things about CyberPowerPC, this made me a little hesitant about purchasing this computer. But most of the issues I had been informed about I never had problems with. The keyboard and mouse that come with the computer are not the best peripherals I have used. But they aren't bad, and they are free with the computer. I would recommend this to someone looking for a nice mid range computer, not a high end fancy PC. I play games like Overwatch and Sid Meier's Civilization at good frames and pretty good graphics settings. (Overwatch is a bit stiff with everything on the best settings, sometimes dipping to about 20-25) I also play some games like Subnautica and Astroneer, but they run on a bit lower settings and frame rates. (This could be due to them being early access Steam games) I give this computer a strong recommendation if you're looking for a good quality build, capable of running on a nice mid range PC. Now about using the PC as a non-gaming platform. The PC has fairly easy setup, and the manual does assist with the setup a little bit. I use this computer for both gaming, and media. I hope you found my review helpful.

The windows key that came with the computer was invalid. I called the best buy and was directed to the geeksquad. The first thing they asked was did you buy a service package? No, so we can't help you and hanged up the phone. Computer is really nice but windows is not activating. They told me I have to buy a windows 10 key now. Very unhappy..

Purchased this pc actually by accident, I wanted a cybertron pc, anyways it arrived all nice so I decided I'll keep it, I liked the tower and the lighting was a bonus, but when I went to plug it into a monitor the video card was toast already, returned and will not buy again.

Amazing price for a solid PC - not just for gaming

I bought this PC because I wanted to upgraded my 2.5 year old Toshiba laptop. I mainly use the laptop for editing videos and moderate gaming. My oh my, this PC is definitely a step up. It is so smooth, runs any game on medium graphic settings very well, and can run 2-3 programs without lagging. In addition, I did not know that the Windows 10 product key is on the right side of the PC. I called the CyberPower customer service for that and they were helpful and friendly. I am very happy with my purchase. What a deal for a super nice PC! I also LOVE the lights. I like how I can change the color as well. The only reason I am giving it a 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the lack of an optical drive (CD Drive), but that can be easily fixed with an external and they're inexpensive. Otherwise, for the price of this PC? I absolutely I recommend it!
