Right out of the box I couldnt get it to connect to a monitor. After reading several reviews I tried a few different things and after unplugging the video card I got it to connect. The video card was junk right out of the packaging on my unit. Obviously these units are NOT TESTED before they are packed and shipped to customers. So the company is going to replace the video card (Im hoping with a TESTED NEW VIDEO CARD) however I have to remove it, pay the $13 to ship it across the country, and wait for them to receive it before they ship me a replacement video card. And this is all on a BRAND NEW PC. To say that I am DISAPPOINTED is an understatement. I expected more based off the reviews and rating. Or at least to be taken better care off and not have to pay out of pocket and wait a few weeks after receiving the unit to be able to even use it. I hope to GOD that once this is fixed that there are not any further issues

This pc is excellent. Although a lot of reviews say that it is trash it actually isn't. If you want to do crazy graphics then consider upgrading the graphics card. Besides that it runs well the sound is a bit of a problem but you can go to bios and set it to silent. Internet surfing is faster than that of a laptop. Download times are also pretty decent.

Okay, we all know that this isn't going to destroy any PC on the market, but it's not meant to. I'm sure that many people like me don't have the money for a crazy pc, but this one is really good and gets the job done. Most new titles at 60fps on high settings, I like it a lot, there should be no issues with this pc and gaming, or whatever else you'd like to do.

I went to best buy to purchase this computer and the service was excellent thanks to Luis Torres who assisted me. Basically, I went in and out (NO PUN INTENED). The setup was simple and easy. The keyboard and mouse are better than they appear on the site. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anybody who is looking for a decent computer for gaming.

We bought this for our daughter as her first New PC. She went through and did the setup mostly by herself. She has been working on homework and playing games since it was setup. All the way from ease of setup to actual use has been a wonderful experience for her. The graphics are pretty darn good and the color changing Keyboard has made my daughters day.

This PC is Awesome kudos to cyberpower. Cant Wait to Start Gaming
